Ms Kathy did my color, press and trim so well that after 11 years of being afraid of going to a salon because the styles always messed my hair up... she is now my new hair stylist and she knows how to treat natural hair.

Ive been coming to this shop for over 7 years now and will not go anywhere else. Lisa does my hair and does an amazing job. I love the atmosphere in the shop, the moment that you walk in you are greeted with smiles and everyone is so friendly. There is no judgement and everyone talks as if they knew you forever. I have been a very satisfied customer at Before & After Beauty & Barber for many years. My stylist, Kathy Williams is amazing! I really like the Ashtae products she uses. The salon has a very professional, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

I was better off going to the Africans and letting them do my Senegalese twist. I’m disappointed in the fact that I paid $220 for Senegalese twist that started coming down TWO days later yet still it has not been a month since I’ve had my Senegalese twist. The stylists are very nice ladies and I’ve had my natural hair done with them as well in which they do an amazing job however I do not recommend clients/customers getting protective styles with them. I feel as though I wasted my money :(

The barber here is the picture of professionalism. He takes pride in his work. First time I have ever left a review. He deserves high praise.

Great barber, great service, if a little pricey (full cut+ edge up=$23 cash, $25 credit). He also is open later during the week, which is extra convenient for commuting employees.

The owner Kathy is very sweet. Her nostalgic salon is clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and entertained. She put me upfront to watch the news, fluffed me up with royal mags under the hair dryer. Honestly, she was so cute asking constantly if I was ok using her products. She is a very hard worker with patience and I really appreciate her. She made me look like Beyonce and I am a tired old mom of 5. She was letting me try on her big ruby jewelry...dolling me up for the red carpet. I was waiting for my Tiara. So I had bangs, relaxed hair, and a trim. Hubby was glad to pay.
