Cindy Marrow is a total bítćh of a doctor and the receptionists who work for her. Very corrupt woman and practice. Beware!

I love Dr. Marrow. Ive been seeing her for several years. Shes knowledgeable, responsive and provides excellent advice. I trust her recommendations. My husband (also a Dr.) and son are patients of her partner, Dr. McDowell. Colonial Medical Associates specializes in medical care for teens/young adults so we will be bringing our daughters here as they outgrow the pediatrician. Their staff is friendly, professional and gracious. I highly recommend Dr. Morrow and the other doctors at Colonial Medical Associates.

Misdiagnosed for years. Refused to give order for MRI when I had an on going issue. Just the old standard excuses and pass offs, ended up having a medical emergency due to her negligence. Go elsewhere!!!

Too much to explain here but very disappointed in Dr Marrow over the last few years. The last visit was the worst. Sad that I now have to look around for a new practice. I have been going there since 2006.Since my post above I thought I would follow up. I found a new doctor immediately leaving Dr. Marrow for my complaints. Within 2 weeks of leaving Dr. Marrow my new doctor found 2 concerns... One I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. This new doctor also sent me for imagines of my lung to find a mark on my lung. I was referred to a specialist. Without going into all the details... I know compassion and understanding is great with a doctor but that is not all that is important.

Dr. Marrow is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have ever met. She is one of the reasons I am pursuing a career in Medicine. She is a wonderful provider, who is not only knowledgable but empathetic. Dr. Marrow is by far one of the best doctors in Virginia. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I began seeing Dr. Cindy Marrow a number of years ago. Thank goodness I was referred to her. Her ability to diagnose ailments is uncanny. My husband began going to her also and I have referred three friends, all grateful for the suggestion. Dr. Marrow is a busy doctor but thorough and has a very pleasant way about her.

Due to an insurance change, I had to switch to Dr. Marrow. I was a bit nervous about the negative reviews here, but since their practice is close to my house I gave it a try. The office staff was helpful and willing to reschedule my initial appointment. Dr. Marrow herself listened to my concerns and seemed very willing to work with me. Overall, a good experience and I’m glad I went with this office.

Dr. Marrow was a very efficient doctor. She asked pertinent questions regarding my health and needs during my visit. She was professional and handled my concerns quickly and with care.

Cindy Marrow is a horrible disgraceful doctor. A family member of mine had been a patient of hers for several years, and Marrow refused to take her off a medication that caused them severe health problems (ones that left them incapable of walking). When they asked Marrow about a specific medicine she lied and said its not made anymore. She doesnt look at her patients with she talks to them, barely connects to their health needs, and has little knowledge in the field that shes practicing in--which is scary. Her staff members are just as amateur in the health field and are very cold to the patients. This is especially with the receptionist named Allison, who tries to play doctor with patients over the phone. If you want reliable health assistance, please do not go to Marrow. She is nevertheless UNPROFESSIONAL and a DANGER.

I Have seen Cindy Marrow for well over 10 years. She is a great doctor, listens to you and always gives you the best possible care she can.

Dr. Cindy Marrow is a very incompetent, ignorant doctor. Like the other reviewer said, she NEVER makes eye contact with her patients. She even faces the opposite direction of them, which is weird. She also prescribes medication that shes unfamiliar with and isnt at all attentive with a patients needs. She acts like a know-it-all and has a big Doctor Ego, and never admits her faults and acts superior. Thats a very bad trait to have as a doctor. Shes cold, rude, distant, and at times acts oblivious.I was so relieved when I switched doctors. The nurses of Dr. Marrows are also very hateful, extremely rude, and mean-spirited. The voicemail her receptionist recorded when the office is closed is LAUGHABLE. Just listen to it. She fumbles her words, laughs, etc. VERY unprofessional.I do not recommend Cindy Marrow to my worst of enemies. Theyre so unprofessional, oblivious, and ignorant when it comes to healthcare. Id rather have no doctor at all than have Marrow as my doctor. Not only is she not a good doctor, but shes unappealing as a person. No personality or empathy. Zilch. ZERO stars.

Dr. Marrow is a wonderful doctor. She has always been ready to listen to my concerns and extremely empathetic. I reccomend her highly.

Abosoutly unprofessional and unwilling to work with long term customers.I have been with this place for over 7 years and had to deal with several experiences that left a bitter taste.-Office staff are rude and will get an attitude with you quickly-Late perception refills-Refuse to waive cancellation fees (even if its the first time you ever asked)-Online site is horrible. When I asked for help, all were clueless on how it works-The male doctor has terrible bed side mannors-Turn over on PA is super high, I have been passed around from PA to PA-Charges $40 to send your employer FMLA paperwork that they fill out in front of you...-Refused to set my medication up on a auto refill, so I had to call every month and hope they get it filled before I run out-I know I mentioned the staffs attitude before, however its worth saying it again. I have never had a worst customer service experience before in my life. When speaking about personal matters, especially finances, the waiting room is not the place!I am no longer going to use this office or practice. DONE!Fed up!

My mom is a great mother and doctor would recommend.

These people are rude and very unprofessional. They shredded my medical records instead of scanning them into my chart. I should hire an attorney. Doctor is cold and has no bedside manner.
