Dr. Guerra is absolutely the best. I have a big fear of the dentist (who doesn’t) but he was so kind and wonderful. I had Lorenna as his assistant and she was also amazing:. Best dental experience for sure. Oh also the girls at the front desk were SO nice and helpful!!

From the moment you step into the office, you are greeted by the receptionists. They are very friendly, always answers my questions and are very professional. The dental hygienists are great!. Very professional. Im always greeted with a smile. They are also very knowledgeable in what they do. And make you feel so relax and at ease during your visit. Dr. Guerra is great!, I can tell he loves what he does for his patients. The anxiety that I had with coming to see the dentist is gone. They are caring, down to earth. I highly recommend this practice. I have had a cleaning and two crowns put in and each visit has impressed me. All of the staff is friendly, professional, and talented. Your comfort is his priority, the double crown procedure was one of the most painless dental procedures I have had. They have state of the art technology that made the whole process quick and efficient. The hygienist Lorenna was friendly and engaging to take your mind off of what was happening. She was a total professional using all of the equipment and explaining what everything did (very cool stuff by the way!), she is very skilled at her profession. I’ve never had much luck finding a good dentist - one who is thorough, honest, gentle and patient. But now I have. Today was my first visit with Gentle Dental in Franklin. Chelsea, my hygienist, was wonderful and explained things to me that no other person has shared with me in the 40+ years I’ve been going to the dentist. The dentist is very thorough and honest. He didn’t try to up-sell me with treatments that weren’t necessary. And the front desk staff were kind and patient. I was very impressed from the first phone call to the minute I walked out the door. I have had a fear of the dentist. I decided it was time to get over it I made an appointment at a different place. All that place wanted was my money. I have insurance, but they said that even with that it would cost an additional 10,000 and they wanted it in advance! I was out of there!!! So last week I called and made an appointment with Gental Dental in Franklin. It was a wonderful experience. For the second I went in the door I saw and felt the difference. I had x rays and then an exam. The dentist explained a plan of action that was clear and just what I needed. I had a deep cleaning and my teeth feel wonderful. They never make you feel shameful of anything and are just good honest people. I hadnt been to the dentist in a bit and I received no judgement or anything, just a plan to get back on track. Love going there and the dentist(Im blanking on the name, sorry) is such a sweet and caring guy, my anxiety was immediately lowered when he walked in the room and was just a ray of sunshine. Every member of the team made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.My hygienist Chelsea is phenomenal. This place really takes good care of their patients! Dr. Guerra and Pricilla listened to my past traumatic experiences with prior dental offices and reassured me that they will do everything they can to change my perspective. And let me tell you they sure did! We made a large plan that also involved an Oral surgeon and I was happy to hear that they had one at their office 2 times a month. Dr. Lakkis (the oral surgeon) and his team made sure that my large plan happened within the time frame that I needed. The procedure was quick and painless! I highly recommend this office and I am planning on having my whole family come here. .

Dr.Lakkis was phenomenal with my wisdom teeth removal. I had never had surgery in the past so I was a bit anxious but Dr. Lakkis had such great bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable. My surgery was considered high risk and he truly did an amazing job. He knows how to reassure his patients and is very knowledgeable. Overall, had a great experience.

I met Dr.Guerra (Dr. G) in the Brockton location, I was super scared of dentist. I needed a lot of work and he made me feel extremely comfortable and eased my concerns. When I found out he moved to the Franklin office I had to make the 45 minute drive. Now I get excited about going to the dentist, the staff is awesome as well. Dr. G is the best dentist by far, I wont be going anywhere else.

Coming here feels like youre not even at the dentist. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Chelsea who has been my hygienist twice now is so gentle, thorough, and always makes sure Im comfortable since I, like most people, dont like going to the dentist. Last, but not least, Dr. Guerra is such a down to earth but professional dentist that you feel like youre talking to friend who truly cares about your health and well-being. I’m a big hater of dentists and have had horrible experiences in the past. However dr Guerra (dentist) and Chelsea (RDH) were fantastic and will definitely go back. They walk you through everything and are encouraging during everything. They will hear you when you talk to them and ease your concerns.

I highly recommend this practice! By far one of the very best I’ve been to! The staff are all super friendly and welcoming! Very clean and following all health and safety precautions. I used to only go to the dentist for emergencies and that’s actually how I came across this practice. I called last year just as things were reopening and I was able to get an appointment right away. I had to have a root canal and other extensive work. It took hours but Dr. Guerra was great, kept asking me if I was ok and offering breaks and words of encouragement when I got anxious. He explained everything well so I knew what was happening which gave me peace of mind. I went back recently for another emergency issue and once again they figured it out and came up with a plan to fix it and got right to it. Lorenna is amazing! Love her energy. Together she and Dr. Guerra changed how I think about oral health and self care! They took such good care of me through another tough procedure. The two of them make such a great team!

