Dr. Lee was very dismissive, wouldnt listen (he literally would not let me finish a single sentence without him interrupting), and his demeanor and body language were as if he couldnt wait to leave. He does know what hes talking about of course, but his patient care is severely lacking. Ill be talking to my PCP to get a new referral.

I found Dr. Tien Nguyen to be a very good surgeon but he does not take much time consulting with his patients. All office appointments are done with his physician assistants. His office staff is difficult to communicate with. They are slow in returning phone calls and in providing details on scheduled surgeries and pre-surgery information and medical tests needed. In fact, Dr. Nguyens staff rarely contacts you about post-surgery appointments. You are required to contact Dr. Nguyens office for these appointments. While Dr. Nguyen is a fine doctor, his offices customer service needs to be greatly improved.

I strongly suggest that you get a second opinion. I had a 2 level fusion, which did not fuse correctly. I spent months in pain, begging for some scans. When I finally got them, he dismissed them because he said the fusion might take time to unionize. 1 1/2 years later, and the fusion never took, and now I am barely able to walk. I am positive that I will need a second corrective surgery.

This Office is amazing from the front office to the Dr all around amazing, they are prompt and extremely thorough. I was a mess till i saw Dr.Lee
