After trying for what seemed like forever to get my grandparents a Covid vaccine in their home town I was finally able to get an appointment here. Traveled more than 90 miles. First I want to say that they give you misinformation. I could not find my grandparents Medicare card and I let the pharmacist who called me know this. I asked if we could still show up without it and I was told YES. Come to find out that was “misinformation” showed up to the apt and was told they were very strict and needed the Medicare card. My grandfather has a heart condition which doesn’t allow him to walk far distances without getting tired or dizzy. This makes it impossible for us to run around back to their home town to look for their insurance card. He is also hard of hearing. He will not hear anything you ask him. There’s no way I could have gotten any information from him without making the shoppers uncomfortable. Had I been told that we absolutely needed certain information, I would have been more prepared. It was a mess and I don’t recommend that anybody waste their time here. They need to get it together. I lost a whole days work because of this

Every time I’ve called this pharmacy and spoken with a guy named James there, he has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I called to check the status of a prescription and when I told him that, he sighed and waited a good minute in silence. I finally asked if he needed information from me or what what happening only to find out he was just waiting for my name. He never said a word and I feel like he would’ve just waited until in silence forever if I let him. Unfortunately I never got the name of the woman I spoke with there, but she seemed nice and much more helpful. Shame how the rudeness of one can ruin it for the rest of the good ones.

Medication is constantly being lossed and prescriptions are constantly being misread that its actually ridiculous at this point. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

I would liketo tell what good service I received from Heather ( Walmart pharmacist) you can tell she cares for all her customer and will take the time to answer all questions.John K HodgesZ
