This place is a hidden gem. Probably in the top 3 pedicures in my life. And my nails were so short but they look so good. It was busy, but still quiet and peaceful. And the nature video playing in the pedicure area was soothing. Great experience!

I will always drive a distance for great quality manicure services. When you walk into deluxe you are greeted by multiple people. Evan, the hostess, is very helpful and great at scheduling. The color selection is the best I’ve ever experienced in Nashville or Franklin. Johnny is so great! He is great conversation and the best manicurist I’ve been to. He does a fabulous job every. single. time.

Pedicure was great! Afterwards, I did sns. I showed a picture of what I wanted done to do the colors would match. My nail tech was nice to do a sample to see if it matched the pic and it looked a little pink but she insisted it would turn out more tan. Throughout, I said it looked pink and she disagreed with me. We finished and it looked like bubblegum pink. I said I wasn’t happy with it, and she gave every excuse not to redo it. Such as said she had another customer, got two other techs to say it wasn’t pink, that I would just need to come later, etc. She finally did one coat on top of it to not make it as pink anymore. Barely even filed it to be even. One coat of finish on top and left me. I am so frustrated that she argued so much with me. It felt very rude and dismissive. I did pay and did tip because she took time with me, but I will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism.

Tommy is by far the BEST nail technician I have ever been to. I usually get gel nails and they last maybe 2 weeks… when Tommy does my nails they last 3-4 and always look perfect. He takes the time to make sure you are happy with the results, and he genuinely cares about each of his clients. You will NOT be disappointed with him.

Got sat immediately with no appointment. Very organized, clean, had a million colors ALL with gel to match, and it was just a positive atmosphere. I loved it, felt informed, and would go back.

Y’ALL they have new massage chairs! I would have paid the $45 just to sit there for an hour alone. Lol they are taking it to the next level.

Overly disappointed in this place, DO NOT give them business. I was very disappointed with my nails so when I initially called asking to talk to a manger, I was told no because it was my fault. I went in for a clearer understanding and was told if I wanted them to be fixed it would be an extra $30 on top of the $60 I had already paid for my nails. Handled very rudely and unprofessionally and now I am out $60 with nails I am unsatisfied with. Places like this job is to make sure their customers are satisfied and instead I was treated rudely and told it was my fault for the outcome. 10/10 would NOT recommend solely on how disrespectful and degrading they were.

They were very rude, unprofessional And very judgmental on the nails my sister and I got, because they were apparently longer then what the both of us had gotten, along with them not knowing how to do nails they messed our nails up and one of mine fell off the following day after she had done them. I 10/10 would not recommend this place again

I get my SNS done here and it LASTS FOREVER!!! My SNS stays on until I come back and get them redone which is 3-4 weeks. They do a great job and I always have the most fun here. Highly recommend this salon!

My experience was not good! My pedicure was rushed and I didnt receive everything that I paid for with the pedicure package that I chose! I asked for add-on services and was told that I couldnt get them today and that I needed to come back through the week because they were busy! I also walked through the salon without pedicure flip flops until I complained about not getting any. After that point I was giving pedicure flip-flops because I was upset. I must say the greeter did an excellent job she was very friendly and helpful! I dont plan on returning the next time that I am in town...

I have been to several nail salons in the Spring Hill/Franklin area. Tommy at Deluxe Nail is by far the best there is! My real nails come in looking like trash and somehow he transforms them into perfect nails without using acrylic. I use SNS powder and they last 3 weeks with no fading or chipping. He blends a perfect ombre so if you have two colors you love, blend them together!

I have been looking for a nail salon with great ratings, pictures, prices, etc. for my 16th birthday, and I finally came across this place. We made an appointment the day of, and the people were nice and ,Tina the nail tech that I got, even sang Happy birthday! It was a truly a comforting, relaxing, fun experience. My nails look amazing, I will definitely be going back!!!

This was a very relaxing experience, we had called ahead for some pedicures and they took us right on time! It was a very stress relieving and fulfilling experience to have! I was visiting Franklin for the weekend so to be able to pop in and get a pedicure was a real treat!

This is my second time going to get tips and dip on my nails. Nail techs name is kayla. She is very sweet, love that she talks instead of just sits there. Most of all she does a fabulous job. The young lady was really nice but I paid almost 100 for manicure and pedicure they went through my toes fast and hand right at the same place they did the pedicure. Got in bed and toe nails catching on the sheets. Terrible.

