I had my first time ever Brazilian wax done at this location by Stephanie. The front staff were so kind and check in was quick and easy. Stephanie was AMAZING and put me at ease, explained everything she was doing before doing it, and was incredibly professional and easy to chat with to take my mind off the waxing. I will definitely be returning!

When I get a wax it’s great. But last time they had me down two days in a row and I got a text saying I missed an appointment I never made. And today I go in for my appt which I have the confirmation email saying the correct time I made it but they had it in their schedule for 15 min earlier so just as I’m arriving 5 minutes early I get a text saying I missed it. So I wasted a trip here and now have to come back again in a few days. They’re just not organized well with scheduling. Lexi is a great tech though. Honestly if I didn’t have passes left I to use I’d find a new place

Went in today for a last-minute appointment because the woman I see now had to cancel on me. I don’t know which waxer I had, but I will tell you one thing she spent less than 10 minutes doing an entire Brazilian for me, and she didn’t tweeze the hairs that the wax missed after like they are supposed to. When I got home I could see that she not only missed The hairs that she supposed to tweeze but she missed huge chunks of hair all over, and just ripped apart my skin because she was pulling it so fast. Now I’m not new to waxes and I know that they’re supposed to pull quickly but not as quickly as this woman was. This experience just reminded me why I stopped going there and why I’ll never go back again. I just paid $80 for a woman To rush through the whole thing rip off my skin and miss massive chunks of hair.

I got my very first bikini wax today and Jasmine made sure to make me feel comfortable and less nervous! she was very kind, funny, and nice to talk to. the waxing did hurt, but i am very pleased with the results. i will be coming back here again!

I was very nervous for my appointment as this is my first time getting a Brazilian. My waxer was so kind and talked to me through the whole procedure and made me feel comfortable. They have Aftercare products that they use on you and you have an option of buying when youre done with your wax but they dont try to push the products on you. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back!!

I love EWC and drive 30 minutes every few weeks for my waxes. The hard wax makes it relatively painless, and their beauty products are solid. The appointments are easy to make or cancel, so the flexibility really meshes well with my busy schedule. I highly reccomend wax passes for future customers because its a great value if you have repeat appointments!

European Wax Center Fredericksburg is a great place to receive services. I usually change appointments multiple times and usually like to stick with my same waxer. But because of the changes I’ve been waxed by different people and all of them have been good!!

A little pricey but they have the wax pass in you are a frequent flyer. I used Jasmin and she was very friendly and made sure I had a comfortable experience.

They are very polite, flexible of you need to cancel your appointment and professional. Each time Ive gone, the girls are friendly and get you to talk to forget whats going on. Lol. I always get the Brazilian Wax and they the care and time as to not to hurt you (on purpose). Absolutely love European Wax Center.

I love EWC and the Fredericksburg location is always super clean, on time, and pleasant to interact with. I have had waxes from Caitlin and Stephanie and they both do a perfect job on full legs.

I was particular and clear with my request, and I even tried to make conversations with the girl so she can be more attentive, but again, instead of leaving me the strip, she waxed the whole area. It was already too late when I looked down and realized I had a full blown Brazilian. Absolutely ruined my mood and my plan, wasted my time, I walked out of there feeling bald.

The woman that waxed me was friendly and fast when waxing, it took 15 minutes for a Brazilian! But she didn’t get all of the hair that was a little further out but still definitely a part of that area AND (this is the part that justifies the 2 stars) she left wax and wax residue on me. The wax was purple, so it’s not like it was hard to see or anything. Overall, I am left with a sticky, and a little bit hairy mess and I expected more from a place that looked as professional as it did.

I’ve been going to my location for a couple of months. I only gave it 2 stars because my waxer was great however, more than half of my appointments have been canceled or rescheduled by the business! It seems like every time my appointment is coming up an issues arises with the business. When it snowed my appointment was canceled which is 100% understandable however they did not even have the courtesy to reach out and let me know. That is not the first time, another instance my waxer called out and they canceled my appointment without telling me, I only found out because I called to confirm my appt in which they said no longer existed. The front desk varies, some of the ladies are very polite and professional and some have been very rude over the phone. It is very inconvenient to constantly have your appts moved around every single time. I use to go to another EWC before moving and had a wonderful experience so I am sad this location is not up to par.

I had a wax appointment scheduled and when I showed up I was told that my water had an emergency so I couldn’t be seen. It was just an eye brow.. 10 min appointment.. they could had accommodated that.They apparently called to let me know but I don’t answer unknown numbers. They have a text system or email... with me not responding to a call that means I’m not aware that my appointment needed to be rescheduled.It’s 2020.. use all means of communication so this doesn’t happen. When you get something wrong figure out you can take care of the customer instead of “I’m sorry”.

The building is easily found on Central Park. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The packaged deals will end up saving you money in the end. And if they are suggesting a product, it’s most likely to help you out in the end, and probably worth it!

