I use to come here all the time for a pedicure and I recently started getting manicures and twice now they have made a mess of my nails and rushed through the job, I may not have much knowledge on manicures but I know for sure they messed up. The sides of my nails barley have any polish on it. And the tops are not even smooth, its bumpy like she messed up but just painted over it, and she didnt even clean up my cuticles. I also had a picture of what I wanted and when I told her I wanted one nail with glitter she got upset and started rushing through it. Theres left over powder stuff under my nails that I cant get off and because she didnt clean my cuticles I have a hang nail growing and it hurts. She also couldnt even do a simple design and said the length was to short to do it? I still tipped her but she did not do a good job at all. I bad a different woman the first time and it was the same thing with matte nails with left over product underneath my nails. Im not returning again 😒

Ivy was an amazing nail tech who literally “nailed” exactly what I have been looking for for almost a year! The shape of my natural nails is perfect along with the clear pink acrylic overlay and the gel on top. I found my nail lady! Thank you so much Ivy!

Ive been coming here for a few months and havent had an issues with any of the ladies here. Usually they are very friendly, offer drinks, and very detailed oriented. All that was different today when I had Ken do my nails. Once I sat in the chair he didnt say a word to me, didnt offer me a drink or anything. He made me feel like I was being rushed, anytime the door opened or someone walked by he seemed to be more interested than actually paying attention to what he was doing. He had pretty unsteady hands, repeatedly knocked things over and spilled the dip power on one of my hands. Towards the end I had to start pointing out jagged edges that needed to be dipped again. Wasnt too happy the the end result, some nails you can even see the clear fake tips still. Over-all this place is usually good, but because I cant make appointments with the technicians I want, Ill start looking for a new nail salon.

Sandy is the absolute best! Been seeing her for over 5 yrs now and my nails are perfect every time. She is an amazing artist too if you want that little something extra.

I went on a Saturday, so the wait was horrid (about 2.5 hrs, and they do not take appts for Saturdays, just 1st come 1st serve). But Ellen was wonderful, professional, courteous, and worked fast, considerate of the time constraint. Will be back on a weekday morning, hopefully Ellen will be there!

I haven’t gotten my nails done since I’ve moved to FortWorth and finally decided to come here and boy am I glad I did! I originally asked for someone else but ended up with Lisa and I’m super happy with her work! She was super efficient and I felt like she really cared about my nails. I didn’t get cut from a filer or was rough handed like most places do. Which I was happily surprised about considering I have small nails and I’m the worst nail biter. Super happy with how they turned out and the front desk was phenomenal. Helped me pick out the color for a wedding!

Reasonable prices. Great service. Got a pedicure VP spa package it includes a massage of your arms, shoulders and neck. It was the best one Ive had. Had my head tingling and so relaxed that I was almost asleep. I will be going back every week if only for the massage.

I had the pleasure of having Ken as my tech and he was awesome. Very attentive and made sure I had a great experience. I didn’t even notice I had ruined my polish and he did when he came to check if my nails were dry. Fixed it immediately. Totally recommend him.Ellen was the tech for my husband and she too was awesome and both are highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon I get both my lashes and my nails done here.I do anime cosplay conventions often enough that I have to keep everything looking good for my characters and Im currently sporting my Zero Two set from Kathy these are all Kathys work and my lashes are done by John 🖤🖤🖤 the shorter black and red ombre and the red chrome are Kathy, the custom set red and black ombre with the red stones and clear nail, and the enchanted looking pink ones were John.I always recommend them to my friends. I have a nice glass of red wine and get my hands and feet done and I never leave with something Im not absolutely enthralled with.Update: Its been over a month since I went back and my girl came to have a girls night adult sleepover Ive been saving money up for another convention recently and had stopped coming and my friend wanted to go get her nails done and I was obviously going to recommend and get some too if Im there.Too tempting, right? So John immediately had an idea he and another tech had come up with for me and Im going to add the new photos. They really know my style and I absolutely adore what I call my Outward perception set. Thats what I call it because it was created by those who have gotten to know me and my style. It was super cool having a custom set created by the tech/artists individual perception.She said she had issues with her toenails.and her tech made her toes look better than they ever have. Absolutely flawless as always.I havent been to anyone else I always get John or Kathy but the tech that was working on my girl friend was so friendly as well.Ill never go anywhere else.Zero Two approved for my anime nerds ^_^

I recently changed nail salons and started going here and I’ve gone three times and they’re all been great! Tammy and Jennifer are the best :) I get the classic $30 pedicure and feel like it is thorough enough that I don’t need to add on! My pedicures always last over a month too.

