Very friendly staff. Very easy to make an appointment. Sat down as soon as I got in. Loved the result of the haircut. The salon itself was very prim and proper. Not a single utensil looked dirty or worn.Overall a very pleasant experience with a nice atmosphere.

I had Josie and she gave me a great cut! Shes very nice and makes sure you get what you want.

I would 100% recommend Belle Tressor. I absolutely LOVE Autumn! She has been doing my hair for years, and Im constantly in love with it! Most of the staff knows me by name, and they always greet everyone with a lot of energy.

I tried to cut my own hair and messed it up SO bad...LOL. Belle Tresor was able to offer me an appointment ~2 hours later with Josie who totally fixed my hair and made it look great!

My appointment had to be rescheduled because of my stylist being sick, but they were super nice and were able to get me in the same day. Katie was so nice about staying over her time and explaining everything to me as she did it. I definitely see why this place have such great reviews.

Best salon in town! I moved two years ago and it took me about 18 months and 4 stylists to find the best. Katie Engel is the best! The salon staff is also very inviting and helpful.

I have now been here twice. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is pleasant. The first time here I had my hair cut and styled. It looks amazing Meagan really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. The second time I came here I got my makeup and hair done for the ballet. I saw Meagan again. I look gorgeous and it didnt take forever. Both visits the owner took time to take to me. I will never go anywhere else. Again afoordable prices and great staff.

I had the pleasure of coming back to this salon after being gone for quite some time. My hair was in desperate need of a makeover. I truly despised my hair...I previously had Oway hair color and believe it was the culprit of my hair becoming thin, brittle, and not manageable.I made an appointment to get it fix with all over color and cut. I met Meagan who listened to exactly what I wanted. Even though I was nervous about it all as anyone else would be that has had previous bad experiences, I put my faith into her expertise.We cut alot of my hair off where it needed the most, gave it body, and life all over again. My color was exactly spot on to what the swatch I had picked. I am super thankful to have gone back to Belle Tresor and also to have met Meagan. I feel pretty again and no woman should ever feel ugly by her hair.Thanks Meagan, I will see you again soon!

This place is absolutely amazing the women are so warm and friendly. They take the time to hear you out and treat you like family. Meagan is my go to stylist! The owner and the other stylist take the time to continue their education and it shows in their work. No 1980s hairstyles here!

This was my first time using this salon and I will never go anyplace else. I walked in with NO appointment and was greeted with amazing attitudes and very welcoming staff. Meagan has magic hands omg, She turned my grown out lifeless hair into a beautiful sleek cut. I was back in her chair within 8 mins of walking in the door again without an appointment. I always say you get what you pay for so with that being said you will pay more at this salon however you will also walk out feeling like a million bucks. Worth every penny I spent !!! I Also was given $10 discount for being a new client. I cannot sat enough about this salon and the staff just amazing💜

I really am not satisfied. I went in with more blond than I came out with. It did not turn out the way I wanted. Hairdresser was super nice. When I pay $200 for my hair color I expect some color. It was the first time ever that I was shampooed after removing the foil from my hair. . . so all the dark color washed over the blond she just put in. The music was a little loud and I couldnt hear the hairdresser talking to me so I was always saying huh?. My hair is also fried and now really frizzy. Just not a good experience.... and to pay $200 for it, I have to say I will not return. Im just sad about the whole thing. Its been a week since I went and the only thing I can say is the cut is nice.

Barbara and her coworkers are the only people I will ever trust to give me any sort of cosmetic service. My mom and sister and I have been going to Barbara for the last 18 years and have followed her everywhere. We are thrilled for her that she was able to open up a beautiful studio, and that is where she has done countless haircuts, styles, and most importantly, my wedding. She gave myself and everyone in my wedding party first-class treatment in her wonderful studio where her and her associates treated us like queens. Barbara is an honest, hardworking, and (thankfully) meticulous hairstylist and I would recommend Belle Tresor to anyone who wants to have quality work done. I have moved away, but still will continue to and have, come back for haircuts and spa treatments.

My children both got haircuts that were butchered by another hair salon and I was advised to go to belle Tresor; they both came out looking great and I was one relieved mama. i even went back a few times and will still go back for myself as well! I feel as if I am being heard and I love that they take their time.

I will never understand why people love to write negative reviews. I know and see so many of the same faces each and every time I am at Belle Tresor. I have been going there for over 4 years. I have been to various stylists - Tina, Barbara, Sara and Katie. I have been happy with each and every one of them. I am a senior so color and style is a necessity! I searched high and low in Fredericksburg for a great hair salon. I finally found it at Belle Tresor! It is very clean, everyone is very friendly, and the hair style you walk out with is amazing! I have never seen anyone walk out with hair style that is anything short of amazing!

Josie is a newer stylist, but honestly it was the most amazing job I’ve ever had done to my hair! She took me from a faded (and it didn’t fade nicely lol) brunette to blonde balayage. And gave me this gorgeous dark maroon color that is even the whole way. Understood my desire to get rid of the very bad dead ends, but not take any length at the same time. My hair feels amazing and I have never gotten so many compliments about my hair color ever before!

My hairstylist was so inviting and did a wonderful job with my haircut! Highly recommend!

Ive been on the hunt for a good salon for a while now since its very difficult to find someone who knows how to cut my hair. I have super thick wavy coarse hair, so I either end up with a horribly choppy layered mess, or a pyramid shape to my hair. But I was desperate since ive become pregnant my hair has been resistant to home dye and It looked a WRECK. So I took a chance given the great reviews and I kid you not I have the best layered cut I have ever had in my life. Thats no easy task given my hair texture. I also went in for full foils, but after my consult the stylist decided that it was safer to do a partial given the box dye that was on my hair. I truly appreciated the honesty and that she didnt just say ehh oh well its her hair and roll the dice. It was the most comfortable experience ive ever had in a salon a super homey feel, I was there for 3+ hours (because of how much hair I have) and spent less the 200$ (for shampoo cut blow dry flat iron highlights and a toner) All in all I left 10 times happier about my hair. I wish I would of found them sooner.

Today I went to the beauty shop with my daughter. We both got her hair done. We were there for close to two hours and my daughter was engaged by watching a movie on my cell phone. I had it very low in the first place and asked if it was ok. Which I was told it was ok. It really helped to make sure that my little girl was on her best behavior as she is six. Towards the end of my appointment the manager came over and demeaningly talk to me like I was a five-year-old. Yelling at me to turn it down for a few minutes. Which by the way the first time she said it I immediately took the volume off. Not to mention the fact that she was about 2 feet from me with her finger practically right in my face. All she had to do was to tell me to turn it down. I didnt need to hear explanation, her extremely disrespectful tone of voice, or her body language. After my haircut was completely complete, I talk to her and she denied the whole incident with a fake smile. even though everybody in the entire salon heard it. If she talks to her customers this way, imagine how she treats her staff. not only will I let everybody I know what a bad experience I had, but I feel bad for her employees!

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a hair dresser. I asked for an ombre but the women talked me into a balayage which I agreed to after she explained what it was. It took 3 hours just to get the dye in it and it ended up burning my scalp which has been pussing for a day an a half now. She told me its from the box dye I had in my hair, but I havent put box dye in it for at least 6 months. My hair is now extremely damaged and feels like hay. I cant even brush through it. It doesnt look like a balayage at all. It looks like I have blonds hair with my roots growing in. It also was EXTREMELY over priced. 220 bucks for an awful experience. Pretty much 150 every where else ive looked. Extremely disappointed. Wouldnt recommend to anyone i know.
