Dr. Balan is a terrific doctor. I had an urgent issue come up and could not get into see my primary doctor. The medical group was able to get me a same day appointment with Dr. Balan. She took an extended amount of time digging into my medical history and assessing my current condition. She was able to make some recommendations and get me referred out to specialist. She followed up with me and didnt drop that ball. She is very kind and seems to genuinely care. I am very grateful for the care that she provided to me.