The water was cold and despite asking for warmer water they were unable to make it warmer. My manicure looks terrible. My nails are super short and uneven. What a complete waste of our hard earned money.

They did a decent job on my hands and feet but its clearly overpriced. $92 for gel mani and pedi is highway robbery.

They did not trim calluses or scrub our feet very good. Dont know if they have changed hands or what but I will not go back. The price they charged i could have gotten that much done for 25.00 some where else. Very unhappy.

I recently moved to Franklin and began going to Deluxe Nail Spa for their amazing Signature Pedicures. Lee does an incredible job. Shes super sweet and its so relaxing. At my last appointment, I decided to get a manicure for the first time in years because I was attending a wedding and my nails are brittle and not very attractive. However, I never liked how acrylic nails felt. I work on the computer all day and dont need nails that hinder my work or feel heavy. I spoke with the owner John and he said their SNS Organic (dipped) manicure would be the perfect solution. I tried it and could not be more THRILLED! John is truly a master craftsman when it comes to nails. He gave me the custom fit I needed. They look great and feel lightweight yet strong. He said this product will also improve the health of my own nails. It has been 10 days and they still look awesome. Now I just need to go back for a quick fill-in. I highly recommend booking an appointment with John Tyler. He has a fun personality, positive attitude and is highly skilled. His Nail Spa is beautiful, clean and everyone is very friendly. Located across from Publix and around the corner from Aldis on South Royal Oaks Blvd. off Hwy 96 in Franklin. My only regret is not getting a BEFORE picture so you could see the unbelievable transformation!UPDATE: Just had my 3rd appointment and the acrylics removed. I couldnt believe how long my real nails had gotten. I had no idea I could use this method on my actual nails. The 2nd photo is my nails. They are amazing and strong. So grateful to John Tyler for a complete new set of nails without acrylics.

It was ok, went with friend..lady talked loud to her coworker and my friend and I couldnt have a decent relaxing pedicure...She never said a word to me and grabbed my feet...i wont be back

I asked for a specific shape, told me it’d be better to do a different one and did that one, didn’t shape the nails very well and they were left chunky and messy. Had to go to another salon and get them fixed and two of my nails have snapped off. Definitely not worth 72 dollars, would avoid going.

I got acrylics here today and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. I had asked Johnny to do a full set but he insisted I just got a fill. I had wanted to do a new shape. He first of all didn’t even remove all the polish from my last set so I now have green all in my cuticles and around my nails (which are pink now). He did not paint the whole nail and the sides of my acrylics are left looking rough. He had to put two nails on because they had fallen off from my last set but he shaped them nothing alike. On top of that he seemed sick which is not something that is comforting to see in this time. The price was also way too high for the results. I’m really upset with my experience and writing this I feel awful as well as I’ve never written any reviews on anything but this was just not a good experience.

They do the minimum. I paid for an extra hot stone pedicure and what I got was less than when I pay for a normal pedicure.It’s so disappointing. I just wanted to have my feet rubbed.

The staff is super friendly (they offer drinks !). First nail salon I’ve ever been in that had a rewards program !! They do DIP! Gorgeous selection of colors. Pedi was just the right temperature (for me it’s hard to find a salon who’s temp water is perfect). The salon was clean the chairs were extremely comfortable the massage chair wasn’t so rough which is nice for me. I would highly recommend deluxe nails and spa 100%.

They did a great job on my toes. My concern was that the basen for your feet was not lined with anything. Seemed very unsanitary. I dont think Ill go back.

When I moved here I tried 4-5 different nail salons before I found this place. They are the best! The difference is that Tyler (the owner) makes sure you are totally satisfied before you leave. Some nail salons have 1 or 2 really good people. In my experience every one of the technicians here have been great! Very thorough and efficient. Ive been 7 or 8 times now and Im always very happy when I leave!!!

I have been going here for quite sometime and have always been happy, but today was terrible. I sat with my feet in the water until it was cold. Had the powder manicure also. Manicurist just got up and left I didn’t know if I was finished or not. I have polish on my fingers and under my nails. Manicurist obviously was not interested in doing a good job! I will not be returning!

