I asked for a deep tissue massage. It was a very light therapeutic massage. I even put on my paperwork what areas I wanted worked on and they where barely touched.

Gabi was amazing! My daughter and I both had a 45 minute massage. Loved every minute of it! We highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Hauffman Haus this past August and my husband actually loved his massage. I, however, had a completely different experience at the spa there. I booked a prenatal massage and was 5 months pregnant at the time. I had the expectation that the massage therapist knew how to perform a proper prenatal massage. She asked about the pregnancy and asked the normal pre-massage questions. She wanted me to start on my back. I was hesitant because at this point in my pregnancy I was already uncomfortable on my back but she said she would put pillows to make it comfortable. It was not. All i could think of was how I couldn’t breathe. I told her so we switched to my side. As I was drifting into bliss, she startled me to switch sides... ugh. Ok. So 5 minutes on each side and she asks me to get on my back again. Again, I hesitate and tell her I’m not comfortable on my back but she’s super pushy about it and I concede. I’m on my back less than 5 minutes and I can’t breathe and I tell her again. She seems annoyed and frustrated at me but has me get on my side again. I’m over it at this point. I’m more frustrated than relaxed and feel like I’m somehow messing up this therapists plan or something. Almost like she would’ve rather I been uncomfortable than say anything because it messed up her normal routine. I’m not sure but it was terrible. Probably my worst massage experience ever.

My wife absolutely loved it! Great place. We will be going again very soon.
