Dr. Todd is an amazing dentist and I really like my new denturesWhy didnt let go

What place, I just spoke with them in phone 40 min before I came to my son’s appointment was at 4:00 pm when I did reached the place was closed already what professional business the run.I don’t recommend to one want to come here

Good, finally getting my dentures. Been waiting on them since open heart surgery (about 2yrs.).

Ive seen more good reviews than bad ones and Im confused because this place is horrible!!I went in for a cavity filling last may and told the person over the phone when I made the appointment that I was pregnant, also when I came in I filled out paperwork where I also stated I was pregnant. When I went back for them to do the work I asked if this was safe for me since I was pregnant at that time and she was very rude when she told me I should have mentioned that. So I rescheduled my appointment for after I had our daughter in July. When I came back for her to fix my cavity she stabbed me in the lip with the numbing needle and couldnt even be bothered to apologize and was just very rude the whole process. About two weeks later it fell out, I DO NOT recommend this dentist!!!!

This dentist did an amazing job, my smile is new and beautiful!!!!!I want to add that I hadnt been to a dentist in over 5 years as shots, etc make me so nervous. This dentist was so patient with me, gentle and thorough, Ill be back soon to make sure I stay on top of my new white smile :)

Doctor is very nice, they did everything gently. For couple weeks they became friends for me. So I really thankful that I found them. They did good job which others could not make for me. Thank you so much❤️

I read these comments and so confused. I came across this place and completely understand why some of them complain about the staff. I was trying to find a new dentist but after today I’m done with the rude staff they have there. I’m not going to take my kids to a place like that. The first time a woman who I couldn’t quite understand was rude and then gave the phone to another staff. I called today to reschedule my son’s appointment and she first was rude and then told me to call back later when I had to reschedule it and personally couldn’t wait til the last minute to reschedule it. I got annoyed and called back up because the woman who was rude was the same one from the very first phone call. Another woman answered and this one just acted like oh well... no apologizes for the rude woman from before who refused to reschedule my sons appointment she just reschedule it but her tone of voice was like she really could careless and and that to me was a sign that this place is horrible. I can’t even imagine how they treat ya when you’re there.

Staff is wonder and love how comfortable I was. It is hard to find a dentist and I love them.

I came in and felt so welcomed. The staff is super friendly. I was feeling super anxious upon this appointment but everything was so smooth. I would completely recommend going here. The staff are very professional and very kind. I have had no issues with any of the stuff I have had done. Doctor is very kind and knows what she is doing have had no issues since I’ve been coming here.

Very strange experience. I went in for a specific tooth with a visible cavity and it was untreated. She did not do a cleaning but my insurance was billed for one so I’m unable to go anywhere else. I actually feel taken advantage of. My boyfriend also went and she told him that she did a lot of work that insurance doesn’t cover for free (without telling him first) and if he wants his teeth to be even he’ll have to pay $300. Caresource covers everything and almost anything. After reading bad reviews this happens often. They also asked me to take my phone out and leave a good review. Now editing to an honest review.

I worked there for over a year. The boss is a fraud, will tell you she will do your treatment and then she doesnt or she botches it. I had her do fillings on some of my teeth, 2 of them fell out immediately the same night. when i asked her to fix them she wouldnt, its been over a month. she didnt even take care of one of my fillings she just left it black and said shed do it next time. Then wouldnt do anything else on me but still accepted the payment from my insurance. she will bill you for treatments that havent been done. she doesnt pay her employees what they deserve. she constantly lies and treats her staff and patients like trash. She has no staff because i asked to be paid for the work i was doing and so she let me go. if youre expecting extractions or root canals or anything major dont even bother calling her office because she will say shell do it and than she doesnt. The other dentist at the office left because she wouldnt pay him what she owed him.

Only dentist I have been too that took care of all of my teeth fast instead of having me come back a million times took care of all my teeth ❤️🎉

Clean and safe environment. The dentist as well as her staff are amazing. I was a bit scared to go to dental clinic during this pandemic but the environment there is so clean and safe.They have followed all the guidelines for Covid-19 including social distancing, mask for every employee. Great place!

Waited three weeks . No teeth . They just lied to my insurance company claiming I have an appointment to get fitted next week. Really..how am I going to be in surgery and at their office at the same time.. Buyer Beware!!! YOU DONT CHOOSE YOUR COLOR SIZE . You look like they want you to look...this Ladies green card needs suspended and a good old fashion deportation!!!!!!

Franklin dental is the easiest going dentist I’ve ever been too, the assistants and both doctors are very kind and understanding about your financial situation as well as your health situation. Thanks to them, years of hardship on my teeth are in the process of looking the best they ever have! I highly recommend coming here for quick, and exceptional treatment.