I always accompany my girlfriend here when she gets her nails done. For being just a bystander, I am treated just as well as the clients. Tyler the owner is truly a man passionate about what he does. He has even built most of the wall designs and nail stations by hand!! The atmosphere of this space is incredibly luxurious and professional. Im relaxed when I walk in the door, and I dont even get any services done. My girlfriend leaves ecstatic every time. Give this place some more business!

I love going here for my nails and pedis. The people are unbelievably nice. It feels like you really know each other. Tyler does my fingernails and he is an incredible artist, for which he studied in college, so he can put beautiful designs on your nails, if you like. You can see by the picture of my nails that he does an incredible job! He put snowman scenes on mine this time. I highly recommend Deluxe Nails @ Franklin!

Tonight was my first time coming to Deluxe Nails and spa..and will forever be my go to place!! Everyone was so nice and friendly,definitely made me feel at home. Tyler gave me a tour and made me aware of everything him and his team have to offer,Anne was my nail tech and she did a fantastic job on my nails. Her personality was adorable,she is the sweetest ever! Im used to going to places to have my nails done and they dont speak to me the entire time,there was never a dull boring moment with Anne!! Excellent service. They strive to make sure I am happy. I do sns pink and white and I have never been happier. I recently requested special colors for Halloween with black and orange. They went out of their way to make me feel special. In addition I got hand painted ghost and pumpkins on my nails to top it off. I totally recommend this place. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and they offer massages as well

This place is amazing; Very welcoming and great customer service!I came in during a week day at 7:30pm (keep in mind they close at 7:00pm) to get a SNS manicure and they took me in with open arms! I did not pay attention to their hours and they still offered me fantastic service - I did not feel rushed by them to kick me out. Unlike the nail place down the street “Relaxation Nails and Spa” I walked in at 6:30 pm (they close at 7:00 pm as well) and they asked for me to come in the next day... yeah let’s say I did not go back.Side Note, do not be afraid to speak up! Tyler and his team will fix any issue regarding your service with them. They are a talented bunch and have the best manicure/pedicure massages!Keep it up Deluxe Nails!

Today my wife and sister in law went to this location. My wife got a basic manicure and the lady over trimmed the cuticle. She missed spots, and her filing was uneven and misshapen. My wife is currently trying to fix her cuticles, very unhappy with her manicure, and would definitely not recommend. We dont make a habit of posting negative reviews (you can check my history) but I thought I should this time so that way you can avoid wasting your hard earned money here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my friend walked in and asked how long it would be, the girl said 15 minutes. We sat in the chairs for at least 30 minuets. She finally took us to the station and we didn’t even get to sit together. We were not offered anything to drink when others around us were. I got a fill and my nail edges were pointy and hurt. She was making me bleed and I said please stop and she said “stop it”. My nails are all different lengths and different shapes. I wanted my money back because I was very upset and started crying because I spent 35$$ ON THEM!! A regular fill is 20$ My friend got powder dip and the edges of her nails are rough and not done correctly. Her lady would not talk to her and kept looking around while going super fast. This place was not worth my time and I will never come back

Poor job. Cut my foot open with the cheese grater they use to take callouses off. This method is way too aggressive it hurts. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing not painful. Destroyed cuticles, I have bandages on my foot and on my fingers. Dont seem to care about the the job they do especially if you want just polish and not acrylic or gel or dip. This was my second time there. Thought first time may have been a fluke. Guess it wasnt, I will not be going back.

Ellen was wonderful, she paid attention to my needs and wants. Always made sure to double check with me to make sure its what I was expecting and wanting before moving along during the process. Amazing, so close to home and always a positive experience leaving relaxed and more than happy. Very satisfied customer ! Thank you Ellen! I have been to this location 4 times. Two were great and two were awful. My last experience was getting a nail repair done. The quality of the repair was good, but Johnny looked at my nails and started talking to Tommy in Vietnamese about them, which I thought was rude. Then, when he was done, he got up and left without saying anything to me. I was going to give him a tip, but he just left. I dont think Ill go back because that experience made me feel uncomfortable.

