Carol made my experience so awesome! I’ve had a horrible time with the other location down the road, so I’ve switched to this CVS. The service is such a world of a difference!!!! Any time I’ve had any questions or anything, someone will take their time to explain it to me instead of getting annoyed like the other place. I keep recommending this location to everyone over the other! It’s nice being able to have my medication in about an HOUR of my dr sending it. Instead of the 20+ hours it’s taken the 24 hour cvs lately.
Jefferson Davis Highway?? Ok then, I would like to suggest: Hitlers Hole Circle for the road out front of the sewage treatment plant. And Slave Country Estates for the next plastic coated flimsy housing development barnacle patch squeezed into Fredericksburg.
Best experience I’ve had at any drugstore. Michelle and Amber were so helpful. Never in any drugstore has anyone seen smoke rolling out of my ears trying to pick a product and asked to help. Michelle came over and talked a little about a product and then went to seek the advice of the pharmacist Amber. Both were a big help in educating me and helping me make a decision. Very much appreciated ladies, thank you both!
Has so many problems with insurance and customer service. In January of 2020, I took my mom for her Shingrix vaccine and encountered one of the rudest ladies ever. She rushed through the process and talked down to us. Did not prep by doing any alcohol swab before the needle. It was like she didn’t want to be there. Overall a very rude lady. I dont know how CVS is still hiring her.The second time we took her for her second shingrix shot, the nurse did not even file a claim to insurance company. They expected us to pay almost $300 for a vaccine.The other day, we placed an online order for her medication. It turned out that my mom have to wait for another 4 days for insurance to get approved. Will switch to Walmart or Costco pharmacy instead of using CVS soon.
This CVS will not answer the phone. It will direct you to the Pharmacy but they will not pick up, EVER.
I generally do not have problems at this CVS.I do miss Sharon who was a Pharmacist there for years and then one day not there anymore.Since then other representatives have impressed me with their kindness and willingness to go beyond what they have to to ensure I receive the best care. This is all over the store. I do have a concern about not being able to get my phone number to work for coupon use yesterday, Sunday, November 2018. When I started to pull up the app the cashier said its too late. When I tried my mothers number it wouldnt work. Now clearly I am annoyed and I know something is wrong but I dont want to become difficult over my coupons. I ended up paying full price and not getting credit for my purchase. Heres my question why didnt the cashier use the stores card or offer to? Why did the entire experience leave me befuddled? I honestly do not know if I was discriminated against as an African American.
Best pharmacy staff anywhere, especially the pharmacist Sharon Johnson. She really looks out for me, calling me if something doesn’t look right on a prescription and going out of her way, literally, to get backordered drugs. They are all fast and efficient and really seem to care about every client. I wont go anywhere else. 👍🏼
I cannot recommend using the Minute Clinic. I arrived today for a 12:17 appointment (Kids physical). We booked online. Arrived 10+ minutes early. The computer to check in was broken--would not accept my confirmation code. I tried to ask employees in the store for help. Nobody can help--citing that the minute clinic is separate from CVS. Its front and center on the sign able the door CVS Minute Clinic and yet they know nothing about it. 20 minutes later the nurse comes out of her office and says I lost my place in line because I didnt check in and now the wait is now 95 more minutes. I show her my online confirmation. I say Ive been waiting. Doesnt matter.
I walked in 20 mins before closing tonight desperate to get medicine for relief. I thought I was going to annoy the staff for coming in so late but there was one employee and she was so sweet and helped me quickly look for the medicine I was desperately looking for. I don’t always leave a review but felt the need to just because she was so kind and patient with me!
Every visit has taken me over 20 minutes. Extremely slow, even at non peak hours
I cant say enough about this new pharmacy. Im unfortunate to have many prescriptions to be filled each month and have struggled with all the other pharmacies in the area over the past couple years to get them right. Ive also struggled with staff. Ive been using this new pharmacy for several months and have since moved all my prescriptions to this location. The pharmacist (Todd) has gone out of his way to find just the items Ive needed, the staff is patient with my many questions and courteous at all times. The store is exceptionally clean and the employees are all very friendly. Im thrilled and relieved to finally find a pharmacy that I dont dread going to. Kudos.

This is more of an overall regional and national policy to carry an inferior generic medicine that is clearly recognized as such by 99.9% of the patients who left a review on Rhodes Pharmaceuticals site. It is disgraceful for CVS to fill prescriptions with products by an unsatisfactory & criminal manufacturer.I had oral surgery yesterday and was given a prescription for percocet 5/325. There is absolutely no medicine in these tablets. I am in worse pain now & Ive taken 2 every 4 hrs. Im glad to see it isnt only me, however the pharmacy must be aware they are giving customers/patients an inferior product. I doubt complaining to the FDA or to CVS will generate any satisfactory response, like immediate return for a brand name at no extra charge. CVS would quickly change their manufacturer if they actually had some painful consequences of their own! In the meantime I am in horrific dental pain with no options for relief.

This is a nice CVS, although they seem to have computer issues accessing NPLEX, so often times if you try to get some Sudafed or something similar, you wont be able to.
