Listen please stop ghosting me, ive called at least 3x a day for the past week, left messages and everything 😤 I just want my glasses, I just wanna be able to see, ya girl is blind af...So I guess Im gonna have to come there and talk to someone because this is ridiculous 💅🏼 since yall wanna keep playing...sidenote when I did have my appointments (before they ghosted me), the staff and Dr was amazing.

Horrible medical practice! Rude argumentative staff! All they care about is making money by scamming poor patients. My eyes got worse after they used eyedrops, so they could sell me their services. Today they were forcing my daughter to come in although she was coughing badly and was running fever. Find a real eye doctor, not these guys.

Worst office ever! Rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Make sure you know your vision coverage up and down... I had to argue with the receptionist for quite some time before she understood how my plan paid for my contacts. They also require you to have certain things done during your exam that you have to pay out of pocket for... never going back!

Horrible and irresponsible practice. I paid to get a contact test and there was no contacts of my prescription to try on at the office, which is understandable. They told me it would take a few days for my try on pair to come in, after a week of no response I call and they say they are backed up two weeks. I call after more than two weeks only for them to say they forgot to call me when they arrived. I got the contacts and had to schedule an appointment for the fitting and drove over an hour from college for this appointment only for them to cancel a few hours prior. They did not have a reason for canceling and offered a virtual consultation and said they would call me back. They never called me back. It has been such an unnecessarily difficult process to get my contacts and I STILL have not had my prescription finalized because they now are saying they do not do virtual consultations and I need to go in person. I am currently at college and driving back I could risk getting canceled on again. There system is unorganized and unprofessional to say the least. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to this business to get a new pair of glasses, and to replace lenses in my old pair. The brand new glasses arrived, and the prescription was wrong. They promised to re-make them, which they did. Meanwhile I picked up my old glasses with the new lenses, and two days later one of the lenses fell out. I went back and got my brand new glasses, and again the prescription was wrong. They replaced the lens (again) in my old pair, and I thought I was on my way. Not so. Went back again and the new glasses, on the third try, were still not the correct prescription. Oh, and by the way the lens on my other pair fell out again. I asked that they re-cut the lens so that it fit in the frame properly, which they refused to do. They just replaced the lens again and sent me on my way, with no new pair of glasses, and one pair which I expect will drop a lens (again) soon. If you have tons of time to waste and you like being frustrated, go to this place.

I went to this office because my husband had been in June 2017 and had a great experience, mine was very different. First and last time at this place. I have worn contacts for over 30 years. Appointment was at 9:45 a.m., I arrived about 20 minutes before, signed in, was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. The waiting room was full. At 10:15 a man who came in after me was taken back, I got up to look at the sign in sheet to see what time his appointment was, it was for 10 a.m. The woman in the office saw me looking at the sheet and mumbled our computer system is down, thats why I havent gotten to you. Not sure how that applied when everyone was signing a paper with their arrival and appointment times. I should have left then. She hurriedly took my ID and insurance card and gave me papers to fill out ( yeah, Id been there 45+ minutes and not received any registration papers), and rushed me into the exam area before I could fill them out. The doctor was extremely rushed. I tried to explain an issue I have with a lazy eye that was surgically corrected, but he was not interested in listening. He showed me two different lenses in the phoropter and quit. He said theyd order trial contacts for me. The lenses arrived 3 days later, when I picked them up the woman said it would be almost 2 weeks before the doctor could see me again. I compared the lenses to my old Rx, much different, almost like the two eyes had been mixed up. I tried them for two days, had to put my face against the mirror to even see the pupils in my eyes. Called the doctors office to say they werent working and was told Id still have to wait until my appointment two weeks later to get anything done. At that point I told her to cancel my appointment and that Id go to a different doctor. In comparing experiences with my husband we realized he had a different doctor, so guessing this place had changed hands in the last year. Very disorganized, clearly overbooked, understaffed and unprofessional. Dont waste your money or insurance benefits here, steer clear.

The lady that did our prescreening was good and I suppose the doctor was good. No bedside manner. He slammed my head back to put drops in my eyes. I had to warn my husband who had cervical fusion not to let him allow him to do that to him. Next, the ordering glasses. I told the person i was going to order them online and he told me no you arent . It went downhill from there. They told me they would charge me for my pupillary distance but no one would tell me what the charge was. This is one of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered with a health care professional. I would NEVER go back here.

Extremely dirty business. I was told frames will be ordered and lens too. Instead they gave me display frame and just put new lenses in them. I busted them cuz they left price sticker on and I noticed the glasses were no longer on display . They put it in writing and literally lied to me stating frames are brand new ordered. Then chnaged it after I pointed out what they did. They said can give me a refund of only $30.00 for what they did to try cover their tracks. They are money hungry and a bad business to customers lying to their face. Would not reccomend this place to anyone!

DO NOT waste your time going to this location. VERY ignorant and rude service. Lost paperwork then when called back to check that the glasses where ordered, was told NOT to worry about it.
