Use any other doctor. If i could give negative stars i would. I have had so much trouble with this office. The phone staff has no idea whats going on. I called to ask if they could prescribe me new birth control since my old one required breastfeeding and my obgyn no longer accepted my insurance, they told me yes and scheduled me. I showed up for my appointment and they had me in the room for 2 hours, they actually forgot i was in there 3 times and random doctors would open the door and then get a look on their face and ask if id been helped. I was waiting in there to go to the blood draw room, but this place is so disorganized they dont know whats going on. At the end of my visit i was informed they werent knowledgeable enough to prescribe birth control and sent a referral out for me to see an obgyn. If i had known that i would have never come here to begin with, i would have found an obgyn myself! I went here because i wanted a routine health check and birth control, so the phone staff is not knowledgeable in what the doctors can do. Sad, because i was on hold for that call while the person went and asked. They canceled my appointment without me saying to, as well. This doctors office is infuriating. I called and told them i didnt want to use them anymore and wanted my blood results and was told to come in to get them, due to unforseen circumstances i was not able to go that day so i called today to get them and was told i have to pay 25$ for them to release my records. But had i kept my appointment, they would have been free? Makes no sense. Why was i not told they cost money on the last call!Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

I had a brain aneurysm last year and Dr Singh has been amazing in helping me manage my blood pressure amongst other things. He is a pleasure to work with and is very informative.

Dr. Lozano is such a good doctor, he always answer all my questions and take care of all my concerns, plus he can talk to me in my native language so I can be more comfortable

Professional care with real focus on prevention. I really felt heard and like the doctor had a real interest in my health. Ive told all my family and friends and recommend this place to everyone!!

When you see the doctor they seem very concerned about you lifestyle. I feel like these guys really want to help.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a zoom visit 3 weeks ago and they still cannot send in my prescription the correct way for my insurance. Even with the pharmacy sending them faxes. I spoke with the “office manager “ Angie, she was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would actually warn people against them.

Dr. Moran was great we will miss him ALOT. Decided to switch to another doctor in same office thats how good they were.

Dr. Vattikuti was extremely RUDE to my 18 year old daughter. Would NOT recommend due to doctors lack of communication skills and lack of courtesy during a telephone appointment.

Doctor was very impatient with senior patient. Doctor seemed to be disinterested in patient concerns. I would not recommend this medical practice at all.

The Staff and Physicians are very professional when we walked in all smiles, they attended us very well, wait time was no longer then 15 minutes. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a primary care physician Dr. Kesiry was very patient.

While in the hospital I saw Dr Lozano and Im pretty patient and accommodating to Doctors but this doctor has no empathy nor understanding for the patients feeling or concerns. I would run the other way if he is ever your doctor in the hospital.

I was asked to show up early to complete paperwork, but no one arrived until 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I then waited 30 more minutes in an empty waiting room. I left with a feeling of complete disrespect for my time.

Feels like a JPS clinic in the lobby.

Horrible experience.
