I go in for a physical at my 10:30 on time appointment. He I am almost 12:30 and havent been seen. Its horrible. I will be late for work by one. Just to get a piece of paper signed. They are not organized. And they are lazy. People have lives outside sitting in a office all day to simple sign a piece of paper... I will change clinics soon and you can surely tell this is a low budget clinic due to the service they give. Just be prepared to wait all day. Smh Kids have to be back in school. Theyre gonna miss their whole day.. yaw have to do better.......

Went in on Friday full lobby thought I was going be there for hours and thought wrong was out in less than an hour had my physical and lab work. Female doctor was very helpful and so were the nurses all friendly, kind and professional. Will definitely come back!

Great and kind staff! My blood pressure was extremely high. I went to two other places where they would not help me due to my insurance and wouldn’t even allow me to pay! MD saw me right away! Walk ins welcomed.Dr.Acevedo gave me one of the best exams I’ve had with knowledge and empathy. She was such a sweetheart! I’m thankful I found them!

The office was nice, I liked the window and the doctor Murphy was really nice! We look forward to our next visit 😀

I was told about this clinic to take a rapid Covid test. I arrived at 7:45 am and was #2 in line. The staff immediately came out and took my temp and directed me to the screening and registration on line. It was quick and efficient. When my results came out the doctor brought them and I was done and on my way before 8:30 am.

Went in as a walk in got seen the same day in less than 2 hour not bad at all. Girls were very friendly, polite and helpful. Feel bad for them for working in the rain and getting wet. They’re doing a great job risking there lives for helping us. There company should pay them more for there hard work.

I love doc Robert Murphy he is only person my 21/2 year old let’s see her easily I just had a newborn and he is her doc as well had an appointment at 11:00 and was put in a back room to wait to be triaged due to having a newborn then waited another 45 min after triage just to be seen by doc my newborn had a follow up appointment the same week on Friday I didn’t take her due to the long long wait times I’m not sure why if u have an appointment it’s taking any where from 2 to 3 hours just to be triaged and then another hour or more to be seen by doctor no one wants to or has time to wait that long especially with young kids I need to bring my newborn in but I’m dreading the wait time it’s almost quicker to take the kids to emergency room to be seen. I love doc Murphy but I’m not sure it’s worth the waiting time

They didnt show up SEVERAL times for follow up online and phone appointments for help/advise with Covid symptoms.I am getting better NO THANKS to them.Why confirm appointments you dont bother showing up for? Unprofessional***to add***I understand there are so many businesses that are busy.... and I would have absolutely no problem if this business said, we are too busy to take appointments but when you fit me in for a slot you should at least show up.

The experience waiting in car for 3 1/2 hours for a Covid test with a 9 and 7 year old was tormenting. There were many cars behind me in line that were getting results ahead of us. There was only an outdoor portable potty for access to a bathroom.

Great people! Gave me my vaccine and made sure I was feeling good before I left. I have my next appointment too. I felt cared for.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, i do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went here to get COVID tested and I was never told of a consultation fee, which I never saw a doctor for, and was charged SIX months after. Their reasoning was someone telling me my results were negative while I sat out in my car. When i talked to someone on the phone, girl was very rude and had a bad attitude and hung up on me at the end.

Fast, friendly, very professional. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

The whole process was fast, from booking appointment online up to getting results. Spend 1hr total to get tested and results back. Staff is courteous and efficient.

Super nice staff front desk was really nice Nancy and Jessica were really sweet and professional I don’t remember the names the Doctor or the nurse that took my blood but everything was so quick went in at 2:45 left around 3:30 with the results for my tests absolutely plan on coming here again. And this is all on account that I felt MISERABLE cause I was sick.

I believe this has been the first doctors visit that has left me with such a wonderful impression. I highly recommend, not only was the entire staff efficient but also very considerate.

DO NOT GO FOR COVID TESTING!! My mother had an appointment for a covid test at 11:30am. When she arrived they told her the wait was 2 1/2 hours. She waited for 3 hours at which point they told her she would have to wait another 2 hours. To wait over 5 hours for a test when she had an appointment is ridiculous. This site is poorly managed and I would highly recommend using other providers that are more organized. I would never use or recommend MD Clinic.

I love doctor Robert Murphy That only thing they need to fix there is front desk , some of the girlS attitude. They reply. Rude not ones is a couple of times that I being there. Other than that I like the nurses and doctor

My son’s appt was at 9:30am & we were called in a room at 11am & got out at 11:22am. No one answers the phones ever & I had to call to set-up an appt when they finally answered so that I could get my son’s X-ray results because no one there called us for his results. I will be looking for another doctor’s office for my teenage boys & daughter. Because it’s not fair that they don’t follow the appt times plus others came after us & were called in sooner. This is not the first time that they take forever it’s happened like 3 times & I don’t think it’s fair on all the patients to just be waiting forever. They need to know how to manage their patients better. If I could give negative star I would. We all have other things to do then to just be waiting in the doctors office just sitting there. But the doctor did read our results & went over them ok.

I love Doctor Robert Murphy he is great every time I take my kids to see him, only one time is enough for them to get well. He always give me the right medicine for them. I will not change my kids doctor for nobody else.

Unorganized, long waiting periods. Staff barley communicates. I had an appointment at 1:30. Arrived at 12:45 and I am still in line waiting.

