It’s always a great experience when coming in for a visit. The staff are friendly and upbeat. The music is great, there’s always good movies on and they get you in and out with a little wait time. I enjoy going there

BEST DENTAL SERVICE EVER!!!! Everyone made me feel right at home, but blanca was the best! She went over and beyond! I had really bad anxiety because I’m just scared of the whole process but she made me calm down and feel better by making conversation and making me laugh!! If you are looking for a dentist place, THIS IS THE ONE!! I promise you won’t regret it!

I wait long time and they refuse to take care of my kids because i ask them if they were certified and two things i saw strange is that they where washing tools with soap and they want kids by themselves in the back of the room so no 👎 and they want me to sign papers saying they have done the work but they did not do nothing only x rays they better not charge my insurance i will follow this. I ask for manger they say its was her i ask for corporate # they say they don’t have corporate😐.

They made me feel welcome and I wasnt there for that long and they were very nice and they gave my son a teddy bear and he stopped crying.. thanks Alegre Dental

Very friendly staff, they are efficient and provide good appointment availability. The office is also very kid oriented, the kiddos will definitely not be bored waiting.

We moved here from California a year ago and needed to find a Good Dentist for my 6yr old. I came across Alegre Dental and they Exceeded my expectations. First and foremost the staff was super friendly and helpful, over the phone and in person. Once we got there I felt safe, our temperatures were checked and we signed documents stating we were healthy. There were not too many people inside, so we were able to keep our distance and they had hand sanitizer available. My little one loved that they have an arcade and movie theater.The Dentist was super friendly and my little guy felt like he was talking to a friend. He ended up having 4 cavities, the first ever so I was really nervous. I could not go in with him, so it made me more nervous.He came back smiling from ear to ear. The whole experience was Amazing. Oh and he was even happier with his gift at the end ( a battery operated race car and tooth brush) He Loves the Dentist! I Most Definitely Highly Recomend Alegre Dental to everyoneThank you Alegre Dental!

My family is new to Texas, we have been to three different dental offices and this is the one...It’s the staff personalities for me! This is the place to be hands down , my babies have never been so happy to come to the dentist. The staff is amazing always laughing, and in good spirits. They make sure they communicate with the parents about what the issue is. While the children wait they are entertained with movies games etc you literally feel like your home I love them here thanks Alegra for keeping us smiling 😻

I have 3 kids and for convenience I set the appointment for all 3 on the same day. This is the only place I don’t hear my kids whine about having to wait. They have plenty to do and the staff is always friendly.

I love this place. My kids do too. I love about 30 min away and at one point thought i needed to get a dentist closer to home. I switch 3 times and came back. They have the nicest staff. Alegra makes my kids (5 year old and 10 year old) confortable, confident, and not afraid( my kids are supper scared of anything pointy). I have been coming here since my 10 year old was 1 and would not change ever again. I recommend this place 1000%.

This is a wonderful dental establishment! The customer service was outstanding and there is plenty of entertainment. I was very surprised when I discovered that this dentist office is not just for kids, but for the entire family. Everyone can be seen on the same day if possible, what a great way to save time!

They have been my dentists since I was a child and now care for my child. From the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave they are amazing! All the staff and doctors that I have encountered here! Today was the first time my 3 year old had to go back on his own for X-rays and cleaning and they did absolutely amazing with him and made me feel comfortable (I was a little nervous)! Zero complaints from this parent, he left with a big smile on his face! I highly recommend Alegre Dental!

I didn’t even get a chance to come in, before they rubbed me the wrong way. We were really excited to go here after a bad experience with ikids. I read a review saying parents are not allowed to go back with their kids so I called to confirm. The receptionist informed me that no, you can’t go back, during any sort of treatment. When I asked her to clarify, she said treatment meaning anything but X-rays (not even a cleaning). I politely asked her to go ahead and cancel our upcoming appointment. She verified the date and time, said it was cancelled and after I said “thank you very much” she hung up on me. Terrible customer service before we even went. Glad I cancelled. Sure their inside looks cool from the pictures but I don’t want people like that working on my son. It really irks me when the parents can’t go back, and that should be my choice. This is a children’s dentist; why would they think it’s ok to go do this and that with no parent present? Anyone who has had dental work done on themselves or their child, knows that sometimes things have to change mid treatment. I would rather be there if and when that happens. I’m glad we won’t be going here. We’ll keep looking elsewhere for a reliable and friendly children’s dentist.

Once we went to the dentist on September 2, 2020 and they checked my teeth and he says I dont have cavities and he says Im going to do cleaning and so does my brother and some later my teeth are clean and they gave me a toy and also my brother and we already left
