Front office staff is great! Clinician we worked with was fantastic.

The staff at Riverside Counseling is genuinely warm and welcoming. They continue to show kindness and professionalism consistently throughout my experiences. Their flexibility in the midst of a global pandemic is superior as they offer a safe environment for in person sessions as well as tele-health options. I have grown exponentially as a person from the services received at Riverside. If you or anyone you care for are looking for a local counselor, Riverside is the place to call home!

I know places are inundated with patients right now. But I received a call to schedule an appointment was told I would receive a call back same day with information, Call back a week later to be told there’s no availability. That’s fine but a call back would of been nice so I could continue my attempts to find an open counselor.

I was very impressed by the staff and their professionalism in handling my difficult situation. They took the time to ensure my needs could be met by their counselors. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need.

Both my daughter and I have seen therapists there and are beyond the best. Highly recommend anyone there 😊

Do not go here!! The office staff was extremely rude. My daughter ended up in the parking lot crying. I was called by the counselor who we never met and accused of being aggressive. The office staff have no experience in dealing with people at all. Fake eyelashes fake nails fake everything also my daughter said they were whispering about other patients families! Who does that. The words of my daughter people like that is exactly why people like her need to go to therapy Avoid this place at all cost. All this was over me being 15min late for the appointment. My fiancee took my daughter and explained I was on the way. The staff accused my daughter of forging my name this place is out of control!!! Stay away!!!

The entire staff is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, flexible, courteous, understanding and helpful. The smiles on the faces at the desk upon walking in always brighten my day before counseling ever begins. I do not know where I would be today or if I even would be here today without one of the counselors here that has helped me tremendously through a very tough patch in life. The counseling received at this establishment has been transformative. My counselor has helped me reroute my life, embrace the journey and realize the strength within myself through more self-awareness tools that I have ever been given through counseling in my entire life. My therapy sessions here have been leagues above my prior experience. I had my nose broken, my jaw dislocated, my wrist broken, my head slammed into a door until my teeth fell out on a date with someone whom I had dated very, very briefly and did not know well. I did not want to ever leave my house again. The daily pain in my injuries kept me swallowed up in a world of why me. The counselors here are all seasoned professionals with years of experience that can help you get through very difficult life events, help you through the challenges. They will give you coping mechanisms and get to the root of the issues instead of turning to some kind of individual relief. The professionals here truly care about every one of their patients. I cant imagine life without my therapist, he has given me so many tools that help me to heal and to grow and to be in constant learning about myself. I know many people that have nothing but the highest regard for the counselors here - I wish I could give them a thousand stars. It was very challenging to find the silver lining after what happened to me. Recovering is a longterm process as it has been two years and I still face several surgeries because of this incident. My therapist here has helped me make adjustments to my life that were difficult to adapt to and accept. I just cannot say enough great things about the therapy offered at this business.

The front office staff are amazing!

I am a local healthcare provider and have referred some of my clients to this practice. The feedback that I have received has been great.

The team here is outstanding. Everyone was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got whatever help I needed for my well being.

I regret having to come to this practice. The counselor was ok, only listened to me. I could done that with friends but I really wanted to give it try. As for the office manager was unprofessional and rude. For a year and half I was going there and they forgot to charge me for the copay ($10) twice when my information was in the system.This lady kept calling weekly about the payment or I will be placed in collections. I’m not of one to give financial information over the phone, in which I told her “next time I come I will take of it” she replied “No you need to pay now”My insurance Anthem by the way, paid 15x that amount every visit and she is after me for $20? I wanted to speak to her supervisor but she said I’m the supervisor. That was that. I Do not recommend this place thanks to the financial lady that was rude about $20.

I have worked with two amazing people Andrew and Kim. Andrew helped my boyfriend and I make our relationship stronger. He helped my boyfriend and Ive seen a huge improvement in him. Andrew was a life saver especially when i was scared my relationship was falling apart. Our relationship is stronger than ever and Im very thankful towards Andrew for helping us.I go to Kim on my own and I adore her. It feels great knowing that she is there to help me and gives me great tips to help me with my own improvements as well as some relationship strategies to work on. I love both Andrew and Kim and I would recommend them to anyone. Just in general the staff is very friendly and I cant see myself going anywhere else.

My marriage was in shambles anyway but Lynn didnt help. I watched as she sided with my soon-to-be ex during our first and only appointment. Maybe someone else there is better but I recommend steering clear of Lynn.

Camille Couch has been one of the most influential people of my life. My husband and I began marriage counseling with her over five years ago. I can honestly say if it weren’t for her guidance, compassion, and patience my husband and I would not be married today. She helped us break down the negativity from our past and encouraged us to cultivate a healthy intimate relationship with each other. Neither my husband nor I ever felt like she was choosing one side or the other. She was compassionate and understanding on both of our point of views. We definitely had to be willing to work hard on our relationship as well as are individual selves. Counseling can be hard. You have to be willing to look inside yourself, see your part in the pattern, and be willing to change. She saved our marriage which is an invaluable gift to us and our family.

How do I begin to describe the amazing woman who changed my life from constant devastation to peace and joy? I am so grateful to know and love Camille Couch. I would highly recommend her as a counselor . I cant wait to read her book!

UPDATE: although my husband and I are currently happy with our current therapists. The therapists there can be hit or miss. My previous therapist did nothing for me maybe just a bad fit and my sons was not helpful has seen him for more than a year rarely if ever told me what was going on how he was doing never suggested any skill building or at home therapy unless I specifically asked for it. We are finding him a new therapist

After having a bad experience here, i received a call from Camille Couch who apologized, had me come in and meet with her at no charge. I left feeling happy and optimistic that i will recovery in little time. I appreciate that she reached out to me. You cant say that about every place. I will now refer anyone who needs therapy to see her. Shes amazing!

Im not a huge fan of the front office staff (they seem a bit disorganized/have a lack of communication), but I love my therapist. Lynn has been a valuable person in my journey towards healing.
