I have had a great experience with staff and quality of care the last 2 times I have went to the Courthouse location. I hadn’t been there in years because of a previous issue, but am very pleased with my recent visits. Everyone was very friendly and really tried to get to the bottom of a health issue I have been having on and off for the last year and a half. (and seeing 5 other Drs.) After being seen and treated in the office, I feel better today than I have in a really long time! I am very grateful to the team that took such great care of me yesterday.

Prime Care Family and Urgent Care has the BEST Providers in the World!!! Dr. Sheets is the most caring and intelligent doctor on the planet. Bob Glasgow is a rock star PA and has an incredible background in the Navy. His attention to detail is astounding, amazing provider! Christy Meek listens so well and always creates a caring environment and leaves one feeling valued and fully taken care of. I would come here any day no matter the illness over anything in the area knowing that I would be fully taken care of in every way possible.

I have never been here but have tried to make appointments with Dr Sheets for 2 years now. I have literally been laughed at every single time by whomever answers the phones when I ask for An appt with Dr. Sheets.This is beyond unprofessional and rude and I can’t believe the receptionists don’t have more decency and professionalism than this.

Quick service .Friendly staff. Excellent medical specialist, who addressed my concerns, answered all questions and took care of prescription on the spot.

It is a terrible place to go. The staff are incompetent the company is incompetent. My check was cashed by them 24 days ago and it still didnt show I had paid my bill. Upon check In they forgot to check me in so i waited 45 min before i asked what was taking so long Just to be told they forgot to check me in and then have the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule for the next day? I then asked since i wouldnt be back if my doctor could extend my prescription a month until i can find another doctor and i was told by her nurse that she didnt feel confident in doing that . ( she prescribed them to me) the place is terrible please go anywhere else. Do not waste your money like I did. They did refill my prescription but it was refilled by another doctor after I left this same review on google maps. What I left out on google maps is that my Doctor was very caring and tried to help. Unfortunately she never requested a full blood work up and said I was depressed then ruled that out, I had heart problems and ruled that out and decided I did have sleep problems (I do, I dont sleep very well) all this with no full blood work up or urine test. I seen her maybe 4 times and 4 times changed my meds just to go back to one of them she had taken me off of. I think she was so busy trying to find a cause that she lost me, the person.

This is for the receptionists only at the Courtland location. They need to not talk about any clients when theirs clients wanting in the lobby. I was their and one of them with long nappy red hair took a phone call and when she got off she was complaining about that person and all other clients who call for their test results. She said Why do these people have to call if ur results were bad Wed call u. And then they ask what was my results for my hiv test and I say to them it was negative and then they say so I dont have aids. No dummy u dont have aids wed tell u if u did.

Very great experience at at Prime Care. They were kind and thorough. Highly recommended

My son is waiting on test results since June 20th, we do know that it takes a few days to get them. He called yesterday June 28th and they told him they would be able to pull the results that day. As of 12:15pm today he still has not heard anything from the Courthouse location. I called and I told the receptionist that I knew she couldnt tell me anything because of HIPAA. I told her about the conversation my son had yesterday with the office and she told me he would have to call to get the results. I asked if they had the results and the receptionist told me she couldnt tell me that because of HIPAA. Thats fine I said ok Thank you and she just hung up on me, no good bye nothing! It was very rude! The office needs to give her some instruction on being courteous.

Do not recommend this place. Turned my son away when we got there at 3:52 saying they where closing.

Terrible service, do not recommend going here.
