The women at the front desk (corn rows hair style) was extremely rude. People that don’t like there job or other people with health issues, have no business in the medical field. Obviously, she has major entitlement issues. Other then her, it was a great experience.Only rating as 2 star because this person is the face of Viva’s first impression. Not a good experience for patients coming for a scheduled appointment etc. If Viva needs further detailed information on this matter they can contact me anytime.

Great staff very friendly which these days is hard to find unfortunately. Thank you for a welcoming experience.
