The best experience with a dental office/dentist Ive had. The staff are friendly and professional, and Tran DMD is the best dentist Ive seen in well over twenty years. It definitely alleviated darn near all of the stress of being in the dentists chair. Tip of the hat.

What I thought was going to be perfect for my needs turned into a frustrating experience. I went for a teeth cleaning but ended up paying for multiple things I did not ask for. I specifically mentioned I wanted one thing done (Teeth cleaning) and left the place paying double AND once I got a better chance to look at my teeth, there is still more that needs to be removed.

I had a great experience! The environment is very covid clean and safe. I would recommend Dr Tran to anyone who needs an very efficient dentist. He is the BEST dentist I ever had in my life!!!God bless us All and turn to Jesus!! 😇

Scheduled a filling for my two front teeth a week prior to the visit. Dr. Tran did a wonderful job with the filling. The receptionist was very polite and helped me with an error on the dental insurance card. Very pleased, and will bump the 4 to a 5 if this filling holds for a few months.

Dr. Tran is very patient and professional. They make sure they accommodate your every need. Which is huge especially when in pain! The staff is also great!Highly recommend smilage in Franklin.

During extraction, broke off two dental tools leaving the broken pieces in my jaw. Had to have expensive surgeory to remove broken tools and pieces of bone and teeth. My surgeon stated that he must notify patients when tools are broken during procedures. Was never told, found lots of bad stuff from cat scan. Dr Tran should not have a license to practice dentistry, he is a butcher! I can prove it all if you want!!!!