Anna was amazing! I came here because I heard they do Jelly pedicures and I really wanted to try it out. I’ll tell you what, it was something different and I totally loved it. It came with all the bells and whistles. I got a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage that was included with my Jelly pedicure. I ran out of time to do my gel manicure but I’m coming back tomorrow!

Vicky was wonderful! She was so patient and kind. The salon is beautiful and the people are awesome! It was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be going again! The receptionist was also great at her job and was handling everything with ease! Wonderful experience!

The guy I got did an amazing job making my Pinterest nail a reality. The only downside was he filed so hard it hurt. He has a strong grip. Other than that he’s good.The receptionist is super sweet. They are great at checking your temperature and giving you hand sanitizer before walking in. But I didn’t see a difference in the nail techs cleaning their area down after each client. I work at a hair salon and we spray our chair and work area before the next client.Overall my first time here was great. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and have never had any complaints. But today I came in for something I’ve gotten more than once. Same color new set and gel pedicure with 1 design on each ring finger. Today I had the owner do my nails and he did fantastic, he was very kind in making conversation and even offered me a position as a receptionist there. Now again idk if it’s because the owner did my nails, but those nails ended up being OVER $60 and that wasn’t even including my gel pedicure (that I always get) how does 2 finger design and a new set come out to that much?! To each there own but I have never paid $115 for nails, ever. Close to it, but it’s a bit much to me. Especially since I’ve gotten this exact design in the past and I was NEVER charged that much. I think things like this NEED to be communicated, you can’t just do a service for someone and tell them after the fact that it cost so much, it’s common curtesy to do so because you don’t know that customers finances. Idk if I’ll come back anytime soon, but if I do I’m going to make sure things are communicated better.

I told the receptionist I didn’t like my pedicure and explained why and she gave me a card with the name of the guy so that next time I would ask to not work with him, that’s not a solution I was so upset I went to my car but I wasn’t going to go home with my nails like that after paying $60 dollars and not even getting my ingrown nail cut, I asked them to fix them for me and they asked the same guy to fix them, I don’t know if he got upset he cut the ingrown nail like I asked but every side that he would cut he would ask me if that’s all, I had to ask him to do it on all my nails, this is how my nails ended up looking.

I’ve never seen such a huge selection of colors dip or gel. They are very sanitary. They keep their employees and their customers safe by sanitizing after chairs and tables. I have been going here for over seven years and I will keep going!

Nice environment. You just need to go there a few times to pick your favorite person. It does make a difference.

Nice place but my nail technician did a horrible job painting my toes. Even asked to redo the big toe and still looked bad. Very disappointing 😞

This was my first experience at Nail Time & Day Spa, and I absolutely LOVED it! The staff was so friendly and nice. Even though it was PACKED they got me to my seat in less than 5 minutes and asked right away if I’d like a drink. Then David took over my nails and did a phenomenal job! He was meticulous with every step and did everything exactly how I hoped he would. It was my first time getting dip done, and I will now come to get them done by David from now on!

I asked for a light marble pastel pink and yellow and he just wouldn’t listen . I walk out with the worse color ever . And I kept telling him thru the whole process and he just kept trying to convince me that he was giving me that Mose colors. Like my eyes were deceiving me. Then charged me $65 for the worse colors ever .I have tie Tye dye dark rainbow nail colors . 😡

Just a rude place called and asked how how long was going to be was told 20 mins get there not even 5 mins later walk in with my toddler and a was told the wait would be 3 hours with no one in the lobby ask why and was told to many people. This is the second time ive been turned away i believe it to be because of my toddle which honestly if they would just say no children under 4 i would understand but to just be told bye is rude and i will not be going back

I came here for the first time last week. The pedicure was fantastic, but when it came to my dip nail set Mai did for me, it was absolutely awful. Didn’t listen to the color I asked for and the nails were crooked and misshapen after redoing the shape once prior. $50 for my nails and not even a week later half of them have broken off because they’re so brittle. Good place, just don’t go and see Mai.

I sometimes get dip and sometimes acrylic, depending on what design I want. I’m never disappointed with the service, and Sandy always does a top notch job!

Treat day and I took my teen son and my 5 year old daughter, which Holly and Anna worked on them and did an amazing job. If we just stopped here they would have 5 stars. Oh dont forget the receiptionist, she was absolutely amazing as well. HOWEVER, I do not recommend Jasmine at all. First off she poured ice cold milk on my legs. Next, I had to ask her twice to scrub my feet better to remove calluses. ( Which was the reason for the whole pedicure and package I paid for) Second, I could barely feel my massage. Lastly there was some polish in my big toe crevice. I didnt complain but wanted others to know not to pick this young tech because she acted like she didnt want to be there. This is first time in my life I just wanted my pedicure to be over. So no treats for me , : ( but at least my kids had good techs.