I can’t rave enough about Teresa! She is so sweet and professional. I was really nervous to start waxing my underarms, but she made sure to talk to me during the whole process and it didn’t hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. She educated me on aftercare and what to expect. I returned today for my underarms, but decided to trust her with my brows. I could NOT stop staring at them! They are perfect! I would highly recommend Teresa for all of your waxing needs!

They are absolutely amazing! They know their stuff and are very professional. I went there to get my first Brazilian ever and they reassured me and told me that yes its going to hurt the first few times but I will get used to it to the point it doesnt hurt as much. They gave me instructions on what to do to prevent in growns and everything. I am definitely coming here for any of my go to waxing!

I travel all the way from King George County just to get waxed here; European Wax Center is the only place I will go to get a wax. They are the most friendliest and professional staff, very well operated, and always do a phenomenal job. To anyone looking for a place or skeptical about getting waxed, leave it to these professionals. You will not regret it.

4.5 stars but I cant give a half star. After years of trial and error and trusting technicians I shouldnt with my brows, I found this establishment and Mel. I am always pleased after my visit. Front desk staff is friendly and business is always clean. Only slight negative is the price but, I only come a few times a year so it somewhat averages it.

The staff is always kind and courteous. Im also pleased with how well theyre enforcing stricter exposure limitations during the Covid 1st-phase reopening.

A great experience! They make you comfortable and the process is smooth from start to finish. I definitely go back and get the bundle for many more appointments to be covered. Well worth it.

I like my wax specialist, but the customer service at this location is extremely lacking! I came for an appointment in May and wanted to use the buy one get on half off special. I was told I could not use it for that appointment, but that I could not get half off my next appointment in June. Well at my June appointment, I came on time and had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled timw while the girls gabbed inside. After my appointment when I went to ring up, I was told that I could not receive the half off special. This establishment is the absolute worst when it comes to putting customers first and honoring promotions. I highly doubt I will be returning after this experience.

I went to the Fredericksburg center. My first time ever getting a wax, I got a Brazilian! I was contemplating the whole time before I went in especially since I’m on the bigger side. I’m so glad I did. I had Tasha & she was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable. I will highly recommend! It’s a hard wax which was great! I feel like a new woman, it will have your skin feeling super soft. Wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back!

Went today for my first Brazilian wax. My technician was Lissa and I loved her!!!! We talked the entire time she made me feel very comfortable and explained the process the after care and how long till I needed to come back. She was done and i didn’t even realize it. I was so pleased with her I scheduled my next two appointments with her and purchased the years worth of appointments. I strongly suggest Lissa at the Fredericksburg location.

Services are okay but waaaayyyy too expensive. An all body wax is $313 but you can get a all you can 2 wax sessions at Skin Touch Therapy for $140 that’s 2 hours that they will wax whatever! Highly recommend you to go there.

As someone who doesn’t normally post reviews I feel this is necessary. This was my second time being waxed with the same consultant. I left a very positive review after the first time, and this time is no different! Absolutely AMAZING! My waxing specialist, Tasha, actually remembered me and same as the first time made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the experience! (Which we all know can be nerve racking and uncomfortable). Everyone I’ve encountered there, on the phone, front desk, and wax consultant, have been nothing but amazing! I will continue my business there with Tasha! Highly recommend her!

Good wax, but shop oversells, if the service and products are what the customer want, the customer will continue to come back. A little overwhelmed. Price a little higher than others with same service and product. Not sure why my drivers license was required. Overall the wax was excellent and will sell itself.

EWC is awesome. They are super professional like having a dentist appointment. I love how they handle their appointments. The private rooms are clean and neat. It is really nice to be able to feel taken care of. EWC is 100 times better than going to a nail salon to get waxed.

I was for the first time to make Brazilian wax. That was a bad experience, the person who answered me was rude and left me with hairs, I also made my eyebrows and it was horrible. She did not know how to do the designer and they were crooked. I really will not come back. I was not well attended and did not get a good service

I have been here twice for eyebrow waxing in the past two months. I must say that Annette is absolutely amazing, especially when it comes to eyebrows. I took a picture in for how I wanted my eyebrows to look and she completely nailed it and made my eyebrows look amazing. She works quickly to minimize pain and has excellent attention to detail. She even filled my brows in for me too before I left. Im so thankful I found Annette and European Wax Center. I cant speak for the other waxing services they offer, but Im sure they are great too.

Unprofessional hire people that can be on time

I’ve been several times and it’s hit or miss. For that kind of money, I should not feel like I shaved days before. This last time, a lot of hair was missed( very disappointing because I thought that I had finally found a good experienced waxer ). I just wish I could find some consistency.

I have been to the Fredericksburg location a number of times. I have seen Stephanie and Brittany, and they are simply amazing at what they do. My eyebrows are always on point and just makes my day when i leave. I have only been brave enough once for a brazilian and these ladies make it as comfortable as possible. The hard wax is so much better than places that use the strips. The sales pitch is a bit too much for me- but i understand its part of their job- i did buy the face exfoliating gel and man....is that weird but fantastic. Thank you ladies... you are the very best !