I hesitate to give this place one star only because they seem to have a loyal customer base that is very happy with them, their customer service was great and they have some really cool customer rewards. I must have had an atypical experience because I was really unhappy with the work I had done. I had broken an acrylic tip and came in to have it replaced. She told me she would make the nail strong so it wouldnt break again. I told her I wasnt super worried about it breaking again and to please just make it match the other nails. She slathered on the acrylic anyway and I had to ask her to please thin it out three times. I finally gave up on asking for what I wanted and just made an appointment at a different salon in the parking lot to have it fixed.UPDATE: Changed my rating after a lovely apologetic call from the owner. Really awesome customer relations.

Loved Deluxe Nails & Spa! Ive gone to a bunch of places in Franklin and Deluxe Nails & Spa is the BEST. The place is very clean and relaxing. The staff is polite and my pedicure was affordable and very well done. My foot & leg massage was relaxing and my feet look fantastic! I used to go to the place in Franklin near Whole Foods but I found myself having to wait for way too long, the place was not relaxing and the services were way more expensive than at Deluxe Nails & Spa. I will definitely plan on using Deluxe Nails & Spa as my go-to nail place from now on. I highly recommend that you give them a try

I have lived in the Nashville-Brentwood-Franklin area my entire life. I have visited numerous nail salons. Deluxe Nails in Franklin, TN is dedicated to customer service.The owner welcomes praise and accepts criticisms, too. It is evident by the sings posted throughout the salon that Deluxe Nails wants every guest leaving happy and with perfect nails.I have even witnessed the salon stay open after hours as to not turn anyone away. Other salons will not do that!I always a five star experience. I visit 2x per month and I see Tommy.

Never have I ever had a spa experience like this. My nails are sore and one finger has a cut it. Not to mention paint on my skin! Extremely rough nail tech.This was my first visit to the nail spa. Upon my arrival, I was given little direction or service breakdown. I had to find the waiting area myself, the service menu myself, and was never told where the restrooms were. Once someone was available, I was given little direction. Just a vague point at the pedicure area. Who, where? Once I sat down, the tech spoke to me but she did not understand my answers. She would ask me multiple times to repeat my answers. Finally I just gave up and started saying yes or nodding my head to everything. MISTAKE! My nails were cut way too short, got a gel manicure when I just wanted regular polish (I picked out regular polish but she kept saying I needed gel and she left to go get it. No matter how many times I said no she would just say, you need gel), one of my fingers started to bleed from all the rough treatment, and polish was cute off or she attempted to file it off my skin!! My nails started to feel like they are burning and were very sore to the touch almost immediately.Did I complain to management? No. It took aver 3hrs and I just wanted to get out of there. NEVER GOING BACK!!Why 2 starts instead of 1? Because I didnt complain to management and the nail tech was never rude.

Hannah is my girl - anytime I get my nails done Ill always go to her. Shes great at her craft, she loves her job, and I enjoy talking to her. I really like this salon. The staff is highly professional and accommodating.

This is a really great place. Tyler - the owner has done my nails and I can honestly say this is the best nails Ive ever had. I had them originally done at another place, but wasnt super happy about it, so I wanted to try another place. Tyler fixed the original work, and made sure I leave 100% happy.

AFFORDABLE and VERY CLEAN! I went to Deluxe Nails well after their closing time of 7:00 pm. The owner graciously opened his doors and allowed me to get the gel manicure and pedicure that I so desperately needed. They never made me feel like I was a bother, instead they pampered me like a queen and gave me the best manicure that I have ever had.When I first entered the salon, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the relaxing atmosphere. The decor is nice and the pedicure area is fabulous! The prices are very affordable so, from now on, Deluxe Nails and Spa is my exclusive salon. You should check it out for yourself.

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 5 months. Tyler is amazing and a genius when it comes to nails!!! He always comes up with the most genius ideas! Heidi has been doing my eyebrows and she is also amazing!!! I love the atmosphere and the customer service. This is more of a family then a business!!

I have to completely change my review. After a bad first experience, the owner contacted me to come back in and make sure I hit exactly what I wanted. Now my nails look amazing and John took the time to explain to me all about the different products and how they affect my nails. I thought I had talked to him the first time, but I know I didnt because he is the type of person that would never let someone leave his place unhappy. This is my new nail spa!

