I go for an appointment to do a test, and they said I’m a walk, then the 2 girls upfront said that there’s an hour wait, but LITERALLY no one in the waiting room. So I wait for an hour and a half for my appointment while no one comes in for about 45 minutes. Then all these walk ins come up and they go ahead of me. This place sucks and get those two girls out of here

The staff at this location is great. The customer service of the parent company is terrible, if you need immediate help there is no way to request it as its all automated. Thats unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Great experience. The waiting room was FULL when I walked in. The lady at the front counter was busy processing paperwork but she always paused to help answer questions from people who walked up to the counter. You could tell she was focused but still able to be friendly. She also happened to be the one to take my blood and she did an amazing job. I thought the wait (about 30 minutes) was acceptable considering I did not have an appointment and it was first thing in the morning. I loved the monitors showing where I was at in line and the estimated wait time.

Actually, I am not sure they even qualify for a star period!!! I am a Registered Nurse and am so very sad to be associated with healthcare workers of the caliber that were working in the Quest Lab on Brookhurst (Niagra Office) on Thursday, 11/12/2020. My mother had called to get an appt., the recording stated that elderly and those with chronic conditions could come in between 0700-0800. My mother went in and arrived at 0710 (my brother was waiting for her in the car), the door to the laboratory area was locked. At around 0740-0745 a staff member came. My mother explained and asked if she could please sit down, as she is 81 and has ambulatory/standing difficulty (she has a hx of cancer x2, cardiac issues with stents, bilateral knee surgery, rheumatoid arthritis). The staff member rudely stated no, you cannot, closed the door and locked it. Another staff member came, my mother explained and they did the same thing. A third employee came and again--this same thing happened. By that time, my mother was shaking and having great difficulty standing and was beginning to get tears. She was thinking of getting my brother--but did not think she could make it back to the front door. Why did not one of the employees she came in contact with, offer to bring her a chair-if she was not allowed to sit inside? They could see that she was not that strong, nor stable on her feet. She was sharing with each of them the difficulty she was having standing. What has happened to common courtesy? We will NEVER go back to this office. I know the expectation re: being Simply Better and the principles of AIDET---This team has failed royally. I do not leave comments normally---however, I am so very angry and wonder what those staff members would have done if that treatment would have been rendered to one of their family members or their elderly parent. THis is inexcusable.

Neither I nor my doctor could get the results of my blood test. Quest said they faxed it twice; but Dr. did not receive it. My doctor received test results from the other locations. Also, they would not give me the results. I go to other locations. Great results.

I went early in the morning for a walk-in appointment. The lab was conveniently close to home. From my first step into the door, I was so embraced with the neat and clean the place was and with how friendly the environment was.The phelobotomist, Richard, was very effective and fast. It only took him seconds to get his work done. Im very happy with this experience and I highly recommend the place to anyone close by :)

Came to this center with my a baby, phlebotomist name Tony I believe, was extremely rude!! worst customer service ever!! he couldn’t get my baby’s vain and he kept fishing for the vain left the tourniquet on while fishing for the vain my baby screaming face almost blue! I had to tell him to stop fishing!! then I thought he was going to call for help and have someone else try the other vain of course the other phlebotomist just walks in and holds my baby down and the same guy (Tony) try’s for the vain on the other hand of course he didn’t get it!!!! then rudely tells me I’m going to have to come back !!Never going there again !

Waited for an hour, this is location is under staff. Maybe that’s why it’s only early I. The morning the staffs were not very nice. Go somewhere else
