Neighbaur Dental is Awesome! Like a small town neighborhood dental office. The caregivers at all levels there develop relationships with their patients. My son’s insurance has changed, so I have to search for another dentist for him. He loves them, so it’s sad. On a happier note, we will never change dentists in less forced!! These folks were awesome as soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. This was my first time here. All the staff are friendly and down to earth people. Holly and Melanie are awesome people. I cant leave out Dr. Sun his bedside manner was excellent. They had to extract a tooth and it was a quick painless process. I highly recommend using these folks. I was a first time customer but, now Im a lifetime customer.

Honestly the ladies at Neibauer are top of the line in customer service. When you walk into a place and you feel like family from the greetings, to the information given, to the actual care that have about an individuals luxury bone hygiene. I cant tell you how much I love the dentist at this practice. The both of them are amazing. My kids absolutely love going to see either of them. Everyone that works in the is too notch . The problem however is the front desk. Its sadly really because they can turn a great experience sour. They are short when you make appointments & check out. I called because an error was made and abruptly transferred with no warning. So sadly while I love the dentist there I wont be returning.

I have had such bad experiences in the past from dentist. I started using Neibauer Dental when I lived in Maryland and now that Ive relocated, the first dentist I looked for was Neibauer. Even though theyre considered separate entities, they did not fell me. They are extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable! Thank you team!

Have had multiple bad experiences. The latest, I waited 45 min past my appointment time and watched 5 people who arrive after, go before me.Only to get back and informed we were doing a different procedure than scheduled. Just lost 6 customers for good

The dentist is just about the worst thing ever in my book. I HATE going, I make them aware of my dentist fears and they do very good at keeping me calm. The front desk is always very good and they get me checked in and checked out quickly. Again I HATE the dentist but I do like this office.

From the front desk assistants to the doctors every single person at this office worked hard to get me the care I needed. They worked with me to find the appropriate services in accordance to my insurance and made sure I paid the least amount possible out of pocket for the work I needed to get done. Would definitely recommend and continue to use them!

They have a message service that they use during normal business hours that does not communicate well with the office staff. Visits feel like a means to squeeze every nickel from you, not to support you and provide you a service. My last visit was the fastest cleaning I have ever had. Normally my cleaning take the full allotted time and typically run longer. However this was done in 15 minutes and was followed by the hygienist pushing the dentist on what my treatment should be. Insisting that this had to be done. A recommendation makes sense but pushing the dentist and repeatedly telling what should be done felt very inappropriate. I would not recommend this location unless you want a hard sell for additional treatment and a mediocre cleaning.

Unfortunately, I trusted this location to perform my Invisalign treatment because I had been going to them for cleanings for years. I learned after an evaluation from another dental practice that this Neibauer facility shaved off every last bit of my tooth enamel on every tooth that had buttons on it for the Invisalign treatment. This damage is irreversible. Enamel never grows back, these teeth are noticeably forever discolored, and there is a dull grittiness on the outer layers of my teeth from the abrasive removal of the buttons. Most regrettably, the health of my teeth is forever changed from this treatment. The only follow-up treatment for this damage is sealants and coverings like veneers. However, the natural health of my teeth will never be the same. I shouldnt have to get this costly treatment after Invisalign. Whats more, the permanent retainers they made for me couldnt fit in my mouth, even though they made a mold of my teeth beforehand. They actually blamed me for the retainers not fitting, saying that the way I requested my teeth to be straightened caused them not to fit. I expressed to them before I started any treatment how important my teeth were to me. Outwardly they seemed very kind, but in the end they only acted on what was most convenient and economically beneficial for them. They should have treated me like a human being and a patient. Dont lose the health of your teeth by getting braces and/or Invisalign here.

