I found Dr. Erwin to be very helpful in explaining my Traumatic Brain Injury and I was impressed on my first visit that he was well versed on my health chart and I did not need to explain my other conditions. I find it very refreshing to have a doctor prepared to discuss conditions that will affect the treatment and not have to waste 30 minutes in bring him up to speed. I was impressed with his concern for my TBI and took exception care in spending time with me.

Dr. Erwin and team, have been helping my husband with his early neurological diagnosis. They have been proactive in responding to any and all concerns. They take the time to explain what is going on, what is now, what we can expect in the future, and most of all keep us informed about all the options. For a diagnosis that has a huge impact on not just the patients life, but, all his/her loved ones, Dr. Erwin and staff are tuned in, well-informed, know how to educate and are very accommodating. Told me they couldnt accept me as a self pay patient because I had Medicaid and they dont accept government insurance and they figure if had the cash to pay for the doctor then I shouldnt be on Medicaid. I called Medicaid and Medicaid told me they were wrong for saying that but their office was less than apologetic for passing along bad information. Shame on them for turning away potential patients!