My appointment at Gentle Dental was a warm and welcomed first time. I was able to fill out the pre registration documentation ahead of time via a emailed link and that allowed me to show up early and wait not too long for my appointment. I have known Dr. Guerra since he used to work in the Brockton office. When he told me he was leaving, I didn’t want to see him leave but was happy for him. He’s an amazing dentist. Gentle dental has a clean safe facility and they offer a great first patient discount. I also have an in-house program to help with the cost of yearly cleaning and other dental work. I’ve always hated going to the dentist and as a result I’ve neglected my teeth for years. I decided to try and get my teeth back on track with gentle dental in Franklin ma. I needed a root canal, which I was very nervous about, but my dentist (Dr. Guerra) and his team (Lorenna and Pricilla) made me feel so comfortable, calm and dare I say, happy to be at the dentist. You can tell that their goal at Gentle Dental in Franklin truly is to make patients feel comfortable with the procedures and be proud of their smile. When I was in pain they immediately stopped to treat that pain, when I was nervous they cracked jokes to make me laugh. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and I will continue going to them for any work on my teeth in the future. I’ve been a patient at Gentle Dental for 15 years. This was my first visit to the Franklin office. The facility was immaculate and safe. The staff were warm and welcoming. My hygienist Chelsea was a rockstar. While no one enjoys a cleaning she was thorough and I felt zero discomfort during the procedure. I would highly recommend.

I first went to Gentle Dental 2 weeks ago for a consult about my wisdom teeth. All other dentists and surgeons have declined to extract my wisdom teeth because they are touching my nerves. The oral surgeon here made a game plan for all of my wisdom teeth and was able to extract one just two weeks later. The extraction process took 5 minutes and I didn’t feel a single ounce of pain. I’ve heard horror stories of extractions and my experience was great. I was so impressed and never knew that having a tooth ripped from my face could be so easy. Absolutely recommend this place!!!!

The staff here is excellent. I have been going for over a year. Had 3 cleanings, a root canal, and a tooth pulled. They were awesome every time. They explain everything and answered all my questions I did have. I need a bunch of work since acid reflux ruined my teeth and they are helpful with breaking it down into a manageable plan. They accept essential dental for discounts and have care credit for financing which really helps. They are doing a great job with all the extra COVID precautions. I felt perfectly safe. They are just so nice and laid back but professional it makes it zero stress.

As someone who has the biggest fear of dentist and avoided for so long, Gental Dental completely changed my experience and handled everything professionally and with care! Lorenna & the main Doc were the best with explaining every single thing that was going to happen and always made sure I was comfortable! Highly recommend!

I used to go to another Gental Dental in MA but I had to leave because it just wasnt as high quality as I would like for a dentist office. I’m so happy I started going to this office in Franklin. Dr. G and Lorrena are the best! Every time I go in for an appointment my experiences are always good and everyone is nice. Everyone is super professional and they make you feel comfortable. I’m happy with my dental work that I’ve gotten here; fill ins & crown work. I’ve also started my Invisalign journey two weeks ago and I’m excited to get to the finish line!

Amazing office and staff! They are all so friendly, the hygienist Chelsea was the best one I have ever been to she was so gentle and makes going for a cleaning a breeze. The dentist Dr. Guerra is amazing as well so friendly and I dont mind going to the dentist anymore!

I have been going to the Franklin Ma office for 2 yrs know Dr G is fantastic and the dental hygienist I believe Chelsea is also very good. I would have given them a 5 stars due to the pricing which is a bit high, I gave them a 4

I went to the dentist on Monday... I was a little nervous because it had been several years since my last visit... I was greeted with a big “Hello Janice “... nice.. explained they would need to take my temp ask a few virus related questions... no problem.. have to go through that every where...when I got out back and was sitting in the chair my heart was pounding.. the dental assistance spoke calmly to me and explained what she would be doing.. the dentist then came in addressed be by name and told me not to worry... easy for him to say... together they explained everything step by step.. easing my fears and worries...because of the years of neglect the work became a little but more involved... they showed me everything on the computer.. included me in all the decisions... and after 3 hours I left feeling better than I have in a long long time.. smiling was okay again.. my teeth look awesome and I feel like a Hollywood movie star.. thank you to each and every employee at Gentle Dental.. you will be seeing me on a regular basis from now on!

I just recently got commercial insurance and wanted to take care of a few concerns from Dr Guerra.I felt very comfortable with the staff but it is still dental work and not the most pleasant experience.The end results are more than i expected with two perfectly matched front crowns.I couldnt be more pleased.Superior work.
