Had to come here a lot on the last 18 months, girls are very freindly and caring.

This place is the pits. Only one person doing the job of three. Receptionist -- who had such a thick accent that she was barely comprehendable -- is also the technician. The place is dirty with waste bins overflowing and supplies strewn all over the testing room. I had a cold and asked for a tissue but they didnt have any. Was given supplies for a home test but without any instructions. Im considering changing insurance groups so I can go to Quest labs instead.

This lab has been a horrible experience. I waited for over an hour after signing in and ringing the bell. She was unable to locate the vein after poking around in my arm. I got up and left without the test being done. Im extremely disappointed in the quality of care they provide. Stay away from this lab. I will not be back!

Techs are friendly and good lab tests cost low but takes several days for info to get back to doctor not fast like Quest lab
