Fantastic service!!! Dean and Kimberly were AMAZING!!!! The time flew by because they created such a fun and friendly atmosphere. The treatment was very thorough, they educated me on how to treat and control the problem at home, and gave me TONS of information for the future. I highly recommend Hair Fairies, and if you can make appointments with Kimberly or Dean, you wont be disappointed!!

I had a scare after finding out a close friend had been battling an infestation with her daughters. I found out about the situation after a fun filled weekend which involved them staying at my house. The following week I couldnt help the itch I immediately felt. I called made an appointment. Dean, the associate, who did my screening was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Kim the manager was great as well. I definitely will visit again if the need arises.

Their product is great. We’ve driven to this location on 2 occasions (2 diff fam members) only to find out they closed early for the day.It’s a 30mn drive for me and a huge inconvenience as well as a bit disappointing being that google will reflect as “open”.I’ll be ordering online in the future should we ever have the need. Cream & shampoo is highly effective and the product is “minty”. Also leaves the hair soft! 👌🏼

Kimberly was fantastic. She made everything very easy. My kiddo isn’t the easiest and she made it a breeze. She will definitely be my first stop if we ever have to visit again.

Ms. Tee and Kimberly were amazing. They offer the reassurance and peace of mind every mom needs given the circumstances. Also, they are diligent during treatment with positive attitudes.

The Hair Fairies are amazing!! Ms. Ray knows everything you need to know to get rid of lice and keep them away. She was calming and kind to my scared four year old daughter and helped to educate me on what I needed to do moving forward.

Hair Fairies in Fort Worth is the best! We just found out about this business and we were not disappointed. We run a summer camp and needed help with lice checks. The ladies that came out were so kind and professional. If a child tested positive for lice the hair fairies handled the situation with such care and compassion. If I could give 6 stars, I would! I work at an elementary school, and recently got lice from a student. Lice is one of the scariest things on the earth, in my opinion, and having it gave me ridiculous anxiety levels. I came to Hair Fairies, and met Rae, an angel amongst us. She did an amazing job at making sure that my hair was completely clean, and was so professional, kind, and compassionate while doing so. I can now sleep tonight in peace. Thank you so much!

This place is a RIPOFF!!! Do not come here!I took my daughter here because I saw some eggs. Her daycare said there was lice found on a kid in another class but not hers. I made the appt for 1 hr. They had her scheduled for 2.5 hrs!! I told them when I made the appt she had short hair, its very fine and I only saw a few eggs. I viewed the video on THEIR OWN WEBSITE and when we were there, they did not even follow the steps in their own video!!! She only needed 1 hr (she was hardly moderate, found only 7 eggs total while there) and they only used 45 mins of the hr I paid for! I also still found some on her head AFTER LEAVING there! Not only that, but the lady doing it was the ONLY PERSON there and kept telling me over and over how she could see eggs in my hair (I knew I didnt have it, as my daughter got it at school and she does not sleep with me) just to pad the bill!!! I told her over and over that I have a few flakes even though I use head and shoulders! Then she rang up the products because she said I would need to treat my head too, without even asking me! I swear all she was trying to do was to get more money out of me! I ended up paying 150.00!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

I cannot express how thankful I am for the kindness and compassion displayed by the professionals that work here. Lice is such a horrifying problem, and so many people dont know that help like this exists. I would recommend Hair Fairies to anyone dealing with lice, you will leave with more education and peace of mind then you will get from any over the counter treatment.

Kim, Sharae and Dean have all taken great care of me and my daughters! They have been life-saving during this crazy lice outbreak in our family. I couldn’t have gotten through it without them!
