I was a patient in 2013-2014. I had several fillings that were only about 6 years old, and somehow every time I went in for a cleaning, there were always 2 fillings that needed to be replaced and they were always near each other. It just seems a little suspicious.Next, when one filling was being replaced the dentist suddenly told the assistant to do something and then explained that the removal of the filling had gone too deep and I suddenly needed an emergency root canal. I didnt have any heads up or anything before the filling replacement that it could get to that point, just boom an emergency root canal that cost nearly $1000 after insurance. I was all numbed up and they brought the paperwork to me to sign for concent for the root canal....what choice did I have at that point?I had to go back later because that tooth was causing pain. I was told it was a minor infection in the gum tissue around the tooth, they cleaned it up and sent me on my way. That tooth continued to have pain on and off for several years. I moved away, and have been to other dentist now who have never found problems with my fillings saying they needed replacement...so it just seems odd.So eventually the root canal tooth became unbearably painful and I made an emergency appointment with another dentist. The root canal failed and the tooth had to be pulled. The infection from the failed root canal was so bad that it ate away part of my jaw bone and I had to get a bone graft. Now I have the choice of going without the tooth (a large molar) which would eventually lead to the weakening of the bone around other teeth and I will lose them too, get a bridge that will be attached to other teeth, which will lead to me losing them as well, or spend a lot of money to get an implant.Lastly, this office had some major HIPPA violations. As I was being walked back to a treatment room, I saw a computer with my record pulled up in the hallway near the x-ray machine. Anyone walking by could have seen all of my information. This a a HUGE violation that can result in fines.In all, I feel like this dentist office may have been taking advantage of my insurance by replacing fillings that may not have needed it, I should have been given a heads up that the filling they were replacing had a possibility of becoming a root canal, they obviously did something wrong which lead to pain and eventually losing the tooth completely, and lastly the HIPPA violations are completely unacceptable. Im now out thousands of dollars and a tooth, and I believe this dentist is at fault.Below an x-ray of the root canal tooth. See the dark area between the roots of the tooth....that should be bone, but infection had eaten it away. No an abscess, just a seriously failed root canal.Addition/reply: I somehow knew they would deny that I was a patient. At the time I was a patient, I had my maiden name of Kinzer. I was certainly a patient at this clinic. I lived in Fountain at that time, and my address was near by.

I enjoy the professional and kindness of the staff. The Office is maintain in a high state of cleanliness.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place needs to be taken down and the staff should be in prison. But he pays off expensive lawyers. DR. Hill and his wife are the most toxic individuals I ever met on earth, malpractices etc. they hide all there reviews and will get sued. So don’t call your lawyer Jeremy cause I know him but to. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

Very nice welcoming staff I appreciated the vibe of the inside of the office as well. The area where the office is located had me worried when I was parking but I was pleasantly surprised once I entered and had my appointment. I would definitely recommend

The staff were polite and helpful. Having not been to the dentist is 11 years, they pointed out all the work that needed to be done and offered alternatives if I chose to go that route.

Staff were amazing! I was able to schedule my cleaning and my young kids at the same time. They were so great with my 2 year old who normally does not let anyone brush her teeth and they were able to give her a full cleaning.

I had an awesome experience at New Beginning today. In fact my husband and I had an appointment there today. The service was phenomenal. Everyone there was so nice and caring. When you walk in there you are treated like family. Dr. Hill is the most caring and professional dentist that I know. Mrs. Renee is just an angel. She greets you with a caring, respectful, and professional attitude. The atmosphere there is so relaxing. The service you receive there is First Class. I had to go in due to a broken tooth and could not find a baby sitter. Everyone there was so polite and helpful . My daughter is 14 months and would not stop crying I truly felt so bad. The office, and patient rooms were spot less and entire staff was very friendly, calm, helpful and gentle, all precautionary measures for Covid 19 were taking very seriously, so I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

Beautiful and comfortable waiting area. Staff is compassionate and friendly. Dr. Hill does a great job explaining everything and keeps you comfortable throughout the procedures. Being a patient at New Beginnings is like joining a family. Renee at the front desk is always so charming and endearing. Dr Hill is very personable and he makes you feel very secure and confident in his assessments and plans of care. The staff hygienist is very professional and well versed and was a great warm up doing the needed films and studies for the Doctor to review. As strange as it might sound, going to the dentist is a pleasure with these guys. I would highly recommend them. By the way, I am a Family Practice Physician. I am very happy that I have found a wonderful dentist in my area when I have been looking for a long time to find someone that I am comfortable with. I appreciated the very personable care that was taken of me through the whole process. Dr. Hill and his staff were very knowledgeable and skilled. I was also very appreciative of the honest and comprehensive exam of my mouth and teeth and how Dr. Hill took the time to explain everything to me before he did anything.