I love Frabklin Dental Care, they are so friendly and accommodating. Dr Taj has such a gentle touch and Brandon and Khiem are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Taj and her staff for all your dental needs.

I had a tooth extraction back in July of 2020 and they were incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. Since then, the following two times ive sought their service, (one for teeth cleansing and the other for a possible root canal/filling) I received no sercice at all. The first incident (the teeth cleansing) she said I needed possible root canals or fillings and referred me to Brightnow dental cause they would accept my insurance and than sent me on my way without performing said services. She told me the dentist that was able to do such service, had left a week ago. Well the dentist she referred me to did not accept my insurance and I settled for this office once again... Bad mistake.I come in a second time for possible root canal/fillings. Even asked if such procedures were available since she told me the previous December,that the person available was no longer employed. I was told yes.Well I was in the chair for 5 minutes and the dentist comes in and tells me the same he left a week ago story and pretty much sent me on my way. She hadnt even looked in my mouth and at least assessed the situation before telling me she couldnt help me.Money grabbers and lazy if you ask me and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND never giving this office your time or business. Theyll only provide disappointment. They act above you and speak to you in a condescending manner. Youre better off trying the many other options available.

My first visit here and as I walk in the door they’re very welcoming. I’m extremely nervous at the dentist because I’ve had bad experiences in the past but they have walked me through everything explaining and keeping me informed and calm. Staff is friendly and just make you feel like we’re friends!!! I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone in search of a new dentist!!!

Great people, got me in fast even with the Quarantine. Everything was clean, dentist was great. Removed my painful wisdom teeth very quickly and without problem. When asking about prices they work everything up and let you know. I will be back

All of the staff, EXCEPT the dentist was very nice. She came up with any excuse she could, to not pull my tooth. Made and appointment with this office because the accept CareSource. They took x-rays and then referred me to UC for oral surgery... UC isnt scheduling until February 2021. My tooth was open with the nerve exposed and she still wouldnt pull it. Made an appointment at Aspen Dental and they pulled it the next day.

Trashy place with high risk for Covid positive transmission for staff and patients. Overpriced and rude staff! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL. They hire people that aren’t certified or have any experience in dental and rude staff all around. Would not recommended.

This place is a joke. They fraudulently bill your insurance for procedures not done and perform un necessary procedures to bill your insurance for more money. The staff is rude an unprofessional and the dentist treats you like trash. God forbid you go in without insurance, you will have paperwork thrown at you and be treated like dog sh** scraped off a shoe. They would not provide any paperwork of the work performed. The dental assistant even tried to act like he was going to extract my boyfriends tooth. The only person to wear gloves during the extraction was the dentist. Do not go to this place unless your want to be apart of insurance fraud.

Dr. Taj is an incompetent dentist who displays flu-like symptoms. I did not feel safe while visiting this clinic; and felt my health was at jeopardy. Do yourself a favor and do not step foot in this clinic. This clinic does not take the safety precautions needed to prevent COVID-19.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The dentist here really does care about how you are feeling. I often have some anxiety with going to the dentist. She noticed and did what she could to put me at ease. She always made sure that I was not feeling any pain. She worked quickly and efficiently.While going to the dentist may not be a ‘pleasant’ experience, I could not have asked for a better one.

My experience with this office has not been good. They always seem to be surprised when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I originally went in for cavities and had two or three of them filled. Several months later I began to have pain in that area again so I went to a different dentist. My new dentist had no idea what they had done. They had filled in cavities but there were more cavities near the root underneath the fillings. I ended up having to have 5 teeth removed. I offered Franklin dental and dentures the opportunity to help me and have received zero response. Do not go here!

The dentist put in A LOT of work to save my teeth when a lot of dentist would have just said I needed dentures. Now my teeth look great again. Love the girl who works the front desk, very accommodating even when Im being a pain.

Had a great experience at Franklin Dental Care and Dentures for both me and my elderly mother. I just had a standard cleaning and all was well. Mom, on the other hand, is a different story. She needed some special care. Mom can be difficult as shes at a point in her life when shes more easily confused, cant hear as well as she used to and doesnt like to be told what to do. Well, Dr. Taj was just great with my difficult mom and my mom even hugged her after the appointment...that is a first! Thanks for your concern and care for both of us! We highly recommend Dr. Taj and Franklin Dental Care and Dentures.

