Had a great follow visit with Laura Koons, PA. Laura said she is new,just want to say what a great addition to the team of wonderful Doctors, nurses and all staff.

If only I could give zero stars. I saw Xhaferi following a car accident two months ago at the hospital. After looking at no less than 4 views of my foot/ankle/leg and 3 different ct scans he confidently stated I had two broken bones(fibula and malleolus) and wouldn’t need surgery. Lucky for me he doesn’t accept medicaid so my followup was scheduled with a different practice that took new images and sent me for a new ct a few weeks following the accident.In the time awaiting my follow up my injury declined significantly, had serious complications and unbearable pain due to loss of circulation to the foot and nerve damage. I ended up needing emergency surgery because as it turns out my entire foot and ankle had actually been CRUSHED in the accident. I had 5 procedures done, to include: fusing of most of my foot, retrieval of bone fragments, pins and plates being placed in multiple locations. I will most likely need another procedure after I finish healing. I will never run again or be able to jog(not the drs fault).My current specialist stated that he had never seen an injury this significant and his colleague, despite their 20 years experience, had never seen a crush injury this extensive. How Xhaferi missed this is beyond me and I was left to suffer in unbearable pain for an extra month due to the giant mistake he made. My recovery time is significantly extended and the medical reports from him directly contradict that of my new specialist. I won’t be walking again for another 9 months let alone be able to go back to work.

I was having back issues when waking up in the a.m . My back was locking up making my legs unable to move! I finally decided to go in an see what could be done? My 125lb wife had to carry me to the truck an into the building. The doctor told me I needed to drink plenty of water an start doing core exercises! How am I supposed to be able too! When I cant even move my legs. This place looks at you if it just another drug seeker an basically puts you out quicker then you can be dragged in! A quick trip to lees hill showed that I had a pinched nerve in my lower back on the X-ray. I will not be going back to this place!

I do not recommend. I have pain in my knee and have for a few weeks now. I called to make and appointment. I don’t have insurance. The reseptionist must have told me 4 times that I must bring cash. I ask if I could bring a credit card and was told no cash. I asked if I could use a care card and she said no cash. I have NEVER experienced anything like this ever when calling a doctors office. UNREAL!!!!!

We were very impressed with Dr. Ford. He was patient and caring. He listened to my concerns and discussed the results of my neck x-ray. He then sent in a prescription for me to bring some relief and also gave me a referral for an MRI. I’m very happy with my experience and have already recommended him to my daughter.

I was blessed to have Anders Brandt as my PT at OSC on Wellford Street, in 2012 and again currently in 2019. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and professional, all the good attributes of a PT. He has a cool, calm and collective personality. He takes pride in his job as well as the other staff members that works along with him

Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment and because I didn’t have it on hand I was not able to make an appointment. I have never heard of not making an appointment and being able to bring your card for the first visit! The lady then proceeded to tell me she didn’t know what I wanted to do but they close at 4. Basically throwing me to the wolves. Please don’t use this office go somewhere you are treated with value. Keep in mind if they treat u one way how they would treat u as their patients.

I love the way you are treated. They are always good about explaining things and put you at ease. Mark and Cindy take great care of me. You dont have to wait for ever to be taken care of. My thanks to all the staff at Orthopedic Specialties.

Michelle and Lisa were awesome providing therapy for my knee. Couldnt believe the improvement after just one session. They make physical therapy a joy versus a chore.

I brought my mother for her initial visit.She is very hard of hearing The physicians assistant who saw her was very patient and spent extra time withher. They did her X-rays right there before she was seen. The PA explained the X-ray results and offered to do steroid injections in her shoulders that day. We agreed and he did a great job.My mother tolerated the injections well and started getting pain relief almost immediately. She said she really liked the way everyone—receptionist. PA and X-ray tech treated her. I highly recommend this practice.

I am going to Orthopedic Specialty Clinic for Physical Therapy on Wellford Street in Fredericksburg, Va. Michele Shegogue is a great therapist. She is very knowledgeable and caring. The whole PT staff are wonderful. Time just flies by. Thank you to everyone there.

Dr. Sen and the staff were friendly and put me at ease. The appointment process was on point and the allotted time for the procedure was planned accurately. Professional and pleasant experience.

Ive had a complete right hip replacement in the last few weeks, at the young age of 46. I can not stress enough how wonderful the Physicians, Physician Assistants, and staff are. Especially, Scott M. Krushinski, and Kenneth Larson. They have been by my side every step of the way, and made me feel comfortable, and valued as a patient, as well as, human being. I was seen today for an x-ray due to a recent fall, and thank goodness all is well. I requested a copy of my x-ray (For personal reasons, but I always try to be honest and forthcoming, and mentioned why I was requesting it.) Today was the first, and only time I was made to feel uncomfortable in the office. Lets just say, the walls are thin..... I give the clinic, and everyone in it the highest rating because frankly, theyve earned, and deserve it!

Doctors are great however, you could call there anytime of day to speak to someone and expect to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes. Seems a little excessive to me. Especially every time I have been in there it hasnt been that busy

I have used several physical therapists over the years and this one is the best. They are professional and always help you with your exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly.