My experience was just like that of other reviewers! I was told that I had several cavities that needed to be filled. They even worked on my teeth and had me pay a copay, but when the insurance company (United Concordia) reviewed the claim, their panel of dentists looked at my x-rays and determined that there were never any cavities to begin with! They refused to pay, so the dentist tried to go after me for the rest of the money. Thankfully, I talked to some great people at United Concordia and was told that I legally could not be forced to pay the rest of the money since the treatment was completely unnecessary. The insurance company also contacted the dental office to let them know that they couldnt bill me, and apparently the lady there cussed the insurance rep out over the phone and hung up on him! Insurance also sent representatives in person to explain to them that they were breaking policy by trying to bill me, but they still insisted that I pay and even threatened to call a collection agency. This went on for a full year before they apparently just gave up! I recently heard from our insurance company that they are no longer in contract with this dentist - I cant imagine why...Its so sad that this place would prey on anyone, let alone the family of a soldier while he is serving in Afghanistan! Im honestly shocked that this place is still in business and hasnt had legal action taken against them by now. Please do not risk being scammed here!

Dr. Hill did very extensive work on my mouth. Removal of 14 teeth, double oral surgery and I am getting my bottom partial in two weeks. All of the staff is super friendly and do everything possible to keep me comfortable during my appointment. I have already referred my family and friends to Dr. HILL.

Dr. Hill and staff are so amazing. I thought my tooth was gone but Dr. Hill saved it! They also worked with me in the remaining balance. While I waited and I was nervous, they put me in a message chair. My daughters and I have come back to get our teeth cleaned! So friendly and kind! Down to earth but still professional!! Support a Vet too!!!

Worst I have had work on my teeth the dentist is cool but when you feel everything while hes working on you its not good. I felt him touch the bone on my mouth even needed stitches which has never happened to me. I was in so much pain when I went home that I never came back and changed to a different dentist office. Now Im terrified of going to get work done on my teeth.

Today was a very tough one for myself, Dr.Hill and his assistant Ms Simone (cuz Im a whiny patient) , and Ms Renee (cuz my brain was on doesnt sound familiar to me mode.)Long story shortTHE BEST DENTAL GROUP Ive ever had !!They are patient , kind, compassionate , and not without Humor. All this helped me to understand its the sounds that get me. I have been coming to Dr Hill for several years. I no longer have dental anxiety. Having followed his advice about brushing, flossing, opening things with my teeth, sleeping with a tooth guard, and wearing sunscreen. I am now getting As on my check ups.

The personnel (doctor, receptionist and assistant) are nice, but their organization skills are horrible. I called in and changed my appointment from 8 to 9 and when I came in they said they didnt know and thought it was still at 8 and they made it sound like it was my fault. And then they asked if I still want to fix the problem at that time after I already waited almost one hour to be seen, and I said yes. Then, they ended up not having time to fix the problem and I had come back another time. When I came back, I had to wait an hour again to be seen!

Always the best service and care. Genuinely feel like I’m amongst family.

Horrid experience. They lie. They said my husband had a mouth full of cavities and performed a root canal on him and myself. They said I only had 1 tooth without a cavity in it. We went to a different dentist after paying them ridiculous amounts of money and using up all of our alloted dental insurance. The new dentist said my husband had 3 cavities and treated them all for less than 200 dollars. The dentist said I had 11 teeth without any cavities and that the root canal he performed wasnt effective and I now have to have the work either redone or have it extracted. Do NOT go to this dentist- it is not worth your time or hard earned money. Please seek out other dental care as you will be in pain and out of money for no reason.

WOW....I did read the other comments and the response person lied her/his butt off! The doctor will NOT call you back,I am not sure why they insist hes a doctor committed to his patience by divulging the number!!! I according to the doctor,have 2 teeth that need a root canal,I went in because I was/am in an extreme amount of pain! I would have paid to have the procedure done immediately but I have a special needs child and I have to set a time,which means I would have been in on Monday February the 9th! Every single person who works there was emotionless,they were very unpleasant and uptight! They took an Xray,the dentist came in and really didnt do much except poke my gums! The cavities that needed fixed were blatantly obvious!So,bottom line....rude staff,long wait,expensive procedure,unprofessional dentist who DOES NOT return calls,especially when youre in a tremendous amount of pain and they give you Motrin and to top it all off,when I called and asked them to email my results to another dentist,I was told TWICE and rudely that I could come get them myself AND pay $25 and take them myself....and then hung up on! So unprofessional!

I felt very comfortable going there, Dr. Hill explained everything that he was doing and why which made me felt at ease.