Had a rapid covid test and the PCR test. I had an appt and still waited 2.5 hours so not really sure what the point of the appt was. Got the rapid test result while I was there. I Needed a PCR test to return back to work. I was told by the NP results are usually back in 3-5 days, which is not true. Apparently it takes 3-7 days so I have to be off of work even longer than expected. As a medical provider who has her own patient to get back to, I would have appreciated more accurate information. Also when you check patient portal they mark that they checked respiration’s and heart rate and pulse ox which is false. You can’t know someone’s 02 levels or HR without ever placing a pulse ox to the finger or feeling a pulse. Making up medical information is HIGHLY unprofessional and likely illegal. Would not recommend.

I was tested for COVID-19. The MD Family Clinic was organized, professional. They performed the nose swab in both nostrils. I received the results in about 20 minutes. A practitioner checked our breathing in our lungs, listened to our heart beat, looked in our ears. I was so thankful they were performing the COVID-19 Testing. I want to thank The Potters House Fort Worth for arranging and allowing MD Family Clinic to provide testing.

So grateful that I was able to go through a drive through and get same day results! I think because I had insurance I was able to do a strep flu and covid test all were negatively thankfully but the dr here was nice enough to still put a prescription to my pharmacy for me for my allergy meds! Will come again if I am feeling covid-ey

Terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE FOR DRIVE-Thru COVID RAPID testing, had an appointment and was seen 4 HOURS after, poorly managed, understaffed, and unprofessional!!

If you need covid testing and have an appt for 3pm, expect to sit in line for 2 hours or more after your appt time. Then expect to pay for testing when it is free lots of other places. Oh and dont expect to be told any of this.Im glad they are doing the testing but the management is obviously lacking common courtesy.Currently, you arrive with no instructions, just a building that says the name and a looong line of cars. For testing get in the back of the line and when the guy shows up in the shady looking van just know hes actually security trying to work the line of cars closer together so it doesnt extend into the street.Then make sure you brought 2 feature films because youll have plenty of time to finish 1 and still get bored waiting.Still reading? Maybe you have the patience to endure this nightmare after all.

Dr Hoffman is the best doctor I have ever had the people that run the office in fort worth and Denton well on the other hand they do not answer the phones when you call they never call back I been calling them for a week no answer but when they do they put you on hold and a hour later they get to you but still the best thing out of all of it is Dr Bryan Hoffman great Doctor just the rest sucks like the staff

COVID testing here has been a NIGHTMARE to say the least. The first rapid test was great. But, then they fed me lies that insurance doesnt cover another test. That is not true. My insurance told me they would cover ANY COVID testing. Then they told us the CDC doesnt allow us to be retested rapidly once youve tested positive. So I called the CDC COVID helpline and they told me that is NOT true. This company is making up their own rules. I have been tested here 3 times and they have somehow lost one of those test. They rescheduled our doctors appointments for our results 6 times. I STILL havent had a call about my results but found them uploaded in my portal. They didnt say negative or positive. It was hard to understand as a average human being who has never worked in the medical field. I know these are unprecedented times and I am thankful for the initial help. But, yall need to get it together! I wont be recommending this testing site to others who have COVID symptoms. Go somewhere else where people will give you accurate information!

Not satisfied with this clinic located on Woodhaven. My husband, son and I went for a Covid test and they gave my husband the wrong results. Our family will not be returning to any MD Clinic ever.

This was my first time visiting this clinic. The office itself was not very big.The Doctor was very professional and helpful for a first time visit.I will deftly come back if I need to.

The staff is great but expect to wait at least two hours.... its hot in the waiting room and freezing in the exam rooms. I booked for a specific day because there were multiple doctors so your mother wont have to waitwell over 2 hours later and we are still waiting!

All providers and staff are highly courteous and try to save your every penny if you are a self pay patient. Also there is a pharmacy across the street which makes medicines ready within minutes which makes my visit less stressful and time saving. Highly recommend this clinic.

I have called this clinic 12 times today alone and not once have I been able to speak to a representative. It should not be this difficult to schedule or cancel an appointment. This is ridiculous. I haven’t even come in yet and I don’t want to go because of the way they handle their phones.

I like how attentive and caring everyone is here. Plus the pharmacy they recommended was very quick and convenient.

My kids have been coming here for years. We have moved recently and it is now a 20 minute drive, but worth it. The staff are excellent.

My son didnt get what he needed and your office didnt care about my sons injury and referring him to an orthopedic because it wasnt in the notes though he told him to follow up with one. The office staff are lazy as hell and act like they didnt want to speak with the provider about a referral because of a misunderstanding about him having an orthopedic (my boyfriend wasnt sure I had found him one and my son thought he was at the orthopedic). Instead I was told he would have to come in for another visit for the same thing, instead of speaking with the doctor to get the referral. It was clear he needed to see one as the doctor told him to follow up with one AND my son came in the office in an immobilizer that went from his upper thigh to his ankle and was on a pair of crutches!! Seems you all care more about the money than your patients. Never again!!

Im 16 and I went a week before and had an exam and they said it was going to be $1,200 but they didnt give me a quote and werent able to explain everything correctly because when my dad booked the appointment for November the 21st they told me that the doctor wasnt sure she could do the drilling and said theyd have to refer me to endodontist but I dont get why they didnt explain the process from the beginning. Their staff the day I went to get the radiology exam were lazy and incompetent. They wasted my time and my dads by not explaining everything from the get go. I dont recommend this clinic. If I could give them zero stars I would, the radiology cost me $25 and my time which both Im not getting back and neither is my dad.