My teeth were trashed. I mean, legitimately disgusting to look at. This was due to extensive neglect, poor education regarding oral hygiene, and (as many can relate to) lack of insurance / financial capabilities. Fortunately, I was able to really pull my resources together and started finally embarking on a journey of achieving better oral health roughly 3 years ago; unfortunately I made a poor decision in my choice of dental care that would adversely compromise any efforts made as well as unnecessarily tie up my resources for an extensive period of time (still ongoing). After disputing the outstanding claims with the other dental practice for nearly a year and a half, all while neglecting the care of my teeth due to refusal of service with outstanding debts within the facility, I finally came to my senses and sought new care.This practice. This absolute blessing of an establishment! Dr. Chaudry and Dr. Taj are amazing people in just about every aspect. I have been a patient here for two and a half weeks, and I wholeheartedly mean this, everyone within this practice has gone above and beyond in determining / meeting my dental needs. In just 2 weeks, they gave me (notably an incessant smiler) a smile worth having. To be fair, it took so long due to my limited availability. I never imagined I would say 2 weeks would be long considering my former dentist required 3 months of preemptive oral care before treating the primary dental problems I had, but this practice was so efficient in their time management that they have somehow made 2 weeks seem unreasonable now for the work I recieved. I am just blown away in every way possible. The care and attention I have received in the two and a half weeks that I have been a patient here has been nothing short of astounding. On the financial front, after personally comparing the bills between this practice and my previous dentist, Franklin Dental Care and Dentures has effectively charged me less than a third of out of pocket expenses for more extensive work in comparison to what my previous dentist had billed / performed for my oral needs.I cant help but cry, and I do mean literally, everytime I see my teeth now. For full transparency, I am 26 years old and never did I imagine that I would have such a pretty smile. Oral health in itself can be overwhelming to anyone, but I never imagined I would be so lucky to see teeth like this in my mouth. This practice has changed my life. I am so beyond thankful and I HIGHLY encourage anyone reading this review to schedule an appointment today.

Worst customer service experienced we have and when we want to transfer to a different practice they give us a very hard time for transferring our record.The staff at the main desk very very rude. They manipulate your insurance coverage for unnecessary never ending treatments and later told you that some of the filling work they didn’t charge us as a favor which isn’t true. When you ask for detail and paper work they will come up all sorts of excuses to get it next time. It was a nightmare.

I love this dentist! It is a beautiful office! The rooms have large windows viewing a beautiful garden. Dr. Taj is so nice and caring. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

As someone who is terrified to go to the dentist I was very nervous getting my teeth worked on , but Dr.Taj really helped calm my nerves and made sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable. The office made me feel welcome, a very clean and well kept dentist office . My teeth look amazing and I had no pain after the numbing wore off . If you need a great , friendly dentist this is definitely where you need to make a Appointment!!! They also take almost all insurance so pretty much everyone can be seen here .

They didnt even keep sons records on referrals. I called they told me they couldnt help me because they dont know what tooth they refered???? How when you have my sons xrays, but you dont know what tooth. Told me to call insurance. My insurance then told me that is on the dentist they dont know why they would ever tell me to call them. Worst service and unprofessional.

Went in to have some filing done on my molars. Dr. Taj explains everything she is doing so you understand. She does wonderful work. Dr. Taj cleaned my teeth week prior to this visit she done a wonderful job. Each time Emily was by her side assisting. I highly recommenced coming here. Kind caring staff. Emily and Dashia were great very helpful and professional.

I was referred to this location from primary solution! Wasn’t really sure what to expect... but afterwards I can honestly say I am more than please!! Everyone here was more than pleasant. I expressed some concerns I had in regards to some filling the previous dentist did, and well, Dr. Taj FIXED my bite , cleaned my teeth HERSELF AND with a lot of care and some patience, somehow managed to fix fillings that had been bothering me for over a year. She is professional, knowledgable & passionate about her craft. I feel I can 100% trust this practice with my teeth that Ive been religiously taken care of every 6 months through my lifetime. After years of dental problems, I finally decided to have the rest of my teeth pulled and go with dentures. The first three visits went ok, not great but ok. The final visit was the extraction of my last three teeth by the oral surgeon. After making me wait for over an hour, during the anesthetic injections, he hit a nerve that sent me through the ceiling. I got mad and cussed him out. He left and refused to continue. I was then referred to another dentist. There are much better dentists out there folks...I wouldnt waste a minute or a single hard-earned dollar on these people.

All the dentist did was take an X-Ray. She and her Dental Assistant, would NOT AND I DO MEAN NOT DO ANYTHING WHATSOEVER TO HELP ME. The Dentist acted as if she rather not get involved or do the work so she could help ME. I even explained to her what she needed to do and she just straight refused to help me. WHAT DENTAL OFFICE DOES THAT TO A PATIENT. I’M Filing a GRIEVANCE AGAINST THIS DENTAL OFFICE FOR SURE. IN MY OPINION....... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE FOR ANYONE. If I could give it a zero I would. First off I got my teeth pulled in early February and i had to do 4 impressions for my dentures. Finally got my dentures in June and they do not fit at all. They are too bulky, loose. Now I am going to have to pay out of pocket and go somewhere else to have new ones made. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