I could not ask for such quick service and the dental assistant made me feel so relaxed upon entering the intake process. She could tell I was beside myself and very apprehensive to say the least. I have been traumatized in my earlier years that the fear of a dentist is last place I want to go and be . The staff returned my call immediately . I did not expect to get an appointment with Covid and not being a patient I was shocked that I was able to come in at 9:30. The night before I was about ready to cut my head off with my toothache that I was so excited to get in within hrs of my call. I met Dr. Son and he was the best so now Im going to continue and get all my teeth fixed and work on a plan of action from this day forward. OMG this place was the best . No embarrassment no lecturing just pure help with no pressure . Thanks You Staff at Neibauer Central Park

I had an emergency extraction this afternoon. The staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The office is very clean and they are being extremely careful with everything thats going on. I was super nervous I would feel or hear the tooth coming out but I didnt feel a thing after the shots. The appointment was so quick and easy!! Everyone was so kind and the doctor was very gentle and informed me of every step he was going to take. Even when applying the anesthetic, he was very encouraging! Thank you so much! The pain is gone and I can live life a bit easier now.

2020 has been a weird year for everyone, but one of the positives I can take away from this year is getting my dental health in order. I can honestly say Neibauer Central Park has given me the best dental experiences in the Fredericksburg area. I couldnt be more impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.First and foremost, Id like to thank Andrea and Ashley for the great work they did to clean my teeth and gums. I came in with bleeding gums and considerable calculus build up, so a lot needed to be done. Andrea made scaling and root planing a comfortable experience. I wasnt anxious at all and hardly felt anything during the procedure. Ashley also did a terrific job of cleaning my teeth including removing some annoying coffee and food stains. Overall, I really appreciated Andrea and Ashleys attention to details.Second, Dr. V is absolutely great. She and Andrea were the ones who encouraged me to start Invisalign so cleaning my teeth would be easier. Id been wanting to straighten my teeth for years anyway, so I figured at 35 years old, its now or never, no? Dr. V was very direct and helpful about the entire process before I even committed to it. Im currently five months into my treatment and really impressed with the progress Ive made in such a short amount of time without any complications. My teeth already look great, and I still have another three-four months left. Also, I highly enjoy Dr. Vs sense of humor. Shes very pleasant and cracks me up during check ups. I only wish she didnt have her instruments in my mouth so I could laugh at her jokes.Third and finally, I cant forget about the reception staff. I appreciate the effort everyone has put into to making my appointments and letting me know all my financial options for Invisalign.I cant recommend this place enough. I look forward to continuing my visits here.Update April 2021:I left a review here a few months ago, so I thought I’d leave a follow up. Once again, I’m very impressed with the entire staff. I’ve finished my Invisalign and moved onto my retainer. Dr. V even did some contouring on a few teeth to even them out. I’m so pleased with the results! I almost can’t believe I have straight teeth and managed to do it in under 9 months. I’m truly grateful to everyone at Neibauer Central Park for their work. It’s definitely the best dental experience I’ve had in the area.

She and her staff are always phenomenal, and always provide the best customer service when scheduling and fitting you in, especially when it is an emergency in which case was for me today.Everything is explained in detail as to what is wrong, why it hurts, and how it can be fixed, and what options you have. If Dr. V cant fix the problem, she refers you to doctors that can, who are just as great, in which case, Ive had this done too.Ive seen Dr. Sun too, when Dr. V was not available and he is amazing as well.And I adore the hygentist, and recently Holly has been the one assisting me more often, and is patient, listens, and assures me it will all be okay.Def reccomend 110%

I tell you by comparison theyre very very nice make sure that you understand your mouth health.. what you going to do to get better...when it comes to the pandemic it doesnt get any more cleaner then this office...I tell you now you aint going to catch anything going in there they are very very safe very very making sure that you wear a mask everybody wears a mask you dont even go into the office you stay in your car they call you to come in and they walk you in...they definitely want to make sure that your mouth is healthy and that the rest of you stays intact... also as far as dentist go I was really happy and so comfortable with dentist Dr. Vellanki... just really Pleasant talk to you know... I know that what I did with my teeth was my fault and but i like that she didnt talk down to me and she was really nice and educational about the whole thing just so down-to-earth and modest and just acting cool and just being another human being understanding that another human being lost I get back on to a better status with their teeth... I look forward to my next appointment to get a deep cleaning even though its the dental hygienist and not the dentist.. I really look forward to going back to the office they dont make things awkward or make you feel bad about what youve done wrong with your mouth they take a more educational approach and our kind of bought it and thats what I like and I think a lot of people would appreciate that
