I had an emergency surgery done on Monday of this week and was unable to access my phone in order to contact Play Therapy Essentially to reschedule my daughters second therapy appointment. When I got home and received this email, I immediately emailed and tried to call, and nobody picked up. I left a voicemail. The next morning, I realized that I still hadn’t received a response, so I called a couple of more times and left another voicemail. Both voicemails were extremely polite, just explaining my situation and requesting a call back. I received no response and no email back. I just tried calling this morning when they opened, and it states that the business is no longer receiving calls from my caller ID. I thought maybe something was wrong with my phone so I tried three times more with the same result, then tried calling off of a friends phone and got their regular automated message. So they truly did block my number. Do not request services from here if your child truly needs the help like my daughter does. They clearly do not care about their patients, and turn you away at the slightest discontentment they feel on your behalf. It truly makes me wonder how many other children they have turned away because of problems from conflicting schedules and unavoidable emergencies.
