I have been coming to this location for a while now and are very happy with the care I receive here. Check-ins are a breeze and treatment consultation is not as intimidating as I once considered the process to be. Jenny answers every question and always goes above and beyond. Much appreciation. Plenty of parking around the structure which is also a plus. Recommend!

THEY SHOW THEY CARE FROM THE TIME U ENTER UNTIL U LEAVE. THEY KNOW THEIR JOB AND DOES IT WELL. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. YALL ARE THE BEST.

Total waste of time! After 45 min I was told I could not be seen. They dropped the ball in verifying my insurance, stated I didn’t have orthodontic benefit. I had to go out of my way to show them that I did have orthodontic benefits. Once they acknowledged that I did have orthodontic benefits, they proceeded to tell me they still couldn’t see me because I had braces. They needed transfer papers from the previous orthodontics provider before I can be seen. Since it was Saturday, they couldn’t call the other clinic to get that paperwork. I told them over the phone when I was Setting up the apt; I had braces. What bother the most is I gave them my insurance information days in advance , and no one bothered to call me during the week to tell they couldn’t verify the benefits. Some of us value our time, but they obviously don’t care their patients time!

Ebony was awesome! She was very helpful and made sure my children were well taken care of. I will lost definitely refer people to this office just because of her!

Not sure why there’s bad reviews about this place! My experience was a 10/10. I just relocated to TX from NJ and found this dentistry with my current insurance. The place is incredibly clean, shiny, and the entire staff is super friendly. Dr. Park was incredibly caring and informative regarding my dental concerns. Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

I’ve been needing to see the dentist so badly. Today went in & I need a lot of work. Paying was a huge concern but thanks to Ebony she was so helpful on looking into options on what work I can get done. She helped with my CareCredit & getting an increase to allow me to get what I need. She was absolutely amazing, helpful, nice, respectful & really listen to any questions or concerns I had!

The staff is very friendly, the front desk, billing department, assistants, all helpful. I will say that you might need a deep clean in your procedure rooms.

I went in today after driving from Wichita Falls,Texas! ALL the staff was very friendly I had X-rays done and four fillings along w a cleaning & braces put on!!! Yes all in one day! That is literally shocking to me that we were able to do it all in one visit! Every step of the way I felt welcomed & all the staff made sure I understood the process & I appreciate that! I hope my teeth turn out beautiful 😂

This place is completely unsanitary their floors are disgusting, the counters have stains and who knows what else on them. It looks like they havent cleaned in years. Very disappointing for my first visit theres no way they would ever pass health inspection. Never going back.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place is SO Unorganized. I get Phone Call Confirmations on 4 different occasions with DETAIL of what they SHOULD be doing and then come appointment time they act clueless like they have no idea my app was even scheduled for certain procedures. Yet they were quick to Bill me smh. With how much money people have to spend you were to think they would be more Respectful and timely mannered!

I recently just got my braces done and i had to do some financial stuff and this nice young lady names Ebony had helped out and she was very nice and kind she took her time explaining some things and made everything a lot better i highly do recommend this place for braces or anything to do with cleaning their service is A1.

My appointment today was for extraction of two teeth. My interaction with the dentist and her assistant went well. Both were very professional and worked well in tandem. Their concern for my well being was evident from the beginning, during the procedure and afterwards. Instead of that dreadful feeling of being in the dentists chair as I expected; I was relaxed and at ease. The dentist did her utmost to make this a pain-free experience. Filed my teeth down too much. Didn’t fill in my fillings completely. Always trying to add stuff on that i don’t want or need. It’s all about the money with below average quality.

Staff is friendly, but their cleaning appointments are very long and not thorough. Also, they are still requiring vaccinated individuals to still mask up.

I came in with tooth pain that has been driving me nuts all week. I have been experiencing this pain for a week. They were able to get me in, explain to me the process, and was very friendly. Ebony was outstanding. Her people skills are great. She has me laughing and just overall a great personality. The company really should be great that they have her. Keep up the good work!

