I saw Dr Sally Karim, and she did a great job examining me and explaining my options. She answered my many questions without seeming rushed, and I really appreciated her expertise and how she treated me with dignity and kindness. Her dental assistant, whose name i failed to obtain, was one of the very best i have encountered. Her communication skills and compassion were exceptional. Thank you for a great experience.

Beware of charges. Before you see ANY dentist here, I would specifically ask for a pre-treatment estimate. Even though this endodontist is in network, we were charged several hundred dollars for an evaluation. My dentist had already done the $350 xray that they took and charged us for among others. Our bill even has a unspecified preventative procedure, so they are throwing vague charges to up their profit.

That was the most comfortable root canal ever. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even gave me a blanket because I was cold. The office is super clean and smells good. The doc was super personable and friendly as well. I would def recommend them in the future.

Got my root canal done today. I love his staff. Seriously i can hang out with all day. They made it so easy and peaceful for me. Me being hard of hearing there was awesome lady who stayed by my side and made sure i read her lips to understand what going on.. i had s great experience at that place...

First off let me start off by saying I have complete anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done. So I am not easy to please.Start off by walking in and you are greeted with the most friendliest staff ever. Proceed to the back with Kristen an absolute doll. She explained everything to me and made sure I was at ease before my root canal. Dr. Tolba told me at my evaluation that most of his patients go to sleep because it is a boring procedure. I did not go to sleep 😂 but it didn’t have anything to do with Dr. Tolba and his staff. Absolute hands down the best staff. You will not be disappointed I pinky swear.

Everyone who helped me was wonderful! They explained everything they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend the Doctors office to anyone!

Dr. Tolba just did my root canal and the process was painless! I almost fell asleep during treatment! He has great bedside manner, explains everything to put you at ease, and has very gentle hands. Also his staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend him and the practice!

This place is amazing.Im terrified of the dentist to start, Ive just come from a horrible experience with a dentist (like, caused permanent nerve damage, trigeminal neuralgia horrible experience), and I Dr. Tolba did a root canal.Everyone there was not just pleasant but thoughtful, made me feel comfortable, explained everything and really asked questions to get a substantial understanding of me and my medical history, and the root canal (the only Ive ever had) was not that bad at all.If you need an endontist, see Dr. Tolba and his staff. They are wonderful.

Poor customer service by receptionist staff. Did not smile. Not sensitive to customer time despite appt being in middle of the workday. Was not asked to arrive early to complete paperwork or informed that it could be completed online. Appt was scheduled for 1:30, I waited for 30 minutes and then left. Little things matter, especially in dental care!

I was petrified going to get my root canal. But the staff and dr tolba put me at ease. Before i knew it my root canal was finished. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Now, this is what I call true professionals! From the front desk (Michelle) to the assistants (Eiryn, sp?) and the other friendly assistant (didnt get her name), to Dr. Tolba! What a great experience! Had to cancel appointment with two other endodonists because of the attitude and a careless staff in the office, and so glad I did! Third time is a charm. They were just wonderful.... friendly and professional. Dr. Tolba is very knowledgeable, his office is state of the art. He is not pushy. Will go through various options (if any) with the patient. In the end didnt have to do the root canal, but if I ever need one, this is the place I will go to!

I was referred to Dr. Tolba by my dentist and I am glad she did so. Dr. Tolbas staff is professional and kind and easy to work with. Dr. Tolba is a fantastic endontist. He has completed three of my root canals and each experience has been a positive one. Dr. Tolba is good at what he does and is very thorough. I highly recommend he and his team for anyone looking for a local endodontist.
