Had to go here to get bloodwork done for an upcoming procedure I was having. Gave my insurance information while making the appointment so be sure they accept it. No issues. I go in for my appointment. Gave them my insurance card again so they can run it. Said everything was good. Did the bloodwork and left. Got my procedure done. And 2 months later I get a bill from them for $410. Saying my insurance didn’t cover the bill at all. Quest Diagnostics NEVER mentioned none of it was getting covered by insurance. They didn’t mention it either two times my insurance was run. No email or call when I input it online and the counter person didn’t mention it in person either. How can they say everything was fine, do the services on you, and then 2 months later be like “oh by the way, your insurance didn’t cover any of it. Here’s a $410 bill.” UNACCEPTABLE. How can they not inform their clients that the insurance isn’t covering anything BEFORE doing the requested services!? Will be taking appropriate steps to get the resolved. But in the meantime, I will never use Quest Diagnostics again and I will be sure to let other people know that their lack of communication will cost them $400!!!!

I always schedule my appointment ahead of time online to avoid long wait times. I have been going to this Quest Diagnostics for many years. Location is close to home and the staff is professional.

Very bad customer service, actually no customer service exist in this company,you cannot reach anyone at this company, all automated very frustrating 👎🏻

Slow service, tests should be in and out, quick and easy but the service is complete opposite.

I also reviewed and visited recently the Huntington Beach location on Beach Blvd. This one is also nice, bright, and clean, a nice welcomed change for these centers. The staff here is also nice, not rude or downright mean. Today it is empty so I cant comment on the busy factor for this location.

Nice waiting room - essential to make an appointment and confirm with confirmation number.

Waited 2 hours for the my blood test finally got in and right before she was gonna do my blood test a male nurse came in and asked if there was anymore of this test she said no but gave him my test and sent me home crying!!! Worse lab everrrr!

Good employees friendly professionals . Facility is clean .

I go every week. And not once has proper hand hygiene ever been performed by any employee. They glove, but do not wash. Creeeeps me out.

Was just told to get a babysitter before coming in. Will NOT be returning to Quest for any future work.
