This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal. The man answering the phone hung up on my husband bc he couldn’t understand his thick accent. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he refused to put them on or give me any contact info. They requested my husbands info via email, he sent it, and that’s it there’s been no further contact and they refuse to even see if it’s there to just make an appointment. I don’t know how they expect to remain in business with this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism going on. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT send any personal info just go somewhere else!!!!

Contacted them by email because their site offer email as a contact and have not heard back from them. Been over week and still nothing. Even left my contact number and still nothing.

I had a sleep study at Bluepoint Medical Associates because I was suffering from day time sleepiness. My doctor recommended that I get a sleep study. Jason Rodriguez was my technician. He was very good and he took his time explaining every step of the process and he made me feel very comfortable

Everyone in this office welcomed me with open arms. Often t Mrs going to a doctors visit can be frustrating especially if its your first time. I was so pleased with my visit and the experience there I cant stop telling people how much I love this doctors office!

They gave me options where my doctors kept suggesting surgery. Surgery should be a last option. I already feel better and have more energy and hope for achieving better health.
