Ive been going to Aspen Grove Dental for over 20 years and I love them! My dental hygienist is caring and sensitive to my needs and wishes, yet thorough in her job. Dr. Hutchison is one of the nicest guys ever and I love going to this practice. I would highly recommend them for your dentist if you are new to town. You will be in good hands. :-)

Been using Aspen Grove Dental for 15 years. The staff, all of them, and the service are always wonderful. Will be moving soon but plan on making the 1 hour drive because Aspen Grove Dental is that good!!

My hygienist is Gale, and she is the best. Drs. Hutchinson and Trammel have been my family dentists for a combined 32 years. I would never change to another dental practice. The entire staff from Front Desk to Lab is friendly and caring.

This is an amazing office. I’ve had several different hygienist and dentist work on my teeth and have been impressed with all of them. They don’t push work to be done until it’s needed and always explain everything. The front office staff is very kind and easy to work with as well.

They are awesome. I am a nervous, sensitive teeth, etc. tough patient they make me comfortable and Dr Trammell knows everything I have issues with and he fixes them. All are kind I am a forever customer.

My Wife, my kids and I all love this place! We have been going there since we moved to Franklin in 2000. The ladies up front who do scheduling, billing, insurance etc. are all soooo helpful and nice. Everyone in the back from cleanings to minor (and even major) dental work are wonderful. My Pa-in-law has Parkinsons disease and they work with him so well, they are so patient with him. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone!

Dr Roberts is just fantastic! He was so helpful and listened to my problem and gave me a few options.I needed a tooth extraction due to my own procrastination.The friendly staff got me in right away on Friday morning. Dr. Roberts looked up my past dental history and could see that I required a stronger type of novocaine for the extraction. I called the after-hours line for a broken wisdom tooth that was cutting my cheek. Dr. Roberts informed his staff, and they were able to get me in the very next morning on short notice for a consultation. After a brief exam they referred me to an oral surgeon for three total extractions, one of which was impacted, to be performed under general anesthesia. Most impressively, they understood my busy schedule and time constraints and called around until they found an oral surgeon with an opening that day. I was seen in Nashville within the hour. Dr. Roberts called me later that evening to check in on how my procedure went. A+ for hospitality and service from doctors, assistants, and receptionists, as well as for getting me to the right people in a timely manner.

Aspen Grove Dental Associates is a truly exceptional dental practice. They made me feel extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Joe and Dr. Chad are very talented and totally put me and my family at ease. Id recommend them to any one any time.

Very happy with my experience at Aspen Grove. Only had to wait a couple weeks to get in as a new patient. Everyone I talked to at the office was extremely polite and kind. Waiting room and the office in general is very clean.On a funny note, they have a Keurig with free K-cups to make while you wait for your appointment. I would imagine theyre used to the smell of coffee breath in their patients.

Dr. Joe and Dr. Chad have been our dentists for more than a decade. Dr. Joe Trammell and Dr. Chad Hutchison are both very profession and put you at ease. I have a great time every time I have a cleaning or get a filling. They both have been very sensitive to my pain tolerance. Beyond that, theyre just flat out fun guys. The hygiene staff is super friendly as well. I would recommend them to any one. They are the best Franklin, TN dentists, period. Go to Aspen Grove Dental, you wont regret it.

This is truly the best dentist I have EVER been to. Im heading towards 50s in a time where people need dentist the most. I had two emergency type situations. Both occasions the staff worked me into the schedule with Dr. Trammell to come in and take care of business like pouring a cup of coffee. He is so experienced at his work and it is spot on. I understand businesses try selling tactics. Doctor Trammell is a straight shooter. Both of my experiences were beyond excellent. This is saying alot about Dentistry in itself. If there is a best dentist in all areas he is the one.I normally dont do comments but with this great of experience; I had to shout out loud about how GREAT OF A DENTIST Dr. Trammell IS.

I see Dr. Chad Hutchison and he is an exceptional person as well as a dentist. I think what makes Dr. Hutchison so good is that he genuinely cares about each and every person he sees, not just about their teeth.The staff he is very helpful with any issues and they are extremely customer service oriented and friendly. A great practice for the whole family. My wife and our son see Dr. Hutchison as well.

Today was just a normal cleaning, and as usual the staff was wonderful ! My primary dentist is Dr. Joe, but I have been treated by all of the dentists over the years, and they have all been great ! Due to not taking care of my teeth as a child, I have ongoing issues, so they have performed everything from root canals, crowns and an implant. I have never had a bad experience, and love their work !!
