We had to go here for the Covid rapid test and Beth was so very nice and took great care of us! Another PA came out to do the actual test and she did great! So quick! Beth provided us with a great letter showing results with all relevant info. That we need.

After a very rough night, I decided to push through and wait for Urgent Care on Main to open up. So very glad I did! Very caring/tentative staff, and Doctor Reyna took the time to listen (to not only my main concern) but even gave helpful advice on other relevant lifestyle changes. Their online scheduling platform saved so much time by not having to complete a bunch of paper forms. It’s an efficiently run clinic that doesn’t sacrifice on customer service. I never give reviews, but the care we received at Main St. Urgent Care was so exceptional, I felt compelled. I took my 92 year old mom in because I feared that she had pneumonia. Dr. Gonzales was so kind, thorough and reassuring. Considering we were at the urgent care on a Sunday, it could not have been a better experience. The rest of the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I will definitely go back next time the need arises.

The girls that work behind the desk are so friendly and always smiling. The Drs are very patient and helpfully. My 14 month old daughter has had to come here often due to ear infections and she loves the nurses and Dr.s, Dr. Beth is her favorite. She is so loving and kind and gives you options and helpfully advice.

I had a covid test Sat morning and was impressed with the efficiency and especially the (male nurse practicioner?) who answered all my questions after the swab. I knew the results before I left the parking lot.

Still waiting for email with diagnosis and treatment plan so I can start feeling better? Called clinic - voicemails are full, yet even during normal business hours, voicemail is the only option I’m given.During my curbside visit yesterday - everything was done professional and my options were discussed. BUT when I asked for documentation covering the diagnosis and treatment discussed, I was told I would receive an email with that information shortly.So I left, with nothing but promised information. I still haven’t received an email. 18 hours later and I’m feeling desperate. I know everyone is incredibly overwhelmed right now, but I feel like all the time & energy I spent yesterday while feeling absolutely horrible was for nothing. Being told I would receive treatment information “shortly” gave me a moment of hope after being sick with high fever, nausea and an unbelievably painful headache non-stop since Wednesday afternoon. Non-stop pain - it’s now Sunday.My son was sick first - no idea how he got it when we’ve been cautious and not one person we spend time with is sick besides him, and now me. Not one person we know is sick or has been sick. But we’re starting week 2 of being locked up at home. Doing our part to not spread a virus that I have no idea how my son got it in the first place?But being told I would receive information “shortly” and that I would be contacted for treatment - to receive neither is making this situation seem so much more incredibly hopeless.

I was there on Saturday July 3 for a reaction to a scorpion sting, and was taken in immediately. The entire staff was friendly, and Mark, the PA was outstanding. I work in healthcare as well, and can say without reservation, this is the best care I have received at any walk in clinic. Mark was very professional, funny and took great care of me and met with my wife to let her know what was happening. I highly recommend Main street Urgent care if you are in need of medical attention.

We are new to town and had a great experience. My son got sick after starting daycare. They took all of the proper precautions related to Covid and did a proper work up once determining he didn’t have Covid. The staff was very kind and thorough. Also, it was a breeze to make an appt and fill out the paperwork.

Came in with a broken hand, I was greeted with kindness and empathy. Everyone went out of their way to take care of me. The Physician called a Hand Surgeon and I had an appointment the next morning at 8:30 am. The surgery was scheduled the following morning, 2 days before Christmas. The Surgeon was excellent and kind also, great recommendation! Thank you so very much!!

Due to poor weather conditions, my husband had a virtual visit. It was a great experience and we got all of our questions answered. The Dr Dedmond was great! He is doing all the paperwork needed for my hubby and even making his appointment for a specialist.

As always, Dr Mark and his staff get us in and out in an efficient manner without making you feel like a number. I love the small office.They have a good set up for COVID testing, the only downside is the compact area where you park. Drive a small vehicle or be prepared to back in.

This service is so convenient. My son was able to have his COVID test done right away. Results came in and prescription was prescribed and the staff is definitely very professional. Wonderful compasionate help when i needed it the most. I dont know about everyone else but the covid 19 meds you suggested for me started working within 2 hours and i have zero symptoms since. I was scary faigued for days and woke up this morning feeling better than ive felt in years. I could breath. I started a fire in the fireplace at 5 had coffee at 6 and then had this feeling God was asking me. Why dont we go in your deer blind and talk so i did and we talked about the beauty i was observing. Everything was in the blind. Doves, rabbits, squirrels, ducks, even deer. Lol. He even sent an axis deer for the freezer and i had the strength to put him in my truck take him home and process him by myself. I hope youre on to something with this treatment for everyone else too besides just me and for the record it was nothing short of miraculous for me and im only on the second day. Thank you..
