We just finished our massage at best day and the lady doing my massage was on her phone texting the entire time. I could hear her on tapping on her phone. She was barely using any strength and was talking to the other workers and laughing the entire time. When I got to the counter another lady was demanding that we pay a tip even with such terrible service. We even tried to book another session but decided against it because of how obnoxious the front lady was being about paying a tip. Waste of money. A $20 massage at best. Setting an appointment is near impossible because no one speaks good enough English to understand.

Very bad experience. first of all dont even bother making an appointment because they just tell everybody to come in. We had an appointment at 4 and they were not ready. We could not communicate because they speak very little English. I kept repeating myself over and over again. While she was giving me a massage she kept answering the phone and make it appointments. That was very disturbing. Massage was sub par. Will never go back.

My massage took place in the lobby, so it was not at all relaxing. She talked, laughed, and answered the phone during the entire foot and chair massage. (At one point she was laughing so hard she was shaking my body!) I’ve had several massages at other places, and this clearly didn’t compare. The “chair massage” took place on.a table while I laid face down. She proceeded to just press on my body. (Kind of like what a chiropractor does before they adjust you) I also had a foot massage and that was ok but when she massaged my head I thought to myself “my hairdresser does a better scalp and neck massage” when I get my hair washed. To top it all of I decided that this was not worth tipping. Which is honestly not like me at all, but I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. She actually said “you’re not going to leave a tip?” So I left a very small one. If they want to get tips or repeat business perhaps they should do a better job at earning them.

Terrible experience. They spent most of their efforts rudely demanding that I leave a tip. First off, I got a 60 minute deep tissue table massage, and only about 10 minutes of it seemed like deep tissue. The second that my massage was over though, she immediately started making comments about leaving her a cash tip. Pretty rude business practice in my opinion. When I went to pay with my debit card, she aggressively pointed at the cash in my wallet and almost refused to let me pay with my debit card saying cash, cash, cash. This was also really unprofessional I thought. Finally I got her to let me pay with my card and she went right back to making comments about leaving her a tip. She basically held my credit card hostage and kept making comments about leaving a tip, and pointing at the spot on the receipt where it says tip. I was planning on leaving her a $20 tip originally, even though the massage wasnt real great, but at this point, I was really sick of her rude, pushy attitude about leaving a tip, and decided not to tip her at all, hoping to teach her a lesson in how to go about things in the future. She immediately caused a big scene in front of several other customers about me not putting a tip, and called her manager over, all the while still not giving me my debit card back. I basically had to demand she give me my card back so I could leave. Very rude, very pushy. Theyll never get my business again.

GREAT experience for both me and my husband. We are from out of town and the place we book had to cancel the day of so I found Best Day and that got us in the SAME day within hours. They are great and we feel great. Definitely recommend! Have a blessed day!

Deserves ZERO STARS. I use to patronize this place years ago although it is RUN DOWN & the worst kept massage parlor I’ve ever visited. The therapist use to be good- that’s why I went. The last 2 years it’s gone from bad to WORSE.They are SO DISRESPECTFUL. If you get a chair/foot massage in the lobby, the workers constantly TALK & LAUGH during what is suppose to be a relaxing massage. Last night was my last time EVER VISITING. The other reviews are right- they pressure you for tips after giving sub par services. I’ve also had to cover my backside during a massage after they expose more than necessary.Use your hard earned money on a place that respects your business. It’s a REAL DUMP with horrible service. Go to Escape Day Spa. It’s 1000% better in every aspect.

I did not feel valued as a customer.My sister booked our appointment weeks ago. When we arrived, the ladies who did our massage were also arriving. With their lunch. Clearly were not expecting us. They had to ask what we wanted, for how long, etc.Half way through my massage I was told to move to a (less comfortable) chair so a customer who had just come in could use the chair I was sitting in for her foot massage. My sisters were not asked to move.Second half of the massage was very painful.Would not recommend.

Great massage always professional

This was great! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that gave me a 60 min. Table massage. So professional the whole time. I never felt too exposed and there wasn’t a whole lot of “pinching” like I have experienced at other places. He checked in a few times to see how the pressure was, it was perfect. I’m sure I’m going to be sore tomorrow but that’s not an issue to me, just means I got EXACTLY what I paid for. Will 100% return.

