This is a superbly well organized practice, professional in every aspect of their business.Today I was there for “routine” hygiene (cleaning, flossing and fluoride treatment). Myhygienist was thorough, efficient and quick. I was in and out in about half an hour. A couple of months ago I was in for small cavity whichDr. Burns himself took care of without inflicting any discomfort whatsoever. The front office folks are top notch as well. Without the slightest hesitation I would recommend this outfit to anybody.

The dentist I had trusted for over a decade retired, recommending Burns Family Dentistry. This is my second experience with Burns, the first being their initial evaluation plus a cleaning. Dr. Burns did a complete exam! not just - look at the panoramic X-Ray. He and his staff makes you feel relaxed & comfortable with the exam. He and his staff explain everything to you so you can understand the treatment plan he is suggesting and why you do or do not what to do something.I had another dentist tell me to just pull all my teeth put in dentures and implants. They never told me or even suggested that I may not be a candidate for implants! When I asked Dr. Burns about the implants he explained with out a lot of work I was not even a candidate for upper implants and showed me why!!Dr. Burns is a wonderful dentist!

Always using the latest and best technology and good common sense. I drive a 2 1/2 hour trip because I moved out of the area. Always worth the time.

Everyone I saw was great. Thisbwaa my first appointment. And they didnt rush me in and out or do a poor cleaning right away. They went through my entire mouth and gave me a good plan of action to take care of what I needed. They showed me the pictures they took and the x rays to explain everything as they told me what was going on. Doctor trusted the hygienist assessment and basically just confirmed. Doctor, hygienist, assistant. All top notch. Sorry I cant remember names!

Dont let the nice decor or pleasant staff fool you. This practice is about money! I was lead to believe the fist evaluation visit was complimentary. NO. I paid $262. to learn it would cost over $3000. to have 7 cavities filled.Ask before having work done

The best dentist office ever! Besides the assistants and dentist, the office itself was spotlessly clean. The air in the office was pure, no medicinal smells( which make some people nauseated) ( me for one)! Everyone was nice and helpful. I’m so happy I have found some place to feel comfortable and secure.

I broke my rear molar below my gum line and it split in two. My pain was unbearable. I was able to see Dr. Karnes within 5 days and he extracted it in a single visit. Every person I came in contact with was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I have Sjogrens Syndrome & have had a hard time finding a dentist that is willing or able to help me. A very pleasant dental appointment today. I received a cleaning and check up with a new dental hygienist. The hygienist was Faruk and he comes with 30 years experience and a very gentle touch. Tambra was sweet as always when she greeted me. The girls waved as I passed the front desk.

The most attentive and considerate dentist experience Ive had, which is saying a lot for this retiree. Being my first visit to Burns Family Dentistry there were several introductory steps that needed doing and I was given detailed explanations for every phase. But lets start with the first impression: appointment time. I came a little early, and to my great surprise they went ahead and took in, early! -Definitely a pleasant surprise. Later I threw them a curve when I showed them I needed some (previously undisclosed) work done in addition to the initial cleaning, and although Dr. Burns schedule was full he still fit me in with only the briefest of delays -- so this was not just a same day dental appointment but a same hour appointment! In the interim the staff frequently checked with me to ensure my comfort level, and apologized for any delay (which I was the one who caused by springing this on them). For follow-up work I knew I needed Dr. Burns patiently explained the various steps, listened to my concerns, and we set up a treatment plan that I was very comfortable with. So with their top notch state-of-the-art equipment, sparkling clean conditions, and genuinely caring staff, I have to give Burns Family Dentistry 5 stars, unconditionally.

The staff at Burns Family Dentistry are very professional and friendly using state of the art equipment and techniques. Having a filling done is not wonderful, but I was amazed, no needle to numb me, no pain using the laser in place of a drill, no drill sound, no fat lip afterward. Ive been a client for 40 years.

Covid mitigations are followed very well. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. I received great care.

I just moved to the area and before I had a chance to get situated one of my crowns broke. Within 24 hours Burns Family had welcomed me into their system and fixed my crown with out breaking the bank. Very happy to have found a new dentist for my whole family.

My experience with Burns Family Dentistry, PC was the most pleasant experience of any Dentist ever.I have been to about seven Dentist and or Oral Surgeons in my 67 years. Only two of them were nearly pain free. The first is no longer in practice but the other one is Dr. Burns. I cant stress enough how fortunate I consider finding this Dentist. Dr. Burns of Burns Family Dentistry, PC is by far the best Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being cared for. The Doctor preformed a surgical extraction for me. I must say that it was just about as pain free as it could have been. Considering the usually very painful procedure of having that procedure done; it was actually nearly painless. The Doctor has mastered techniques of making dental work practically pain free. Im so happy that I found him and can honestly say that I no longer fear going to the Dentist any more. It took years for me to find a great Dentist again, but I got lucky when I found Dr. Burns. Id also like to compliment his highly professional staff. They are wonderfully courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Last but not least; the Doctors office is beautiful. Its clean and beautifully decorated. The lady at the desk was super friendly! The assistant called me back when I checked in, fast wait. I was getting cavity fillings in and I was very scared because I’ve never had them done! I have been going to Burns Family Dentistry since 2001. In my opinion Dr Burns sincerely cares about his patients and uses the latest technology available to facilitate his work. Blair in the front office is extremely helpful at all times. Wendy is my hygienist and she is super and makes you feel very comfortable during your cleaning procedure.

I showed up bright and early on a busy monday and inquired about an appointment to fix my upper dentures that i had accidentally chipped over the weekend knowing full well that was probably going tobe a few days before they would be able to squeeze me in to theyre already busy schedule.But to my surprise they took me right back . Saw a few familiar faces took an impression met with Dr.Burns and by mid week not only were my teeth back but beautiful once more. Mind you Dr. Burns father had done my teeth in 2001 and 18 years later they were still beautiful other than a few adjustments over the years I hadnt been theyre office since 2008 . Let first just say young Dr. Burns was great kind professional and reassuring as well as all his staff. I couldnt believe that they could accomplish what they did in just a few days and get this I had an overpayment that was still on theyre books what a surprise. Cant thank you all enough. You all are the best and its great to see the next generation carrying on in this day and age of changing times.
