What they are doing for all the kids during this time is absolutely amazing! They work very hard to get every kid on track with all the virtual learning for the school ages. My daughter loves it there

Definitely 5 plus Stars! The staff are the best. They truly care about your child and their development. Everyday they smile, say hello, and engage you in conversation when they can. The rooms are perfect for each age and the skills they need to learn. They do activities and hold different events for all sorts of things; always keeping the children engaged. Even when a child is going through growing pains, they help the child and parent with ways to remedy the behavior and work with you. We have all three of our children going here (Infant to Kindergarten) and wouldnt have it any other way. Our oldest was even in a center prior to finding CCC and the positive improvement he had mentally and behaviorally were huge. The love they have for the kids shines in all they do. Most importantly, my kids love being here.

My children have been attending this facility for the last 6 years. They have always been willing to work with me. Both of my girls are treated just like family by all of the staff. I couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place for my children! Thanks for all your hard work!! Your commitment really shows within the children you help raise!

This center has been a blessing for our family ! We love all the teachers and the director has been nothing but helpful any time I have needed her. My son has learned so much and loves all his teachers. We have been at Creative for a little over 2 years now and I would recommend them to anyone!

Harrison Road Location -Finally found a childcare I feel good about, I know when I am at work my child is safe, learning, and having fun. Its feels great not to have to worry about your child all day. They have an awesome moon bounce big enough for fun but small enough that little children can enjoy the kids get to use it when the weather is to bad for outside. In addition they have a lot of camps. I wish I would of found them a lot sooner

We checked multiple Day cares and this one was the only one that had no problems letting us tour the facility on the fly (the other ones asked for us to set up appointments which raised red flags).We have been using the Harrison Crossing location now for 2 years and it is wonderful. The teachers are attentive and loving. The staff is kind and lets us know ANYTIME something happens that we should know about (for example anytime a child is hurt for any reason they call to let us know). The facilities are clean and we have had 0 issues. Super glad we chose them.

I love that each child gets the attention needed to help them grow in a social environment. The teachers show that they love working with the kids. I love that they take the time out each afternoon to clean the facility as well.

Not only do my children go there, we love everyone there, but in also have worked there and its absolutely AMAZING!!! No other center will ever keep my kiddos

First time we went they had open spots for our son. The next time I went noone would open the door to the facility middle of the day. I came back at 3pm after nap time and yet again noone was in the front desk to assist and they had left the front door unmonitored. Finally get a hold of someone and they say they had to ask the director if they have any open spots( this was a 4 day time span gap mind you). Then recieved a call our child would not be allowed to enroll because they said due to our frustrations we expressed they didnt see fit for that kind of environment even though our frustrations were with the staff for not doing their job..... I would recommend taking your kids elsewhere.

Tidewater Trail location is horrible. Creative Childcare has multiple locations. Our children attended Creative Childcare for almost 2 years at the Tidewater Trail location. It was a wonderful, loving place for children up until April 2011 when the director was pushed out. Then everything changed. It was then a unhealthy and dangerous place for the children. It was very hot in the building, the excuse we received was the A/C was broken and they are working on it (for 1 plus month?). The quantity of the food they were serving to the children after the director left was cut way back. In the mornings many time there were 15 or more children ages 2 and up in one room with one adult. After we left (and we gave 2 weeks notices as requested) we received a phone call shaking us down for more money. When we questioned it, the women could not explain. She was told by the owner to call us. We paid every two weeks and it was always two weeks in advance. We did not owe anything. I had receipts to back it up. We actually had to leave the day care sooner and loose a entire week payment because of the heat, fumes and a sticky floor from the floor being waxed the night before. The last day there was a parents worse nightmare, as I had to scramble and get childcare sooner then planned. This is now a horrible and unsafe place for your children. What used to be a caring compasionate place has turned into just another business were its all about the money. What a shame. Beware!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this facility. The owners are both just as crooked as the director. My son had multiple issues saying the teacher hit him I was promised access to the cameras which I found out at that time do not work. I finally walked in and saw a teacher restraining my son when I brought this to the attention of the director my son was kicked out.They are never in ratio, teacher and director are unqualified. If you have a credit on your account they are quick to find a reason to take it away.all together a HORRIBLE place for children..

The facility is run down, the teachers dont seem to want to interact with the kids at all, kids just run wild while the teacher cleans. Child was unhappy, kids out of control. Yuck.

We started our two kids at CCC Harrison Crossing 5 months ago and we’ve had wonderful experience. The teachers are warm, kind, patient (with kids and parents!), respectful and passionate about what they do. Our kids are playing all day while simultaneously learning, but most importantly they are extremely happy!