John really did a poor job on my nails. They kept saying he is the best and the manager but my nails look like a newbie nails tech did them. The filing is horrible. He scratched them and didnt resurface. So my nails have file marks on the top. I came back to get them fixed and they gave me him again which I didnt want but they insisted and they still look bad. I just told them its fine so I could leave. I told them the day prior I would file them myself but would it mess with the top coat and they said to come back. Im just going to try and fix them myself tonight.

The service from the nail technician was excellent however, I stopped coming here a few years ago because they charge way too much and they change the prices from one time to the next. Like it will be 30$ one time and 35 the next for the same thing. The service I get here was 10$ more then I pay at my normal place, I had a gift card for here so I came again but they are a rip off. This used to be my place but not anymore.

This spa is amazing! Not only does the friendly staff pamper you with neck wraps and herbal tea, they do an outstanding job with the pedicures. I also love the fact that the pedicure chairs and pedicure tools are completely sanitized. The facials are relaxing yet educational. I can see a major difference in my skin tone and texture since I became a regular customer. Its also super easy to get to, parking is never a problem and the appointments always run on time. Did I mention I love this place?

I appreciated how well they took care of their guests and especially my little girl. They were so good with her and attentive, that is something most nail salons lack. They even have darling kid spa chairs :)

The atmosphere was great, the nail tech was nice. The nails were done beautifully but would have like to have the edges or cuticles cleaned up. Was not offered lotion which is strange and a normal in every nail salon. Didnt get a hand massage which is also a norm especially for the cost of the services. I left with gorgeous nails,, raggedy cuticles, and dry hands.. Other than that it would have been a 5 star.

After showing a picture of what i wanted and agreed they could do it. i noticed they weren’t looking right but decided to trust the process. after more of my nails being done, i brought up how it didn’t look like the picture ans the nail tech misunderstood and wasn’t willing to take my nails off and do what i asked. i left unsatisfied and with awful looking nails. time to find a new place.

This place was my go to place for my nails until today. I had a horrible experience with Mai. I don’t know if she’s a new nail tech but oh my goodness. My nails have never looked this bad nor have i ever gotten more than half of my natural nail cut off, the bleeding took over 10 minutes to stop. $60 for the work she did? rip off

I want to start by saying that I am extremely picky! I was greeted by John and he took my temperature at the entrance of the spa and nail salon… They had a ton of colors to pick from! I had Vicky #2... Yes that is how you ask for her… And she was amazing! It’s taking me a very long time to find a nail technician that isn’t too rough and understood what I was asking for immediately. I’ve booked my next appointment and will continue to come to this wonderful magical nail salon! Thank you NAIL TIME

I went on a Saturday with no appointment, but I was sat fairly quickly with a technician. Everyone up front was very nice. It was busy but not loud or overwhelming. If you like to watch TV, I only saw a couple on the manicure side, and one was pretty small while also being set on an awkward slim wall. David was my nail tech, and he was very friendly and receptive to the feedback I gave throughout the session regarding shape, thickness, and color placement (I did 3 colors, and Im very picky on not wanting bulky/chunky looking dip nails). The shape is perfect and I love the colors, and although I feel like my nails could be slightly thinner, its definitely not bad. David was great at making my cuticles look fresh and clean as well as filing my nails after the dip so they were smooth and perfected. The only complaint I have is that the top coat must have kind of a wonky formula, as there is some texture on my nails if you look closely, like the surface wasnt covered evenly or didnt dry evenly. But its a minor imperfection as Im the only one looking so closely!

I’ve been going to Nail Time & Day Spa for years. They’ve grown to about three times the size they were when they started but still give the same wonderful service & have many of the same wonderful people they’ve always had. If anyone is looking for a place to provide excellent services you should be very happy with the services you receive here.

Ive been searching for a clean, detailed salon full of services and I finally found that here. Lilly was very thorough, professional and helpful. They were also able to accommodate 3 of us at the same time, which seems to be an issue at most salons. Our manicures and pedicures were done very well and our feet were well taken care of. The amount of staff available and the constant flow of clients was proof of their abilities as a well run salon. I highly recommend them and Im picky

I moved to Fort Worth about 3 years ago and I’ve tried several nail salons but Nail Time and Spa is hands down the best one. The service is amazing. Even on their busiest days the wait time is not long. If you haven’t gotten a pedicure here you are missing out! They’ve got plenty of smells to chose from and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. 100% recommend throw place ❤️

This use to be my favorite nail salon to go to, it’s even hours from my house. I went to get my nails done stood outside a gentleman greeted me took my temperature multiple times took his own as well then refused me service because my temperature was 96 degrees. He asked me if I was feeling well and if I felt sick 95.9 is a normal temperature. I understand we’re going through a pandemic but prior to turning customers away and making them feel as if something is wrong with them know your facts. First time in my life refused service and I do not feel as if I should have been treated that way.