I gave them such a high rating because there are no negative choices - You can NOT speak directly to the branch without going through the customer service calling center. Billing is ALWAYS an issue. Reception staff at the camp bowie location are nice - the dentists are cold, kurt and not friendly. - If you have other choices - take them. - it was not always this way, but it is now.

We just recently discovered a brident dental office near our home. We love the atmosphere, and the friendly people at this location. Our family always looks forward to seeing Alma. She is the most friendliest, kindest person. My kids love Alma. She is very informative and always has a smile ready to greet us. Thank goodness we found this location with such a great professional staff.

Ebony was awesome since the first time I spoke to her on the phone she was very helpful and understanding!! Once we meet her the next day she was super friendly and she helped us out so much!!

Terrible service. Changed dentist due to insurance and this location was closer to me. 1st time I scheduled appointment they told me they couldn’t get a hold of my insurance. I was fine with it. 2nd time, same thing I was at the office already and they told they still couldn’t get a hold of my insurance so I was on the phone with my insurance right there. Finally, they called me and did the xrays and I wrote on the paper I had a transplant so they told me they needed a paper from my doctor saying it was okay to get a cleaning (which other locations have never asked for this paper) and I have them the information and they say they were going to contact him so again I couldn’t get a cleaning that day. This pandemic happened and everything was closed. They open again and nobody contact me to follow up so I called them and I don’t know where the call went to but the girl who answered wanted to schedule me the same day for the appointment so i ask if they had the paper from my doctor and she said she didn’t know but she was going to call the main location and she did and nobody answer so I told her to schedule me a different day in case they didn’t receive the paper the same day. I called my doctor and ask to send the dentist the paper. On a Friday 7/10 they called me to confirm appointment and I ask if they received the paper and the guy said yes so ok I confirmed the appointment for Saturday. I get there and wait for them to call me and 3 people are at the front desk and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing and going to voicemail. So they finally called me and they ask me if I took the medication prior to the cleaning. Ummm nobody told me I needed to take medication prior to a cleaning. I do understand that because of my transplant they need to take extra precautions but this is ridiculous. So again... I left and didn’t get a cleaning this is the worst place I been to just to try to get a cleaning. Worst customer service. It’s a lot of writing but that place is ridiculous.

I have serious phobias when it comes to dentists. It says A LOT, when I actually recommend a place! The office staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done due to other medical conditions, and they have been fabulous working out a schedule and payment plan. They are also absolutely fantastic to make sure you arent in pain while they work! Id send any of my friends or family to them without hesitation.

Having never been to a dental office structured this way I was hesitant.I was greeted by Olga who is super friendly and efficient.Jessica who did the x-rays and teeth cleaning very professional.Aimee who did the overall consulting of the dental plan and financial agreement.All were super good at their jobs.Viola was so helpful in scheduling initial appointments & answered all my questions.Met Dr. Parks, my first female dentist, Who did the initial exam, and she discussed my overall dental needs, & was very knowledgeable and friendly.Dr. Patel did my deep cleaning and keep me informed of every procedure he was doing.I’m super happy with the staff the work they did for me today.I will be a Brident patient now, and confident I made the the right choice in choosing a new dentist.

I rated so low because my wait time was extremely unreasonable. I arrived at 10:25 for my daughters 10:30 appointment and we left by 2 pm. No one called to tell me that the new pediatric dentist didnt take Medicaid. It was a good thing my daughter is also on my husbands dental insurance. Everyone was very nice and the dentist did well, but no one should have to wait that long. They really need to do a better job with respecting patients time.

Olga helped me through this step by step, kind & very caring... Dr. Park was totally awesome for 25years I have been literally terrified of the dentist and she help me through that process thank you. I am no longer scared of the dentist. Viola helped me to stay calm explained everything and helped me jeep a smile.

After reading all the reviews I was kind of scared to have any work done there. But my husband and I went ahead and tried them out. We both had a very positive experience. Everyone at this office was very nice to both of us. We both had deep cleanings (it had been many years since either of us had been to the dentist). Dr. Patel made it as painless as he could. I also had a tooth that had to be cut out and again he made it as painless as possible. I also had a bridge done there and it is perfect! I have had a great experience at this office from everyone Ive had contact with. I would highly recommend them!