Even though massage was inadequate, I was prepared to leave a small tip. However, the lady at counter told me a 20 percent tip was mandatory. Due to it being a very quiet environment with massage tables by desk, I did not raise my voice and left the “required” cash tip but will never be back again. Nothing is posted about a required tip percentage.

This place isn’t the most luxurious from appearance but if you’re looking to get a massage that will leave you in a daze and feeling a little sore but also feeling relief from tight muscles and tension this is definitely the place for you. I was a walk-in and got a 60 minute table massage by Vivian. I’ll definitely be returning. I think this will greatly help from a medical standpoint.

Please be careful if you decide to visit. I don’t normally do reviews, but I want to warn those who decide to go. I had an appointment at 5 with Amy, when I arrived an older woman greeted me and she told me I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I patiently told her I would wait for Amy. She continued to ask me if I wanted someone else to do the massage and I would politely say, “no thanks.”10 minutes later she comes towards my chair and asks me the same question 5 /6 times. She also tells me they won’t have any tables available anytime soon. Mind you I had a 1 hour appointment scheduled. I continue to refuse, by this point I am ready to leave. I politely and tell I’ll come back some other time after she tells me Amy is not going to be available. She puts her and around my back and begins to use resistance to lead me back into the place as I am halfway out the door. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m usually a kind, position person who is considerate of others, but these people overstepped their boundaries.

Not sure what all the bad ratings are all about on this place. Sure the store front looks a little scetchy but yeah sometimes when you get a massage you will be sore. It happens. This place is outstanding. Just got a massage and they were clean, respectful, very kind, reasonably priced and most of all such an amazing massage!!!! WOW I WILL GO GO GO BACK FOR MORE.

I got a Fathers Day foot and massage package there and it was a really great experience. I probably will go more on the massage Choice next time because they really did a great job with my lower back and neck. Theyre a little bit pushy on leaving a tip but I get it.

It looked run down inside and on the phone the lady agreed to give me a discount rate to massage me and my son. Then when I got there and was ready to pay she charged me full price

I had an appointment set up for 8:30 p.m. tonight a Very Nice young lady come in and started giving me the massage Within just a few minutes a knock on the door the lady open the door and ask me when I was gonna pay or how I was going to pay I said a card she says cash is better When the young ladie is finish with the massage Ill be more than happy to pay you with the card she says cash is better I become very upset I just got up and got dressed and left I would not recommend this place at all Would not recommend this place at all

I am not even sure if this spa is licensed, or uses licensed therapists. I went this past weekend, and the masseur did not use oil and rubbed over the think transparent sheet for most of the massage. When he got to my lower back he pulled the sheet down to my lower legs and exposed my entire backside. He did the same to do my lower body; he raised the sheet up to my back, again exposing my entire backside. This was completely inappropriate behavior. I told the owner that I was reporting them and she followed me outside. She was very worried and asked me repeatedly not to report them. Stay away from this business. Also, the friend who was with me came out of her massage with Indian Burns all over her thighs. This was from being rubbed without oil.

Best massage I have ever had! I never leave reviews, but I am really tight in my shoulders because I round brush and color hair all day. I can’t wait to go back!

I came in yesterday for a massage.. a woman was my therapist.. she kept massaging over my spine, not around it but on the bone... so of course I woke up today w a sore spine my neck and low back is on fire.. please when massaging ensure to not touch the spine... I really question this womens license..or where she learned how to massage.. you can really cause damage when you dont know what to do.. I normally go to SUNNY MASSAGE... I just happened to be in Franklin so I popped in..

Reasonably priced, and you can pop in for a quick attitude adjustment. I left with a smile after a 20 min back rub that had me feeling much better.

Stay away from here! 1 Star is too generous, trust me. My mom and I stopped in for a massage. You cant understand them. They dont really have private rooms. We both came out HURTING and SORE from the experience at least a week later. While I was laying on the table, during the massage, they had asked Do you want more time? I didnt understand them and thought they had said, Youre done now. So I nodded, only to find out that they continued the massage. If I had known they were asking for more time, I wouldve screamed, No! and ran out. Then, as I was leaving, my mom had already taken care of the bill and they pushed their tip jar at me and kept repeating, Tip? Tip? Tip? Tip? I shook my head as my mom had to help get me away from them because they were being aggressive.
