Absolutely love the whole team at Arcadia! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I typically see my hygienist Kristen twice a year for a cleaning and she is seriously the BEST!! It’s never painful and I always leave feeling empowered to take care of my dental health! I was trying to reach out to different dentists offices in the neighborhood for my chipped/ broken tooth and I could not get any response from any office. When I called Arcadia, their office not only picked up the phone but gave me an appointment right away as it was an emergency.I found the place clean, friendly and professional. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcoming.Dr. Saadi took care of my broken tooth with a temporary crown followed my permanent one. Dental hygienist Katrina ( I hope I got the baby right ) did a great job examining my teeth and cleaning. I am and have always been horrified of dentists. However that all changed when I went to Acadia Dental. Dr. Patel is amazing. He listened and understood my fears. To make a long story short, this past Tuesday I had all my teeth pulled on the top and came home with Temps! I never felt a thing. I am so happy with them and highly recommend them. Dr. Patel is amazing.

I have been visiting Arcadia Dental for a few years. The hygienists are always very friendly and surprisingly gentle when cleaning compared to some past experiences. I have found that the dentists are very focused on preventative care and when they recommend additional treatment it is well explained with medical reasoning. I have not felt pressured into any treatment and they respect my decisions when I have declined something.

Amazing staff and caring Dentists! They are great with my small toddlers and make them feel comfortable. The dental hygienist went above and beyond to ease my childs fear. They are great with children! Also impressed by the Covid compliance. This practice has medical grade air purification systems throughout the whole office and exam rooms. That made me feel good knowing they took an extra step to protect in pandemic.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for about a year and a half now and I have to say that he is the best dentist I have ever been to! I had gone to a dentist before him (Dr. Metrullo in RI) that was cruel to his staff and clients and pushed me into a pricey procedure that did more harm than good.  Dr. Patel listened to my situation, talked me through many options to fix the damage and provided options I hadnt even known about. He provided some amazing options for a miniscule price compared to my past dentist and let me make the decision I thought was best with all the options on the table. The procedure was almost painless and quick and it was all in all a pleasant and comfortable experience. How often does someone say that about a dentist trip right?! This is the first dentist I have been to that I have full confidence in so I just had to type up a glowing review of Dr. Patel and the staff and Arcadia dental!

I was referred to Arcadia Dental by a close friend. They took my MassHealth insurance and were more than happy to help me with the dental work I needed. All of the staff is amazing and friendly, they constantly make sure you’re comfortable, they are upfront and honest with costs and procedures. I would say Arcadia Dental has been one of the best places I’ve gotten dental work done and the most friendly.I would recommend them to anyone who has anxiety surrounding dental work, they are a judgement free place and are more than willing to help get people back into feeling good about their teeth.

Best dentist I ever went to. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. The doctors and staff are wonderful. The office is modern and squeaky clean. They are very cautious with the Coronavirus threat and go way beyond to ensure safety. Moving from a dentist I had been with for 20 years I was a little nervous, but from the first moment I contacted Arcadia I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Doctors take the time to explain issues and are very gentle. I have had major restoration done at Arcadia and well pleased with treatment. All my family is now seen at Arcadia and have had great experiences.

First appointment down and I can’t say enough good things about my visit. Kristen and Dr. Patel couldn’t have been anymore kind, helpful, patient, and thorough. I’ve been going to Arcadia dental for years and have been really happy. They’ve always been thorough with their work and their discussions with me. Nothing has ever felt rushed and I’ve always had time to ask questions or share my concerns when the visit is finished. I also appreciate the preventative work they’ve done on my teeth. At first it felt like something always had to be done but once my teeth were in a place of maintenance and where they were happy, it’s been all about maintaining.

I had an excellent experience as a new patient at Arcadia. The process was efficient, the staff was knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Saudi and the dental hygienists were exceptional and went above and beyond to get my tooth ready for a cap. Arcadia exceeded my expectations. This is the first dentist that has provided me with such a high level of comprehensive analysis of the status of my teeth, gums and bite..Not only does Dr. Saadi have the technical skills to address whatever dental issue I have had, he is the only dentist to inform me that I grind my teeth -for which I acquired a night bite guard (I feel so much better protecting my teeth as I now realize how badly my teeth have been grinding and have fine cracks). and that I have a lower jaw that didn’t fully develop. All my life I have thought I had an overbite as the reason that my teeth didn’t align well. no other dentist brought that to my attention. I’m sold! This office is quality care!

Had to get some dental work and it was the least painful I ever received. The dentist was very efficient, communicated throughout the process, and set a comfortable environment. Staff is also super warm and kind! I had my old dentist for more than 10 years and finally switched because I moved and FINALLY feel like I found my dentist. Definitely a great spot!

Given the fact that going to the dentist is my least favorite, this was one of the most pleasant and spectacular experiences of mine. From the greetings to the cleaning, and the impressive technology and equipment they use, everything was great. I can say Dr.Saadi is the one the dentists out of all the dentists I’ve visited who I trust and am sure will treat my teeth in the best way possible. I have been going here for years and couldnt be more happy about the services I have gottenfrom. They have been always professional very caring. They create a family atmosphere making me always feel important. Staff has always been very personal and easy to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Saadi made an excellent set of crowns for my upper and lower jaws and Dr. Urban made a graft on lower gum. Not the nicest procedure but quick recovery thanks to his skills. I am very pleased and recommend Arcadia Dental strongly!

I was well cared for after having a dental emergency. The day before thanksgiving I woke up with a tooth ache. I called in the morning and was given an emergency appointment. They quickly diagnosed a tooth in need of a crown and root canal. Thankfully they were able to handle both, which allowed me to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family.

Arcadia Dental in Franklin is a cut above the rest. Tastefully appointed, the comfortable lobby setting is more akin to reception at the XV Beacon Hotel or a high end steak house like Davio’s on Arlington. The staff are discreet and conscientious. Everyone is capable. Doctor Saadi is so good that one isn’t really sure what’s happening. I always leave feeling like I’ve just visited an old friend. Even if he had just taken out a couple of teeth.Most importantly, the quality of the work done by the team at Arcadia Dental is exceptional.
