I was very pleased with my recent visit. It was an easy check in and check out. My kids were seen on time and the dental hygienist was very thorough when she cleaned their teeth.

The hygienist was gentle, but thorough. Old teeth and gums appreciate that! The doctor is very good at recognizing concerns and does not ‘force’ a decision. He explains things thoroughly and answers all questions. The office receptionist is helpful and patient. All are professional and friendly!

I absolutely love Battlefield Dental! Everyone is so friendly and the environment is light. At every visit I have felt important. They really take the time to talk to you and make your experience a good one. It never feels rushed and I feel that they do a wonderful job!

Excellent Experience. I was treated professionally. Because I had a few complications, they needed to take extra time with me and explain everything that was happening to me. Even the cleaning was carefully explained and handed with care. In addition the tools they used were up to date and as pain-free as possible. Very professional dentist and extremely competent staff.

Today was my first appointment. The front office manager was nothing less of professional and down to earth. The x-ray tech did a fantastic job and what can I say about my hygienist, Danielle, other than she was a joy to have working on my teeth. Because there was an open slot, my initial visit turned into a deep scale cleaning with full anesthesia and I never felt a thing. Thank Danielle!Thank you again, Shawn.

I have been Dr. Chengs patient for almost 5 years. He and his team have always been both caring and efficient. For example, when I recently broke a tooth, they saw to it early the next morning. Dr. Chengs work has been excellent.

Love Battlefield Dental!! Had a problem this morning and got in this afternoon. Thankfully everything was good. The staff from my first call to the end of my appointment were wonderful. I love this practice. They are the best ever. Our hygenist is Danielle and we love her. She is professional, caring and just the best. Feels like family every time we enter their office. Dr. Cheng is so professional, lets me know what is going on and what he thinks the next best step is. I would recommend this practice to everyone that I know that is looking for a dental office in this area, there is no one better than this practice!!

I am very selective and critical when I choose a dentist. I found Doctor Cheng, of Battlefield Dental of Fredericksburg, to be a caring, thorough, pro-patient, professional dentist with a super-upbeat personality.He is very clear in his treatment overview and always concerned about his patients pain and comfort during his treatment, and proper bite before concluding his patients visit.I look forward to my visits with his practice, knowing he and his competent staff will do a great job.I have no problem referring people to his dental practice.

Went to go in to get new patient paperwork to fill out, so that soon I would be able to make an appointment and the paperwork process would be done. Unfortunately they had painters inside and I was told, they due to the painters, I was not able to be given the paperwork, or fill it out. Nothing was listed on webpage. Will likely be looking for another dentist.

We just moved to Fredericksburg and a new friend recommended this dentist. We were welcomed with a friendly receptionist. The dental hygienist was warm and careful about her work so as to not cause discomfort. Dr. Cheng was knowledgeable and good at communicating the condition of my teeth. I am glad to have found a good dentist here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chengs since the early 2000s when he was a young dentist just starting out. Now that he has his own practice, I always feel that I have been well-looked after by an expert team of professionals. I also like the feeling of being a member of a family and not as just another patient.

My cleaning and checkup went very well. I would have given 5 stars, but it seems hard to really say I loved it for a trip to the dentist :) My technician, Meagan (not sure on the spelling) was terrific and treated me well. The doctor was also very thorough at the end. I look forward to my next visit in September.

If I could give a million stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The receptionist was extremely friendly and kind and the waiting room was impeccable with a wide array of magazines to choose from. The dental hygienist who led me from the waiting room to the back was equally as friendly and kind. Dr. Cheng worked his magic quickly and painlessly as I watched some news on the flatscreen TV that was mounted on the wall. As Dr. Cheng then reclined my chair for the final touches, I thought to myself Shoot, Im going to miss the best part! However, as I reclined I realized there was another flatscreen TV mounted on the ceiling that enabled me to continue watching without missing a thing. The procedure was quick and painless due to the fact that it was clear that Dr. Cheng knew exactly what he was doing and his calming nature.. Not to mention the TWO flatscreen TVs in the room.. One on the CEILING! Im amazed by the people who work at Battlefield Dentistry and the office itself. 1 million stars for Battlefield Dentistry!!

Some dentists are merely technicians, Dr. Cheng of Battlefield Dental is an artist as well as extremely skilled. (I should know, I am no stranger to dental work.) I was in for a double extraction, nothing anyone wishes, however Dr. Cheng and his staff got me through this with zero pain. Dr. Cheng spends the time necessary to educate his patients about the procedures and is reassuring before, during and after. Due to relocations I have had experience with many dentists. If there is a Dental Hall of Fame, Id vote Battlefield Dental in, no question.