This was the worst nail salon service I have ever had. With having two small children and being evacuated from Florida due to hurricane Irma. I came to the salon with my cousins who live here in Franklin to have a relaxing experience. When we arrived we were very impressed with how relaxing and classy everything looked that my cousins mentioned they might of found a new place to get their nails done. Everything began very nicely until 10 minutes into my pedicure the nail tech seemed to be rushing me and slapping my leg hard so I would put it back in the water. I didnt say anything and just kept trying to enjoy my experience but then when he was done I noticed my big toenail was very crooked and I had polish all over my toenails. When I tried to show him by pointing where I would like him to file down my toenail he swatted my hand like I was child. I was very upset and just wanted to fix the problem myself but the owner came and fixed it. This experience really upset me and the owner never offered to discount my service or apologized for what happened. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone and I would hope they would do better busines in the future. I hate to say that they really ruined my whole day.

Today was my first time visiting Deluxe Nails & Spa. I was really looking forward to coming after reading your reviews online. However, my experience wasnt so pleasant. My nail tech was very nice & friendly, however, I specifically asked if Shellac polish was included in the package that I chose(45 dollar package), he told me that shellac polish was included! When it was time to check out, he charged me a total of 67 dollars! At this point, he informed me that shellac was an additional 20 dollars. I reminded him that he informed me when I initially asked that shellac was included. There was no misunderstanding whatsoever,(no language barriers), this guy spoke perfectly clear English! I just feel that he tried to get over on me. He apologized but even with his apology I still paid the additional 20 dollars that he failed to inform me of when I initially asked. Im NOT very happy with being misinformed or the quality of the service provided, he cut my toe nails entirely too short, I also have polish on my skin and the corners/sides of my toe nails are missing polish/not filled in. I will not be visiting your business as a result of such poor service and I will be writing reviews on every site to make sure others are informed. This is the most expensive pedicure I ever had with the worst quality! Needless to say. I WONT BE BACK!!

This is the only nail spa that does NOT smell like acrylic when you walk in to it. I asked the Tyler why doesnt his salon not smell like acrylic nails? He said they invested in a excellent air filter system. It is wonderful, any place that does nail has that nasty smell, and it gives me a migraine, almost immediately. Deluxe is CLEAN, theysterilize all their tools in an AUTOCLAVE, they are NOT soaking in dirty solution that isnt doing any thing except give the illusion of the equipment being cleaned. Call any other salon and ask how they clean their tools and they will say solution, they wont even know what an autoclave is. Everyone is extremely nice and really willing to help you or answer any questions you might have. I was just thrilled with the quality of work and their prices. Too many of these reviews focus on the bad, but the good happens more than the bad and I like to compliment a business when it is deserving.

Very nice and clean salon. I needed a relaxing day and Deluxe Nails exceeded expectations. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was very polite, helpful, and did a wonderful job on my services. This is the only place I will go to in Franklin from now on.

I recommend Deluxe Nails. I always have pedicure and gel nails done by Annie. They can be busy, so save yourself the hassle and just make an appointment. I, too, have been in the salon after closing and yet Annie didnt rush and gave me the same quality experience I have come to expect here.

A group of us called about 45 minutes prior to coming in for Mani/Pedis. They were able to accommodate all of us and we were all able to sit together. Love this place - consider doing a moms night out with later hours!

From the minute you walk in you can see the difference of this nail salon and spa. It is beautifully decorated, clean, modern and tranquil. Im very impressed by the owner Tyler and his staff as they make you feel like you are the only one there. I highly recommend a full day spa experience! Mani, pedi and massage & facial. Deluxe nails is the best. I had SNS done for Halloween and was extremely pleased with the results. They listen to what you want and are conscientious about their work and make sure you are happy before you walk out the door. They are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing meticulously clean and very professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! If you haven’t tried SNS you need to - they also provide pedicures massages waxing & eyebrows - they are a top notch one stop salon.

Tyler and his team are amazing! They are willing to stay late to make sure you get exactly what you want. Tyler brings so many Specialty ideas come to life, perfect shape and colorings every time!

I have been going to this salon for over a year. I have always had exceptional SNS nails done by Tyler. The last time I called to make an appointment with him I was told he was out of town. I had a woman do my nails and a pedicure. It turns out he was in town. He is no longer the owner but was still working there. The sns manicure was okay but I had an issue with the toenail on the big toe becoming white and part of the nail fell off. Obviously there was some bacteria in the water or on the tools and it created a fungus on my toe. I am treating it. Amazing people, and amazing nails! My friend and I went before prom and were treated so kindly and were in love with our nails! We will definitely be coming back!
