Dr. Scott was amazing, very proficient, great bed side manner, took his time and showed he actually cared. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating, took time to explain what they found and completed extra tests to be safe. Ive had issues with ENTs not listening or believing me in the past, but they were amazing and treated me with care.

Would be no stars. Dr spent maybe 5 minutes with me and didnt really want to listen. Seemed like he was in a rush. Prescribed me 4 different things and didnt explain them all. One of those meds put me into a severe depression for days which, had I known what it was up front I would have refused it. I have a deeper issue going on but the Dr didnt want to listen to me and just wanted to load me up with meds.

My visit to Central ENT Consultants was a good experience. The service was top notch. The staff was very friendly. I had a short wait to be seen by the doctor. He made you feel comfortable. All of my questions were answered. I would recommend this office.

Dr. Scott and his staff are always welcoming and professional. Dr. Scott thoroughly explains procedures, taking the time to make sure I understand everything and answering any questions I may have. I receive 2 allergy shots a week and they are given quickly and painlessly. Truly a great team at Central ENT!

It started out with your receptionist thanking me for my years of service to our country. My husband gets thanked all the time but this was the first time someone realized beside my family and friends that I also served. My nurse Silvia put me at ease from the start and settled my nerves down right away with her pleasant outgoing and caring nature. Your whole team did a wonderful job! I was skeptical about having surgery relating to my chronic sinusitis. I met with Dr. Deckard and he put me at ease that the procedure was relatively simple and had improved considerably. I had heard nothing but horror stories from friends. The surgery and recovery was a breeze and I have been recommending Dr Deckard and his Center ever since. I highly recommend him , however, following his flushing of your sinuses four times a day after surgery is critical to get optimum success.

When I called for an appointment, I was given one immediately.Every one in the office was helpful and kind.Dr. Scott is down to earth, straight forward, and tells you what is going on very clearly.They provide many services there, including hearing checks.I recommend this practice!

Dr Scott diagnosed my hearing loss in 2017 and has helped it improve. In 2019 I went to Dr Scott with what I thought was strep throat - it was a yeast infection in my throat due to prolonged antibiotic use. It was the most pain I’d ever known. In two days it was cured thanks to the procedure and meds Dr Scott prescribed. I am grateful for his expertise and confidence- and he’s a regular guy, too! I highly recommend him and his staff of great professionals. He’s my ENT for life.

Dr. Deckard was great with my elderly mom at her appointment! He explained step by step what he was doing which was comforting to both of us! He gave good advice on preventative care to prevent future ear problems! We both would highly recommend Dr. Deckard and the front office staff was very friendly and helpful too!

The Audiologist, Dr. Henry was very thorough in examining my hearing and recommendation for appropriate hearing based on my hearing loss. I highly recommend this ENT office.

I’ve taken my elderly grandmother here several times for various sinus and ear issues. We were always treated wonderfully and with respect. Our appointments were quick and very thorough. The office staff is great and never a bad wait time. Vast improvement from our last ENT down the road which was awful. We highly recommend this practice!

VERY friendly! Professional staff! I always have problems accepting the reality that Im slowly losing my hearing. My first time experience visiting their office was very positive!

My son was choking, having stridor while eating and was taking 1.5 hours to take a bottle. His primary care provider just kept telling me everything was fine because he was gaining weight. Even though I am a first time mom I just felt like something wasn’t right, so I asked for a ENT referral. We were sent to Dr. Deckard in Frederick. He was kind and efficient, and most importantly he actually listened to me - something my other providers had not done. After taking a quick history he performed an exam and scoped my son. He did in fact find an issue with his airway and he referred us to Children’s for further management from a pediatric specialist. When it took over a month to get in, he actually worked with us to try to get the appointment moved up or see a different provider in Maryland.I was so totally impressed with Dr. Deckard, as a mom and as a Nurse Practitioner who sees patients myself. I will refer happily refer my ENT needs to him as I have seen first hand the excellent care he provides.

We had a very pleasant experience from making our appointment- to arrival- our examination. Everyone was nice and explained the process for our little one.

Wait time always 40+minutes past Appointment. Doctor talks fast and rushes the appointment a bit. recommends one thing during visit, then in the written records claims he made recommendations he definitely did not make.

Central ENT for us an appt fast and took both of my insurance plans.

Dr. Scott is the best! He takes time to listen to my complaints and doesnt rush through which gives me time to think of more questions which he answers, explaining so I understand.

I had an ongoing sinus infection from Thanksgiving 2016 until April of 2017. My regular doctor was providing me with z-pack, bactrim, and then even bactrim for a months worth of use. It was helping, but was not fixing the solution as my sinus infection kept coming back every time the medicine was completed.After the sinus infection came back from the months worth of bactrim, I knew it was time to look for some professional help in the ENT area. I went online and found Dr Kirby Scott with Central ENT Consultants. This was the best online search I have ever stumbled upon.Dr Kirby Scott is someone who when you meet for the first time, you can tell they love their profession, the people they work with, and all of their patients. Dr Scott was able to dig deeper into my situation and came to the conclusion that I needed surgery because I had sinus cavity blockage which kept bringing my sinus infection back.This was my first time ever needing surgery and I suffer from high anxiety, so obviously when I heard the word surgery I was ready to ignore all of that. While my anxiety was quite high during this time, I trusted Dr Scott because of how caring he is and how knowledgeable he was in his profession. I still joke to my wife today that if I had any other doctor, Id still have my sinus infection because I wouldnt have gone through with the surgery lol.Long story short - I had zero issues/complications or sinus infections since the surgery. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnt change a thing except skipping my primary doctor from the start.Thank you for everything Dr Scott.

Wouldve given ZERO star ratings if that was an option!! But hey it sounds like they certainly like to milk your insurance!! Very unethical!!
