I think this is a spam. Dont waste your time like I wasted weeks thinking it was an actual business.1. After calling the front desk, registering before I could speak with their representative, I received a package (BTW, Whats in their packages is not really what they do according to their representative Vivi). Not sure why they lie and say things they dont really do!2. After a few days, I was able to speak with the representative Vivi. She refused to call me by my name, I corrected her on the phone, she kept calling me the wrong name, even in her emails despite the fact that I signed my name in my previous emails (Very disrespectful).3. I told her that im interested in their body products (Note: these are not professional products)Her response; since I am not a professional, she wont be able to help me. She said I have to go to a cosmetologist school (at least 600 hours) before she could help me. She never asked what I studied, She insisted I need to go to a cosmetologist school before doing business with YG.4. So, I called the office asked if I had to go to school, and why their website and materials say differently?* The receptionist told me its true, I dont need to go to school based on what I wanted. I asked if they can then find me someone experienced with businesses like mine (retail).* She said unfortunately Vivi is the only person who is supposed to answer my questions, and help me place my 1st order. they have no one else. She added that shes just a receptionist, all she could do, is call Vivi and talk to her.- So, if the entire company has no one else to answer my questions or sell me what I want to buy, what are you? If you dont have the products, why dont you admit it?Update: Below response is untrue and unprofessional. Before posting or accusing anyone, you shouldve at least read our email exchange where I mentioned my formula and the process of getting my business license. I dont understand why youd think false accusations would make your company look better.Everything I wrote is 100% true, and I have a business license.My review was to help you realize what youre doing wrong. Im happy with the company Im working with now. How you run your business is not my concern anymore.Apparently you agree with what the receptionist told me, I had requirements, I never received products saying theres no one to help me place the order. Vivi who was supposed to help me, did not agree with what you said. On top of my business license, according to her, I had to attend 600 hrs at a beauty school (If you cared to look at the emails we exchanged).You clearly have bad communication/customer service.PEACE

Unprofessional and will never get back to you and will make excuses that the internet is down and that this is why staff is not responding for over a month.... What a joke.... and unreliable. To this day my multiple calls and emails were ignored. This was back in fall 2019 and I had already signed my non disclosure agreement.

Have been working with the team at YG Labs for over 6 years now and go to them almost exclusively for all custom and private label needs. Their minimums and pricing are very fair, especially considering the superior quality of their formulations. I love that I have access to latest and greatest ingredients and appreciate that every product that I carry is developed under a set of strict guidelines and formulation “creed”. My clients love the results they see from my YG products and always come back for more. Makes my job SO much easier!

So happy I found this company! It feels good knowing I’ve got a team of helpful, professional formulators and developers helping me create my skincare brand.
