I had my very first facial done today by Kylie and she was AMAZING! My skin feels great, and she is all around very sweet and knowledgeable. Its obvious she is passionate about what she does. The location is super cute as well, and I will be back!

Honestly I really debated writing a review because they were super nice and professional, but I’m just kind of frustrated. I got a lash lift two weeks ago and it looked amazing at first, now it’s completely straight and half of my lashes fell out so I’m basically bald now 😭😭 I don’t know if other people have experienced this and my experience definitely doesn’t mean that others will experience the same thing, but it’s just really saddening because I’ve been trying to grow my lashes out for years and they finally got to length that I wanted and to have them all fall out AND pay $80 for it is just really frustrating. I have pictures as proof as well but idk how to post them here.

10/10 recommend facials and Epionce products. A relaxing experience with kind knowledgeable staff. I’ve brought a few friends all the way from Richmond!

I had a spa day on Saturday and wished I lived in Fredricksburg just so I could take advantage of EVERY service Heidi and DermaEnVie had to offer as i know it would be worth it!!! The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and woman veteran owned...thats a winning combination ANYWHERE!!! Thank you Heidi again for a FANTABULOUS day and making me feel and look gorgeous!!! This business is so lovely. Its what you imagine when you think Im going for a relaxing facial. The staff is knowledgeable and will make suggestions for services. Their epionce skin care line is the stuff of dreams. Currently they are offering a pumpkin enzyme facial that is amazing. I paired it with dermaplaning and my skin looks wonderful even a week later. My favorite Epionce products are the hydrating serum (its the one with all the good stuff you need), and the intensive renewal moisturizer. And huge bonus its located almost directly across from the parking garage. If youre downtown for an event (parade, 5k, etc) swing in and see if she has any walk in appointments while you wait for the event to start. I know I sound like an ad but I just cant say enough good things about them.

Heidi has helped me finally manage my acne which I have been struggling with for over 10 years!!! I started a Face Reality regime about 5 months ago and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, my skin gets soooo many compliments from friends and family. Heidi always takes her time explaining things in detail and never makes me feel rushed.

I had my eyeliner done (permanent makeup) recently here. The whole procedure took just over an hour, which I thought was great. I am extremely pleased with my results - Heidi is truly an artist! The Spa is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is clean, quiet, fresh, and very professional. I felt very pampered. I personally really like the OxyGeneo Facial my skin feels so smooth and hydrated after having one. For years I wanted to have permanent eyeliner but never felt safe or even knew where to go. Heidi is a true artist and was concerned that I felt totally at ease with the process. I would recommend you have a consult with her if you are on the fence as she can answer any of your questions or concerns you might have.
