Im not gonna come on here giving some crazy out of line review but I will state facts they abuse and neglect patients they withhold meds if theyre mad at anyone they hang up the phone on family members that call and question them all around rude there my father will not make it out of there alive trying to find somewhere he can be moved too so he has a chance at a longer life. Also he went to the hospital(ICU) which they did not call and let me know about and while he was gone the nurses and staff robbed him of his belongingsFew hundred out of his wallet all of his clothes his jewelry and his own flat screen tv. If you love your family member please dont send them there they think because of covid and ua not being able to visit they can just do what they want to our loved ones because we are not able to visit right now. I will be heard Ive contacted corporate the directors at the facility social worker up there and nothing is being done taking the next steps since they arent resolving any issues.

What a dump. The place stinks of urine and feces especially on the weekend when the director and admin staff are off. The nursing staff and orderlies are on their personal cellphones throughout their shifts while patients lay in soild bedding. The place has roaches, silverfish and all kinds of bugs.

Well Im just not sure about this place whether they help people that hair they help people live it looks to me like they just make it quick to die I dont know maybe somebody should review it maybe somebody should inspect it but DFW nursing I dont know some people just make money
