It has been years since I have been to the dentist mainly due to a bit of fear but also a trust issue. I heard really good things about Franklin Dental so I decided to give them a shot. My first visit was incredible. Everyone in the office had smiles and the vibe was awesome. Dr. John put me at ease and really finished off a great experience.

My daughter went for a interview here and they asked her to take down her mask to see if she had teeth, because she was from Tennessee. The whole office was laughing and she was very uncomfortable. Needless to say she will not be working there and they need to apologize for that. I find it VERY disturbing that a place of business would conduct themselves like that!

Hands down THE BEST I have been to and I have been to a LOT of dentists! I highly highly recommended this family owned practice.

Every staff member that I spoke to at this place was very disrespectful and talked down to both me and my boyfriends mother. When we arrived they did not have a plan for his operation and went back and forth between using laughing gas or not. They were also uninformed on what teeth they were suppose to be taking out. They blew off the fact that their patient was scared and uncomfortable on multiple occasions. This place is not professional at all and skipped many steps before taking him back. I did not feel as if they were giving us all of the information about what was going. After my boyfriend was back with the dentist, his doctor approached me and began to tell me how I was suppose to take care of him while his mother was not present.

Great place... everyone is so friendly. You feel part of the family. You are taken care of and all procedures are talked about and discussed. And the massage chair .....wow

I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience!! They were disrespectful. When I said my son would like laughing gas the lady insisted he didn’t need it. I went outside to talk to my husband on the phone and I come back to find the doctor talking to my sons girlfriend about important information that he should be talking to me about. It is clear she is a minor and would not be the one taking care of him. They did very little to comfort my son when he was obviously very nervous and they wouldn’t let me go to him. They finally decided to give him the laughing gas because he was so upset and didn’t even tell me until I asked about it after they charged me for it! Disregarded everything I said!! From the moment we got through the door I was ready to go somewhere else!

Dr. John and his staff make visiting the dentist a comfortable experience. The clinic is warm and inviting, the hygienists are knowledgeable and caring and I trust Dr. John. I highly recommend this clinic. My 4 year old even looks forward to dentist visits.

Great customer service and very good dr. Recommended to anyone that want a good family dentist who really cares about you.

Extremely knowledgeable, good touch While working, keeps you informed as he works on you. Also very good on implants to replace a tooth lost due to injury.

It was my first time there and the Dr. told me that he was going to remove some old work I had done, even though it wasnt causing me any issues. He did not tell me until after he removed it, that the work needed to replace it was not covered by insurance and would cost around a thousand dollars.

Never had another dentist in over 20 years! If you are looking for the best dental care just go to Franklin Dental!
