I have been in a lot of massage spas, and with no hesitation can say lifespa is absolutely the best. Highly recommend to get your massage with Anna, Jessica or Travis. Either one of them are absolutely the best in business.

I got my very first massage yesterday and I was excited but also a little nervous. But Anne, my masseuse was so so so wonderful. She was kind and you could tell she was well educated on what she was doing and the proper way to do it. Anne was the perfect person to have for my first massage and I highly recommend anyone making an appointment with her- she’s awesome!

I say PASS!!! I love this gym but they fall short for $60 gel nails they didn’t come close to my expectations......

I waited over 30 minutes for an express pedicure.The young lady working reception either needs better training, or to find a job outside of a service oriented profession. Surprisingly spotty customer service for a salon in the Cool Springs area.Id never gone to this salon before, even though I am a lifetime member, because there are so many good salons in this area. I asked for the last appointment of the day so I could exercise after work, then get right to my appointment. I arrived precisely on time, towel still on hair, and the young lady in reception said the pedicurist would be with right with me. I stood at the counter for a moment, she then vaguely waved me to a bench in the salon area. Of course, the bench was not very comfortable after a few minutes. Nobody mentioned Id be waiting half an hour.... Which would have been fine in a comfy massage chair. I waited so long that I could easily have dried my hair, had I known.Im 7 months pregnant, and cant easily reach my toes, hence the pedi. I have a low tolerance for sitting on uncomfortable benches just at the moment. I was surprised I wasnt offered a glass of water by reception. Even cheap walk in salons in the area will do that.Thankfully, Anita the pedicurist did a great job and was very accommodating. Apparently she was unaware that she had a 5:00 appointment waiting, and I can only assume this was another communication breakdown by the receptionist. I will try once again, since its convenient, and just go straight back to her work area after checking in. But if you have the time Id highly recommend A Moments Peace instead. Their receptionists will genuinely try to assist you and the pedicure services are about $5 less than LifeSpas.
