I would hands down recommend this facility to anybody looking for a daycare/preschool for their children. Theyve pretty much become like second family to my children and myself. Fabulous communication always. Both of my children who go here, love all of the teachers and they both are learning so much! I wish the teachers could follow them for the rest of their school years!

Tried this daycare for a week and during that time my child exhibited erratic bathroom training behavior as well as other hyper activity behaviors which were not seen again after leaving this facility.There is only one bathroom in the facility and it is not near the younger children so they cannot go at their discretion (The daycare before and after this facility had bathrooms in the rooms and potty training was not an issue).Management took my check for the week the day my child started there but did not cash it for several months after we left. As we were there for only four days total, there was no offer to refund the $20 supply fee nor refund me for the day that my child was not there.The next facility we went to has reported no erratic behaviors and there have been no bathroom accidents so I am still wondering what happened while my child was here for a week to cause him to act strangely.

Absolutely loved this center, my daughter was well cared for, teachers were very pleasant upbeat and charismatic every morning. In comparison to some daycare centers out here there is no comparison, they are passionate about their work.My daughter was well equipped for kindergarten and has been progressing above average for her age!

My child just started here. The staff is very nice and professional. I love that the teachers send home a curriculum. My child is only 2 and theyre preparing my baby for kindergarten! This is not your average daycare! Definitely a little academy!

While the teachers do interact nicely with the children, I cannot give this business my recommendation. The owner charged my credit card for a week after I had canceled my childs enrollment. I called to dispute the charge and Jessica said she would look into it. Nine days later I had not received a return phone call nor a credit to my account. I then called back and spoke with Jessica again and she indicated that this amount would not be refunded. If it werent for the owners questionable morals, poor customer service and communication skills that leave a little more than something to be desired, I would have recommended this day care.

My son has been attending The Little Academy for 3 years and has amazed me with all the things he has been taught there. He will be starting kindergarten this fall and is already able to recognize many words and has started reading. I can’t thank the teachers there enough for all they have done for my child to succeed. My daughter has just started and I cannot wait to see how she soars. Everyone at TLA is loving and welcoming. The teachers are always available through out the day if I have concerns or just want to check up on my children. I would 10/10 recommend this pre-school!

My daughter has been attending TLA since she has been 2 years old. My daughter walks in each day and is happy to see her teachers and friends which speaks for itself. I have never had to question the safety of my child or her well being. I love the small intimate class sizes, the spirit weeks, the family events, and that they are always trying to keep us involved. Each week I get a newsletter that covers what my daughter has learned and how I can assist at home in order for her to retain what she learns. I personally have seen such growth since my daughter has been attending and without question she is ready for elementary school. I appreciate that while they get down to business the afternoons are relaxed and the kids can be kids. Personally I find a movie and a snack the perfect ending to a busy day! Further more anytime I have had concerns and reached out to my child’s teacher after hours they respond almost immediately. While it’s bittersweet my daughter will be leaving next year to start elementary school I will for sure be sending my youngest next year!

While TLA does do teachings for the children that enhance their learning, it is a place where I felt no genuine warmth as a grandparent. I would notice the workers on their cell phones while I checked the cameras as well as on the playgrounds. It was not uncommon to see three or four children in time-out daily and usually the same ones. One day a little boy was in the corner with his nose facing the wall. That really disturbed me. I did address them about at least greeting the parents as well as letting us know how my grandson day went. I had to ask each and every day. They made comments that I seem to complain often. All I wanted was genuine contact and how the day went. One day he came home with no pull-up or pamper on. I guess the children were going in the restroom by themselves pretty regularly. What I found is a lot of parents dont do a good check up on their children at day cares. A lot of them drop them off and pick them up and thats all. No questions asked. Some mornings the Director would have her hand on her chin as she rested on the counter as parents came in. What a way to meet and greet. Hopefully things have changed. I am not one to just complain to complain. The grandson is at another place and it is professional all the way to the T.

Highly not recommend this daycare. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. Terrible customer service.