This was my first time at this salon and while it was nice, the issue I had was with the tech. She did not do a great job on my pedicure and the water was too hot.

I dropped in to get a regular pedicure because the place I normally go is a bit further from where I live. I had to wait longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Esther did an amazing job on my pedicure. She took time to do clean up around my nails and was efficient, quick, and friendly. Ill go back for another visit.

New nail tech to me, Sandy, did my Valentines themed nails, and she did a good job. Im very particular about my nails, and for all that I asked I feel she did fine. The salon is great, Quin and Maria help me with setting my appointments and call when theres a conflict.

It was my first time there I got a pedicure plus a eyebrow wax. Loved my experience I chose the lavender pedicure it was relaxing I plan on coming back to try other “flavors. Angie was great with the pedicure & my eyebrows came out perfect!

This was our first time and we were so impressed. We went on a Saturday so we knew it was going to be busy and that there was probably going to be a wait.. HOWEVER, this place is huge. They have so many spots ready for your to sink into their massage chairs and get pampered! Service was awesome, everyone was so friendly and professional. They have a lot of different scents and treatments and the pricing is very competitive! This place knows how to make a good first impression and has definitely gained a new regular! It’s a must try.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I took a business trip to Fortworth and looked up 5 star nail salons and read the reviews to this salon and thought okay I’ll try this one and when I showed up I was amazed with the architecture for one and the staff was very quick and very polite. I give 5 stars, amazing job and amazing hospitality. ❤️ My nails came out awesome, definitely will be coming back ☺️

For my pedicure it all went well, for my wifes Manicure the only issue is that we pick a number for the nails and yet it never matches, We have not liked the color but they are off and we are not saying a shade off, it is as different as Red vs Green or glitter vs no glitter. As for the quality of service and their professionalism we are happy. If they get the color correct, next month we will move this to Five Stars. If they get it wrong for the third time in three months, we will have to start going the other way.

Clean and comfortable place. The technicians have their own work stations and really take the time to fulfill your request(s). David worked on my nails and I was more than pleased by his skill And courtesy. I visited in New Year’s Eve and he did not rush due to the holiday nor was he harsh while filling my nails and cuticles. Excellent service.

Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails! I loved how they check everyone’s temperature prior to coming through the door and make everyone wear a mask. The salon is super clean and the staff was pleasant and professional. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Today was my very first time going to Nail Time & Day spa. I chose this place because of the reviews. I got my pedicure done by Trina. I think thats her name. She didnt have a name tag. She was nice & did a good job. The only complaint i have is that the paint on my big toe has slightly come off & i just left there a few hours ago. I just noticed it as i got home.My sister was happy with her feet.I also got my nails done by Minh, he was pretty quiet but got the job done. My thumbs are off by a little, my left nail could have been filed down a little bit more but not a big difference.I was happy with both services and would give 5 stars except for the chipped toe nail polish & slight uneven left nail.The place is very clean and very relaxing.The guy at the front was helpful and friendly.I do plan on going back because overall i did have a good experience.

This was the first time Ive have ever been here and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I got a deluxe manicure and was very happy with the results. 100% will be back to get another and maybe a pedicure too.

This salon is clean and pretty. Calm and quiet. Nails (dipped) always look so nice.

I walked in to get a manicure and then decided to get gel. They did a horrible job on the manicure and because it was so bad the gel has begun to peal. It literally took 15 minutes. Didn’t get offered a drink or anything. First time to go and will be the only time. They take your temperature and require you to use hand sanitizer but they lack cleaning when it comes to their hand stations. There were nail clippings that weren’t mine hanging out.

Jenny did my nails and I have to say she was the sweetest nail tech I have had in a while. Actually everyone was just beyond sweet and nice and caring. Im absolutely in love with the work Jenny did on my nails. And this salon has some of the best and wide variety of selections you could even imagine! Everything was just so beautiful. Without a doubt I will be back and so will my friend, couldnt ask for anything better!!

The first place where the employees stay off of there phones and focus on the clients and they were not busy talking to one another. My daughter and I will definitely be going back really soon. They did a great job on both of us.

The staff is friendly the only thing I suggest is do not go 2 hours before closing. The first time I went the man I had rushed and another girl had to fix my nails. The 2nd time i went was in the morning and it was a better experience. Ethan did an amazing job. Cathy is amazing too!

The lady who did my nails just picked out a color for my nails blue never once did she ask me what color I wanted I figured since I got a pedicure she saw my nails were pink after all that I left with blue nails