I see them take their time with every patient. Caring and compassionate doctors that got me in quickly and easily.

OSC surgeon Dr. Larson did a masterful L knee arthroscopic procedure. Plus, PA Ford did a top-notch work-up /prep before the procedure. HIGHLY recommended.

This place is the absolute worst medical practice I have ever experienced and I never even stepped one foot in the door. My son was referred by his school (no less) to see this office due to a shoulder injury. I called a CELL phone February 7th, 2019 in the afternoon listed on the schools flyer and was told Id be called back at the end of the night to set an appointment. I never heard back from them. I called again this morning (2/11/2019) and set an appointment up. The gentleman who answered and set the appointment said a lady from the office would call my husbands cell to complete the registration process. After speaking with the office, and the lady having told my husband that they require $250 in CASH upfront (since we are uninsured), my husband and I reviewed our options. We had never heard of a doctors office not taking credit cards and using cell phones to set appointments. The whole thing seemed very bizarre and unprofessional. We then decided to take our son to an urgent care facility that we had used in the past. The urgent care doctor reviewed the xrays of my sons shoulder and referred us to an orthopedist. I called OSP right after having left the urgent care office and the lady who answered named Marie, very rudely told me that my husband had already cancelled the appointment that we had this afternoon. I tried to explain to her my hesitation and she again very rudely told me that all uninsured patients have to pay $250 in cash because people cancel their credit cards. I asked if we could still proceed to make an appointment with a doctor and she told me it would be better to make an appointment with the Physicians Assistant. I asked her why she was so hostile and I tried again to explain apologetically why we had cancelled our initial appointment and she tried to talk over me and rudely interrupted me. I told Marie I was not done speaking and she hung up on me. I called back, waited on hold for 15 minutes. When Marie answered, I told her I needed to make an appointment for my son who injured his shoulder and the lady who was on the line previously hung up on me. Marie did not apologize and proceeded to ask me my sons name. When I asked her if she was the lady I was speaking to earlier, she said yes. When I asked her why she hung up on me, she advised me untruthfully that the line had disconnected. Needless to say, I made an appointment with another orthopedist. It would seem that this office may have a prejudice against self-paying patients which is a crying shame. I DO NOT recommend this office and will never use them.

Top doctors/PAs; support staff very professional, thorough, competent. Easy to get appt. Have been a pt for long time .Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

These guys have been so great! I appreciated that they did not rush me into surgery for my injury, as another practice was going to do, but encouraged me to do physical therapy and get myself to a point where the surgery has a better chance of being sucessful. Now I am ready! I will definately being going back for any other Orthopedic needs. I highly recommend Mark Ford - a nurse practioner. He has been compassionate and kind through this whole process.

Ive never visited this location before, but when you wake up and your right leg is in immense pain and the ER sends you to a place to get an MRI you go. I had a normal appt. set for 2:00 p.m. I showed up 30 minutes early in order to do my paperwork and get seen on time. however, I guess the doctor (Dr. Elvis Xhaferi) thought differently. I waited in the waiting room until 2:30 p.m. while people that came in after me got seen before me by this doctor. In pain I didnt want to complain. I simply waited my turn. At 2:35 i asked if i had somehow gotten overlooked as people that came in after me were seen and left before me. The kind receptionist told me that they had been seen by other doctors instead. Finally! At 2:40pm i got called back to my room. (At the same time as another woman w/her husband) once in the Room a nurse named Jessica came by to ask my weight and height and take my blood pressure.she then asked me to take new x-rays stating that the previous ones werent the right ones. She then left and told me the dr. would be by shortly. Feeling more confident with my decision to come to Orthopedic Specialty Clinic, i waited for the dr with my door open. Then i heard him. Counseling the woman that came in after me! He was sending her home after seeing her first! Now 3:15pm im finally being seen by dr. Xhaferi. introductions were made and I explained to him that Ive been in pain and the pain medication prescribed by the ER is not strong enough as I have a high tolerance he did not offer me any pain medication nor did he even care about my situation. In short he said that he didnt see anything on my xrays and that i should get an MRI. He didnt seem willing to answer my questions regarding coverage or cost on the additional xrays that he ordered. He didnt seem interested in my situation at all, or that i had been there waiting on him since 1:30pm! Complete lack of customer service let alone human empathy. He told me that he would supply me with a Dr. Note for missing work due to the appointment and that he would put in a Referral to get an MRI. I was never given said note. One quick call to my insurance the next day proved that he had not even submitted a request for referral. BY FAR, THIS EXPERIENCE WITH DR. ELVIS XHAFERI AT ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALTY CLINIC HAS BEEN THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

At the clinic for physical therapy, the therapist knowledgeable, caring and kind. You are there to work so take advantage of it in order to assist in healing

The front office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Krushinski is an amazing doctor extremely professional and talented. He did an ACL repair on my knee a year ago and I am doing great. The physical therapy staff is very professional and knowledgable. They helped me get to where I am today. Highly recommend Orthopedic Speciality Clinic!

Horrible experience worst office staff of any drs office I have been to. No follow up to multiple calls. Sat in pain because of them. Canceled future appointments and my MRI to go elsewhere.
