We were new to the area and did not want a big box dentist. Dr. Romano did his own cleanings. He was terrific with my two kids. My husband and I went as well. He was prompt, thorough, and did not recommend a whole ton of unneeded services like you get at those big box dental places. He requested our x-rays be transferred over from our last dentist so he could provide continuity of care. All around was a terrific experience. They do not always have someone who answers the phone, as they only have one person up front assisting clients and answering the phone, etc. So leave a message, they do get back to you.

Completely unacceptable service. A family member was in desperate need of an appointment due to extreme pain. We made 6 phone calls and left 3 voicemails.The experience up to this point is extremely frustrating. Totally lost our business.

The doctor was polite and prompt. My appointment was in time and everything went smoothly. Also, he was great with my 4 year old and made her feel very comfortable. I would recommend him.
