Dr. Mark McCurdy was amazing! I could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend him.

My 80 year old mother waited 4 weeks t get an appointment. They took ALL of her insurance information over the phone before making her appointment. She also took all of her paperwork either the insurance information to her appointment. When she got to her appointment she realized her insurance card was in her other vehicle. The front desk person (without any compassion or even the decency to be kind) wouldn’t even have a conversation about how she could keep her appointment. She just kept repeated. You need your card, It says here you need your card, you need your card. One would think an, “I’m sorry, but we must have your card in order for he doctor to see you” would have been appropriate. She offered to email it, mail it, etc. and the lady kept saying “You need your card”.She should be ashamed of herself representing the doctor’s office this way.

Very professional and clean. My appointment was at 8:50am so we got there a little early to fill out paperwork. I went in for a vacectomy and was in my car by 9:20. Very nice guy.

Dr. McCurty is a nice man and his office is unprofessional. Last week my appointment times was at 2p. I arrived 5 minutes early. I checked in at the desk and after I had waited 45 minutes I asked about my wait. Oh theyll get to you! I waited an hour! No one said anything! I felt Dr McCurty was frustrated with me and used the phrase ”lets just put this to bed” pertaining to my concern over a kidney lesion that was found from a previous MRI. He ordered a CT scan and told the scheduler to make an appointment time a few days after scan do he can call me with the results, so I wouldnt have to come back in! My appointment for that Call Was for 9::40a, today Oct 4th. It is now 11:32, I just called the office and person that answered was very nice and said my appointment was supposed to be in-person! I reminded her that he requested this phone appointment. She placed me on hold and returned verifying the Dr was in clinic and he would be calling sometime today.! Ugh life is too short! Im finding someone new! That doesnt dismiss me and my fears or make me feel invisible!

This office is very disorganized. You cannot get an appointment for months. The staff do not know what is going on one will say one thing and another something else. Poor communication.The Dr was very knowledgeable, however due to the other issues I would not use this provider.

Nurse that took me to the room very unprofessional did not say a word other than lay down on the bed and unbuckled my pants, button and unzipped my pants to check my bladder. While my pants were still undone doctor McCurdy walked in with a female scribe to take notes. I guess in his world this was acceptable in my opinion he disrespected my privacy and like the nurse very unprofessional. Men if this kind of thing bothers you like it did me cancel your appointment. This was not life or death visit and doctors like this seem to think they can do what they want and the patient has to accept it. Because of that I will never put myself in that position again

Keeping my annual (once a year) medical appointment with urologist Mark Alan McCurdy has always been a pleasure for me. I first met Doctor McCurdy in March of 2013 when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He oversaw the coming together of my prostate surgery operation which was performed by topflight surgeon Scott Thurman and his elite team of medical professionals.Anyway, since 2013 Ive been seeing Dr. McCurdy once yearly for a follow-up medical consultation in regards to how Ive been doing since my surgery. As I said earlier on, Im always pleased to see Doctor Mark McCurdy. I took a instant liking to him from day one. He really knows his medical craft. Hes a compassionate, understanding man who in my humble opinion, truly cares for his patients.
