We have been with Compass for a few years now and have used both the intensive in-home and ABA. The wonderful team of supervisors and therapist have been top notch. We were hesitant after a very bad experience with NCG, but so grateful we tried Compass. Elise, Cat, Stacy, Kim, Phylicia, Christa, Katrina and Danielle have been so helpful, kind, patient with our large family and special needs. They’ve helped out foster kids, adoptive kids, bio son so incredibly much! They go above and beyond and we are so grateful for all they’ve done to help our family improve.

Compass is a wonderful place to work. They truly value professional development and are very professional and honest in my experience. The work is hard, but rewarding. I miss working there and still would if I didnt move to another state.

Worst experience of my life. Do not trust this agency with your personal information. Make sure you ask for copies of everything you sign.

I enjoyed every day..months..years, 8 years to be exact. This companys passion for others is seen and heard in all position. I will always be thankful for all the lessons I learned and for their belief in my abilities to help others. If you want to grow and thrive Compass is the place. I will miss everyone.

Fantastic place to work. Amazing company! Focused on providing quality services to each client. Provides counseling services in a variety of formats. Provides behavioral services that encompass the needs of children in each setting they encounter to help them access new activities and experiences.

Very bad service new staff with no experience all girls who work at this facility r just new trainees . They wasted 6 months of my son who s 3 and half years old did not show any progress but at school and speech therapy and occupational therapy he showed terrific progress, the director Margaret s a mean women who only cares about making money, doesn’t take parents n kids concern in consideration. Her staff would come late every day when we complained she would suggest us another agency to work with. Very rude woman. Please don’t waste your precious ones time with this agency.

I am not listing the specific workers name because I am a bit intimidated by the pull she has in our community. I have had the same worker for almost 6 months. In the beginning she was very accomidating to my needs. We went on outings because she said she needed to observe how I handled public situations but then on many occasions she either sat in her vehicle or went to do her personal shopping. When she was with me At stores she spent long periods of time talking to other customera.She was late for most appointments which took place 3 times per week and took personal calls which sometimes lasted over 1/2 hour. I called her supervisor concerning the situation and he asked what I wanted him to do about it. I am ending services early although I do think I could benefit from a program that provides what this company offers.

Compass was falsifying information, forging signatures, failing to inform me and my children of what was being signed, sharing information without written permission, sharing unnecessary information with my childrens school which had no bearing on my childrens education.
